Working with Kyle at Carousel was amazing from the start. I was so back and forth with whether or not I wanted to invest in real floral for our late March wedding. I knew I wanted a lot of green, minimal flowery-flowers and filler greenery, something simple to do artificial, right? Even knowing this, he spent time getting to know my inspiration, and wrote up several proposals and pricing, without any judgement, just friendly professionalism. I was not required to have a minimum, and there were no complaints on delivery, even down to the loop on a Friday during office hours. Carousel came recommended thru a friend of a friend in Elmhurst as I live in the city and wanted a very special garden type arrangement. for a memorial. I worked with Kyle who not only called me after hours to discuss what I hoped to have done but was extremely accomodating and communicative thru the whole process. My order was probably a bit more time sensitive than normal as I was having a garden piece rushed to be delivered to be included and panicked it could be put together in time. While the flowers themselves were beautiful and likely not something most guests would notice, the colors we received were not what was discussed or agreed upon. I am not sure what happened, but the palette delivered did not match the colors confirmed during our meetings. On the day of the wedding, it was extremely stressful to receive a bridal bouquet with bright red roses when that was explicitly not requested. The colors did not match my bridesmaids' dresses and were not aligned with my overall vision. I would not normally be overly concerned about this, but given the cost of the services, I expected the agreed-upon color palette to be executed accurately at minimum. Communication and responsiveness leading up to the wedding were great, and I truly wish I could give a higher rating. Unfortunately, the incorrect colors caused unnecessary stress on an already high-pressure day, and I left feeling disappointed. read more

I received a huge large bouquet of flowers for my birthday. They were beautiful. With the exception of a lot of filler leaves in there. But within two days,,,They were wilted and dead. I called and spoke to this location. I actually spoke with the owner. He said there's nothing he could do because it wasn't purchased through them. He did offer a small arrangement to replace it, but that's not really acceptable. When this big arrangement was expensive. He also stated he didn't know what flowers were in there because it wasn't ordered directly through them. but they are the ones that put the arrangement together and they are the ones that delivered it and they are the ones that are responsible for the dead flowers. He did suggest where they were purchased from call them and get a refund. But I still feel this company is responsible for it and should've actually issued a refund. They still got their money from the website that it was purchased from. I would not recommend this location at all. read more

My mom and I got a sympathy bouquet from this business. We chose the 'better' option, which is a step up, of the farewell too soon bouquet. What was delivered was nothing like the picture. This was a sympathy arrangement and they put hot pink roses in it. The bouquet itself was 75% greenery and 25% flowers. We were severely disappointed and will not be using them again.
