They called me ahead to confirm delivery and called recipient to confirm. All went perfect. But, when I asked my friend to send a pic, it was not like the pic I asked them to follow. I asked for a dozen calla lilies with ferns, then purple hydrangeas around the base in a green opaque vase!!! Super specific, I said they could use purple carnations too. I now don't think there was a need for special order I think they might have been busy and waited till after a wedding they may have been doing and then used flowers they had on hand because I never once asked for any version of pink and they added pink and purple integrated either the white which I didn't want!!!! Handling all initial needs is easy and Heidi asks all the right questions to be sure you are getting what you want and need! Exact tent sizes, light, table sizes and heights and linens. Installation is easy and the guys know their stuff. This year, we failed to plan for the rain and called on the day of our party, Saturday for the curtain/walls to attach to our tents. Unfortunately, a team of installers were not available but PP allowed us to come get the curtains and install ourselves! That truly was a lifesaver and going the extra mile!
