We received a confirmation call the day before telling us what time delivery would be - sometime around 7am. They weren't kidding! Hubs woke up at 6:45am and they were already in our driveway waiting. Delivery was smooth, setup of the inflatable went well. We had to set up our own tables and chairs - not a big deal. They showed up promptly at 8pm to pick everything up (boooo hooooo). Can't wait for our party next year!

Okay - I'm not sure what happened to this place. I used them the past two summers to rent chairs…read morefor graduation parties, and they were great. Reasonably priced, very responsive. I picked up the chairs and the warehouse guys helped load them into my car, unload, etc. But then recently, I inquired about renting tables, chairs and linens for a bridal shower. First, their contact us form on their website wasn't working - some issue with the captcha. So I tried emailing with my request and questions about table options. I waited for days, and then I got an anonymous text with a couple of questions in return. So I'd respond, and then days would go by where I wouldn't hear anything again. I called several times and left messages, then I got another text a couple of days later. Finally, I got a text with just a price tag - no itemized breakdown of costs, no responses to my questions about table sizes, nothing. I left another message, asking for an itemized quote and haven't heard back. Its so surprising, considering how responsive and professional they were the past two summers when I rented from them. Itemized contracts, detailed terms. everything you would expect. This time there was none of that. Did they lose their sales staff? Are they going out of business?

I cannot say enough wonderfully gushing things about Mireille, her talent and innovative…read moreimplementation of her designs. you NEED this company for your next party!! We hired Mireille for our daughter's birthday party and we're beyond thrilled with her work. Her designs stand out from any face painting artist we've seen, her ability to work with children (we had as young as 2.5 at the party) and sweet nature were so perfect to coax even the shyest of children out of their shell to sit in her chair while she glammed them up all while chit chatting away with them with such kindness and patience. The body art was easy to remove, zero reactions even for my daughter who has quite sensitive skin and at the end of a party being able to effortlessly brush out the awesome glitter in her hair was a true blessing for a tired parent post party hosting. We truly cannot wait to work with she and her team again in the future and can see ourselves booking them throughout the years to come. Very well priced and worth every penny! Thanks again for helping sprinkle a little extra magic at our party.

As an attendee I cannot speak for the price but the party was adorable.

I loved the rustic look of the furniture Elegant had and their prices were better than most. While they didn't have any rugs or pillows to rent (sigh), their wine barrels were perfection to use as high boys and ended up getting a bunch of their low benches to put together as low tables (to use with floor seating). And they were also able to provide lights for my backyard. While every other vendor told me that postposting due to rain or Covid-19 wasn't an option (say whaaa?) I also liked that they were flexible. The main issue was that getting ahold of them was extremely difficult. If the Yelp reviews didn't give me faith that they'd show in time fo the bash I would have been extremely worried. It took a lot of stalking for both me and my party planner to get a contract, pay for the contract and a date to set everything up. There is an emergency # and found that we had better luck when we called the emergency #. They set everything up a few days in advance so I didn't worry too much about them being a no show. I let them know they needed to come at 7am to get it all done since I was headed out for a busy day and they showed up even a few minutes early. An hour later my yard was lit up beautifully and I was really happy with the look of the furniture for the price. They set it all up on a Thursday morning and said they would be back on Monday to pick it up (also prompt for pick up) so we got to enjoy a long weekend of beautiful lights. While the service leading up to the event wasn't the best, I'd probably still use them since it was smoothly the weekend of the event. However, I'd hope they would be more on top of their communication next time.
