I ordered a bouquet for my mom for Mother's Day. My mom is the most incredible and selfless woman in the world, so my brothers and I wanted to treat her to a nice flower arrangement that we thought she'd really love. I scoured local shops until I found the perfect arrangement here. It was exactly what I knew my mom would love. In fact, I paid EXTRA to ensure that the arrangement was EXACTLY like the photo. I've attached a photo of what I ordered compared to what I received. My heart sunk when I saw it. I actually ordered 2 of them (one for my mother-in-law) but I ended up throwing the second away because they were wilted and I had time to go get a different bouquet unlike the one I gave to my mom. My mom is so sweet, and was happy to receive ANYTHING, but my brothers and I were so disappointed. Kitty was nice enough to offer me the money back on one of the bouquets, which I appreciated. However, I had a very hard time accepting the fact that this bouquet was designed this way "because the flowers they included costed more than the ones in the original photo"... I ordered that exact arrangement for a reason. Yes, I am appreciative that I got the amount back that I did, but this never should have been an issue to begin with. I struggle financially, so this was a triple blow to me. I've learned my lesson to never order flowers online. Always go in to a store. I strongly advise you to do the same.

Forgetting the name of the nice lady who answered the phone, but immediately after hearing the situation she was extremely apologetic and offered a more than a reasonable solution for me. My wedding day came and I was blown away by the bouquets. The colors just popped and they made my pictures look absolutely beautiful! She had a vision and she executed it flawlessly. The flowers were so fresh that I could smell my bouquet when someone else held it. I wouldn't of picked anyone else for the job. I asked for a photo before sending it so I could be sure it was done exactly like the photo I presented to them. She said they don't do that but promised me it would be same and especially since they are ordering exact from the wholesaler. Again customer service is impeccable. They called me ahead to confirm delivery and called recipient to confirm. All went perfect. But, when I asked my friend to send a pic, it was not like the pic I asked them to follow. I asked for a dozen calla lilies with ferns, then purple hydrangeas around the base in a green opaque vase!!! Super specific, I said they could use purple carnations too. I now don't think there was a need for special order I think they might have been busy and waited till after a wedding they may have been doing and then used flowers they had on hand because I never once asked for any version of pink and they added pink and purple integrated either the white which I didn't want!!!! I had to call him back AFTER I placed the order, gave him the delivery info and my credit card, to give him my email to send the receipt to. I told him to call me if there was any issues. Due to all the positive reviews I trusted him. Since I didn't receive any calls I figured he had everything under control. I WAS SO WRONG!!!! When the plant was delivered it was NOTHING like the picture on THEIR website, never received a phone call for my approval, and have not received a receipt. Called and left a detailed message, still haven't received a return call as of today 6/6, or a receipt. I called my credit card company and Bettys charged me $90.09, with no approval going over the $55, never called to tell me they didn't get what I originally wanted as shown on THEIR website, and still haven't sent me a receipt. I trusted Dave and HIS WORD, BIG MISTAKE!!! I thought I found a florist I would do business with for a long time, SO WRONG!!!
