The live music provided a great atmosphere and the BYOB was also a bonus. The location is easy to find and the owner was there the entire time with us. We had someone replenishing paint and bringing us napkins as needed and they had cupcakes from a nearby bakery for sale which where some of the best I have had. Overall it was an enjoyable experience. Just a few things that kept me from giving it five stars. The painting area was a little too cramped. I was elbow to elbow with the people on either side of me, which made it a little hard to move around and paint. The actual brushes we used seemed to be a little worn, so they didn't paint as well. Maybe omitting one or two chairs from the tables to provide extra painting room would make it a little more comfortable? Just a suggestion, otherwise I would definitely recommend attending one of their painting socials.

I should have realized that even on the 4th call they had no idea what I wanted to rent - no records of my calls. Well I learned my lesson. I instructed them what we wanted. Pretty simple 15 tables and 50 chairs. I only had one special request was that I would not be avaiable to acccept delivery between 4-5pm. Guess when they delivered??? Yes 4pm, with the wrong table poles for the tables. I had high tops with regualr chairs. Go figure. They took the table poles back then said they would take 30 mins to get the new ones to us. An hour an a half later they arrived. Just 30 mins before the event started leaving us to SCRAMBLE to get everything for guests. They showed no concern or care with the issue they caused blamed the poor service on someone on vaction. Pick-up was just as bad as delivery I was told pick-up would be between 2-3pm and they showed 5 hours later at 7pm!!! JUST TERRIBLE. I would NEVER use Ultimate rental service again.

The items were delivered on time and set-up on our backyard deck. They wiped off each chair and checked to make sure they had the rubber feet, replacing the ones that were missing. They told us to just leave the chairs set up on the deck, no need to close and stack them, and they would come back in the morning to pick them up which I thought was fantastic. Can't say enough about Jumpin4Joy! My company had an associate appreciation picnic recently and…read moreJumpin4Joy supplied the tables, chairs, tents, and games. It was a complete success and everyone had a blast! There were bounce houses, snow cone machines, cotton candy machines... the kids went crazy. If there is anything I've learned about associate events, is that if you keep the kids happy, then the parents are happy. The staff delivered all the equipment as promised, set everything up, and took everything down. It was extremely professional and so easy for the party planners. They didn't have to lift a finger. We made the mistake of renting a grill from another company and it was a huge ordeal just trying to get them to come pick it up. I'm not sure if Jumpin4Joy does rents grills, but it was still nice that they made the event seem seamless from start to finish. Really, the last thing you want is to have several extra hours for prep time, because a company you hired to provide a service or service is giving you the 2nd class treatment. You want to go, have fun, and go home. Jumpin4Joy knows this and treats their customers accordingly. All the staff on hand were extremely polite and helpful - very great experience. To my understanding, they service the Dupage and Cook Counties. If you're just outside of that area, then I would still visit their website and give them a call to see if they cover your area. It'll make your party planning a lot easier, knowing you're selecting a company that will deliver as expected and make your event look good. We will definitely use them in the future. Their website has other fun products and services that we look forward to using in future events. 5 stars, hands down!

This place is awesome, but it's fallen into disrepair. My kids had a great time and we spent close…read moreto 4 hours here, but I have some real issues. The good: - Once your kids get the hang of the self-latch system, they'll be able to climb safely without close supervision. - There are lots and lots of climbing walls and some have unique features. It's very entertaining for climbers over 48". - They have a drinking fountain. - They have hand sanitizer dispensers. The bad: - Many areas were shut down. We couldn't do the ninja course because "something is leaking from the ceiling" in one of the areas. Some features on the climbing walls (like the wheel you turn to bring a trapeze thing closer to a ledge) are broken. - They are severely understaffed. When we visited on Monday, Aug. 11, the ropes course was only open for a few minutes, as was the wall-hang slide. Because those areas require employees and there weren't enough people to work them, they were closed off for the bulk of our visit. - It's a bit expensive. I feel like I'd pay the $30 per kid if they had access to everything, but between the broken attraction and the areas shut down because of staffing issues, the price felt steep. - There's not a lot of seating available if you're a parent who just wants to watch. There are a few benches, but you can't see large sections of Funtopia when you're sitting there. I was hoping to do some work on my laptop, but there were no tables near the benches. - If you leave, you cannot re-enter once you leave the building, so hunger may become an issue as outside food is not allowed. I'd love to come back here with my kids, but I hope they have enough staff to keep all the attractions running and I hope they fix the "something leaking" on the ninja course. I got the sense that this was a place run by teenagers and the owners may be absent or uninvolved.
