There are so many employees sitting around, but they sent all the kids through the rope course at once without an employee in the middle or at the end. When the kid behind mine pushed the platform my son was stepping off of and he burst into tears because he got scared - the boys mother and grandmother burst into prolonged laughter at a crying child. As there were zero employees watching the course - we had to get an employee to help him - while my child got laughed at. People suck and that can't be helped, but holy crap- have someone at LEAST the exit watching the kids. The teenager at the start couldn't see through the dozen kids he sent down the course at once.

Horrible time here, Manager Allyson has a horrible snappy attitude. We rented the place as a private event. Taken place today 8/23/20. Not a cheap place, we had a birthday party the sever came with Manager named Allyson and when they placed the party food a Hair was found from the women, And pizza was cold NOT even warm. we took the hair to the manager Allyson with and she responded with an attitude again and on top of that they didn't provide utensils NO napkins. On top of that we try to use the restrooms and there is no paper towels anywhere. Horrible service. No paper in the men's bathroom. Even as the place was rented COMPLETLY. When doing the Waver they also kept asking again for our name multiple times when we had just spoken to them. I will like to please get some type of response for the inconvenience and horrible experience. I am so hurt my kids had to experience this situation.

Gotta say I was pleasantly surprised with this place! When I went into the toddler room, I was very concerned. It is just a hodgepodge of Little Tykes toys and such that you pay $10 to pay for. I was a bit nervous that my grandchildren might have a rough time with the walls. My latter confirms we're totally unfounded! This establishment was well run! Employees were on top of teaching my grandkids how to use the harnesses. I filled one of the team members in on the fact that my oldest grandson is DD and they were there to help him. I was a happy grandmother because the kids had a blast and were asking to go back as soon as we left. If I had one piece of advice, it would be to do something better for the Ittle Ittles. While my 2 year old grandson loved the bouncy farm I found later, I just found the place lacking for all my grandkids,

Over priced for the experience. Two of my children's feet got stuck on a spinning part.

My eight-year-old grandson had a wonderful time climbing and sliding. The harnesses provided safety and put the grandparents minds at ease.

Is this for younger kids? Will it be fun for 18 year olds?

Older or younger, they will have a great time. There's an advanced climbing station towards the back for the adults and older kids.

I have 4yr old boy and 6yr girl, is this place for them? or is it only climbing place?

It's pretty much just climbing (there is a separate toddler room that is probably too young for your kids). That said, I took a 5 and a 7 year old, and they both climbed. The 5 year old felt more comfortable on some climbers than others, but there…

It was perfect for our 15 mo. There was plenty of seating and tables for parents, plus a designated area for parties, which is a nice touch. They also have a solid menu with coffee, smoothies, sandwiches, and options for kids. I only tried the coffee which was good, and the food looked great from what I saw. They do require kids to wear grippy socks. We didn't come prepared, but they had them available for just $1.99. I did notice a few kids without them, so it doesn't seem heavily enforced. Also, parents will need to remove their shoes. One of the best parts was that there's no time limit on play, and they allow in-and-out access, which makes it really easy if you're juggling errands or a toddler's schedule. Overall, such a great find and definitely a spot we'll be coming back to.

This review is for the experience of the playroom (I don't have a good gauge of the food from the…read morecafe). I brought my daughter here to attend a birthday party and she had a blast! The play area was clean and bright, and I had never really been inside an establishment that was quite like this. It's an excellent idea (and business model, I'm sure). I feel like Playroom Cafe fills a gap of having an indoor place where your kid(s) can socialize with others, but for the parents/adults, you have a comfortable place to sit, relax, socialize with others parents, or catch up on work emails or whatever things you'd like to do (they have wifi) and a cafe that serves drinks and sandwiches. And of course, it's a great place to throw an amazing birthday party all year long. Since we came as guests for a birthday party, we didn't pay admission but I looked at the rates and it was $17 for a kid (adult admission free with a kid). The check-in process was smooth (cubbies for shoes at the entrance, socks required) and an attendant greets you with an iPad to e-sign a few waivers. Easy peasy. There was a ball pit, and kid-sized kitchen area with pantry items, slides, things to ride like little trucks and trikes, a jumping contraption (like a mini trampoline but replace the trampoline with a giant inner tube that kids stand on, and kids can hold on to bars while they jump. Probably much safer than an actual trampoline, and my toddler LOVED this thing. There was also a play section for kids under 2 which was perfect for us. We ended up hanging out in this area (extra padded play area, extra padded slide and steps) for maybe 15 minutes, before my kid wanted to explore something else. All to say, this place was great as a birthday party guest, and I can see myself throwing a party here for my kiddo one day. There was a private and semi-private party room, and the play areas are open to paying customers, whether you're there for a party or not. I love that this is in Naperville, another really great kid-friendly spot for the family.
