I stopped at Party City yesterday to see what they had to offer and they had a wide variety of costumes and masks which was great to see. I decided to purchase the uncle Joe Biden aka Sleepy Joe's mask for $34.99 honestly I wish it was cheaper but I guess it will have to do. I also purchased a Halloween trick or treat orange bucket and a bag of chocolates to use to give out to trick or treaters today. Customer service was fast and friendly which resulted in a fast check out even with so many customers there. Thank you for saving my Halloween!

The website is incredibly easy to navigate and the options are both abundant but not overwhelming. The color schemes are perfectly coordinated. Paris312 sent me a link so I could track the delivery in real time. Such a nice way to not worry. When I finally got to see them in real life, I was blown away. Yes these are high end balloons and wow do you get what you pay for. The custom balloon with my sisters name on it was HUGE and make the vibe perfect for the entrance. The number balloons were a perfect back drop for photos. The glitter balloons in the side arrangements just made everything sparkle a little extra. Do not hesitate to use this company. They are clearly professionals with good taste to boot. Thank you, Paris312!!! I only wish I had more pictures to share

Clearly, no attentiveness or attention to detail. Sent me their basic cookie cutter event stuff. I didn't want their cookie cutter display stuff from their website. I wanted a quote for something unique. I answered her email questions then an Ali responses saying "Nicole is out of the office until Monday." She went on to tell me "12 days is enough for us to accommodate your requests." I don't think they could handle my request. As Nicole previously stated, "I sincerely apologize for the delay and completely understand your frustration. You're right that I had given you a timeline, and I'm sorry that I wasn't able to meet it or communicate the delay with you sooner. We are currently in the height of our busiest season, and our response and proposal lead times have unfortunately been longer than usual. That being said, I should have kept you updated rather than leaving you waiting. I am working on your decks and will have it over to you today. I really appreciate your patience and apologize again for the frustrating experience." I asked for the CEO, or person in charge of the business, and I was ignored. Again, why would I use this company? Why would you?

My phone call today with Lee could have been much more professional. I called to gain clarity about two orders, both about missing items from a previous order and also to make sure that my other order was ready to be picked up and didn't accidentally get shipped. Lee's responses were sarcastic and unhelpful, causing me to not only be confused but frustrated. Before I drive an hour to pick up my orders, I wanted absolute certainty that they were available to be picked up being that this was not true last Friday. These are comments that Lee made: "didn't you receive an email?, Doesn't it say that the order is ready?, why wouldn't you have received your order?, are you sure you even placed your order?" The answers to these questions are not as black-and-white as Lee may think. And the most helpful and easy thing to do is to simply look up the orders and verify rather than make sarcastic comments to me. It should be obvious that I need help and that things are not clear for me, which is the reason why I called. After I was forwarded to Tony, who was able to clarify everything, I received another phone call from Lee following up with me to make sure I was fully helped. I did appreciate that. I'm well aware that we all have our off days, or are not on our A-game for every call.
