We had a birthday party here for my son and all of his friends. We thought it would be awesome to get some of the pizza as part of the package that we were offered. Come to find out that chasers didn't tip the pizza guy at all for the pizza delivery. The guy delivered five pizzas here to us and made two dollars. Two dollars. If we would have known that, this is how chasers and Pizza Hut treat the drivers who bring these pizzas we would've never participated. Had a private party on yesterday. Staff was fun and very helpful. It is a wonderful site with several nice party rooms. There is something for everyone lasertag, arcade and field area for sports like bubble soccer. Laser area was fun with multiple games. Our first time to Chaser's was for a fundraiser for my son's baseball team. Everybody had a great time with all of the activities! They have multiple types of laser tag and a great course with lots of places to run around and hide. I organized a Mother Son private event (200 people) for an elementary school and I would not change one thing. Bob, the owner was great to work with, he was helpful, accommodating and super responsive. We were celebrating a high school graduate in the party rooms. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There is something for everyone. We had small children & they were able to play in an area just for them. As well as adults playing laser tag to knocker ball. We were not able to do all activities due to time constraints (no fault on the facility). Even though our guests were late due to heavy rain & construction, accommodation s were made by the owner to make sure we were able to do some activities for our party. Rave!!! If you need a place to have a group or bday outing, go to Chaser's Laser Tag in Naperville!! Last night my son had a bday party with 6 of his friends/family and they were amazing! This is definitely a safe environment as they were limiting the people in their facility. We had a party from 6-8pm on a Saturday night and we were the only party in there from 7-8!!! These 9/10 year olds had an amazing fun playing laser tag, playing video games (Xbox/ps4/arcade games), playing in the jungle gym, playing soccer on their turf fields and also had time playing knockerball!!!! They all came home sweaty and tired!!! Thank you Chaser's for a memorable night for my 9 yr old since last year, we couldn't celebrate his bday! And it's your responsibility as a customer to call back at a later time and hope they have a second to spare for you. Wow! This place is awesome! I ran across play quest information last week and thought it would be worth checking out! It is located inside Chasers Laser Tag. I walked in with a group of adults and several children. The guy working was excited to see the group. He welcomed us and gave us a tour. You could see the excitement in the kids as we looked at the play structure and the interactive dance floor. Then, he showed us the arcade games in the next room. You can leave your quarters at home- these arcade games are included in the admission price!! The kids (& adults) loved playing the games. It gets even better...he showed us the laser tag equipment and play area. Our group did not play laser tag but it looked like a lot is fun. They offer laser tag for smaller kids and older kids/adults. The kids in our group had the chance to play on "big wheels" and ride the bikes around the open space in the back. They are in the process of creating a "town" in the back. This area has little buildings for a pizza shop, bakery, police station, etc. The smaller kids will be able to ride their bikes around town. We were told the "town" should be done by April 1st. Play quest/Chasers Laser Tag offers small rooms for birthday parties. They allow you to bring your own food or Cici's can deliver pizza. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. It was a fun environment for kids and adults. The price was only $5 per kid. They do not offer food or drink but they allow you to bring your own. Overall- great place! We will be back again soon! read more

Had my sons birthday here and it did not disappoint! It is extremely clean and the free arcade was so much fun and up to date- I couldn't believe how many new gaming consoles they had to play. Best place by far for a birthday party!! Had my daughter's 12th birthday there last weekend. I was uncertain how the party would go since we never actually played here, just came in for a tour of the place in January. From the start I was impressed with everything. The party room was very clean and they set up everything for me that i brought in to decorate with. Our party host Anthony was awesome. He took care of everything from rangling the kids to serving food and cake. I brought in my own bottled water and juice boxes to be surprised they provided bottled beverages to everyone including parents. I didn't have to do anything other than enjoy myself, which i did! Chasers is fantastic - it has plenty of fun activities for kids of all ages (including adults!). We were visiting from out-of-town and were looking for some laser tag with family. Chasers delivered on the laser tag (an awesome large with plenty of special effects and physical structures to hide and make the game more interesting). Sam, the assistant manager, was an incredible hostess - she was welcoming, showed us all the various features on the property, and helped us play some of the more advanced games like the multi-player MECH robot consoles. We really liked the fact that the entry fee included all arcade games (no tokens!) and most of the activities. Whether you have one hour or one day, Chasers is worth checking out! read more

Great place for a 10 yo birthday party! Friendly, nice, helpful staff- the owner even came in during the party and introduced herself! Reasonable prices for food! Loved that we could bring outside food other than dessert! Our party was in December few week before Christmas and there were 4 other parties going on that night. My kiddos had a lot of fun- laser tag was their best part so with that being said we had the 4 game package and the last laser tag game was only 5 min and I wasn't aware of that until after party was over and we left. We had a terrible experience for my son's birthday party at Chasers. On a busy Saturday afternoon, there was only two people working. At 5:00 pm, the only host that was partially overseeing our party left, leaving a single person to run the entire place. He was overwhelmed, forgot to order pizzas for our party, and left 14 eight year old boys hungry. It was poorly organized, we didn't get to play the 4-5 laser tag games that we paid for. The management left the kids playing video games instead of hosting the party. At $25 pp, this was a rip off and complete disappointment. I will never return. read more

We had a joint birthday party here for my 4yr old and his best friend. My kids already love Chasers, so a party here is a no brainer. We ended up with 40 kids from 2-11yrs ALL having a great time. People are still talking about it at school. And even though my 4yr old was there a couple days before, on his actual birthday he asked to go to Chasers again! The staff is always warm and welcoming.
