Can't say enough about Jumpin4Joy! My company had an associate appreciation picnic recently and Jumpin4Joy supplied the tables, chairs, tents, and games. It was a complete success and everyone had a blast! There were bounce houses, snow cone machines, cotton candy machines... the kids went crazy. If there is anything I've learned about associate events, is that if you keep the kids happy, then the parents are happy. The staff delivered all the equipment as promised, set everything up, and took everything down. It was extremely professional and so easy for the party planners. They didn't have to lift a finger. We made the mistake of renting a grill from another company and it was a huge ordeal just trying to get them to come pick it up. I'm not sure if Jumpin4Joy does rents grills, but it was still nice that they made the event seem seamless from start to finish. Really, the last thing you want is to have several extra hours for prep time, because a company you hired to provide a service or service is giving you the 2nd class treatment. You want to go, have fun, and go home. Jumpin4Joy knows this and treats their customers accordingly. All the staff on hand were extremely polite and helpful - very great experience. To my understanding, they service the Dupage and Cook Counties. If you're just outside of that area, then I would still visit their website and give them a call to see if they cover your area. It'll make your party planning a lot easier, knowing you're selecting a company that will deliver as expected and make your event look good. We will definitely use them in the future. I have nothing but positive things to say about them. 1. very quick, informative, and polite via email. 2. All transactions went as planned. 3. They showed up early so we had our bouncy house an extra hour 4. The price is great 5. The employee who delivered the house was quick, polite, and all around great. 6. The house was clean and in great shape (and actually better than we thought it would be). 7. This was for the 2nd birthday of twins and everyone had a great time. It was safe, sizable (even though we got the smaller house for an apartment's yard). All of the kids and adults had a great time. In short, I'd say give them a try. They aren't the biggest game in town, but I really could not have asked for anything more. We hope to make the bouncy house a tradition and we will surely call Jumpin4Joy again next year. Do not rent from this place! We have an event tomorrow at 3pm. We received a phone call today at 8:30PM stating that they are unable to fulfill their service due to an "emergency" on their end. When I spoke with the manager, he was irritated, not empathetic, and acted as if its our fault that he can't fulfill his service. He claims that there was no contract, when in reality there was. He acted as if its not his job to figure it out, and acted as if we are at this mercy. Then he had the nerve to give me an ultimatum as if its my responsibility to be patient with their inadequacy. This is a business....RESPECT YOUR CONTRACT. Regardless of what is going on with your company internally, it is your responsibility to find a way to fulfill your service and not call us at 8:30 on a Friday night stating that you can't fulfill your service, when the event is the next day. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE...YOU WILL REGRET IT. They are fast to accept the payment $$$ but provides NO SERVICE!!! This business has no concept of what a business should be. If I can, I will give this place a negative star!! If anything at least apologize. read more

Do not rent from these people. If you have rain on the day of your event, and you cancel your rental following the specifications in your rental contract, you will not receive your refund. We have been getting the run around for over three months with one excuse after another, but still no refund. It makes you wonder - are they doing this on purpose in the hopes that we just let it go and then they can keep the money? read more

I rented a bouncy from this company on July 13th, 2013 for our annual family reunion at a Cook County forest preserve. We were supposed to have the bouncy from 10am until 6pm. The installer arrived a few minutes late but began installing the bouncy immediately. However, when he tried filling it up, the generator was not staying on. It did look like a new piece of equipment. He fiddled with it for a full 45 minutes and nothing. Now, I know these things happen but that was not the problem. The problem here was that this company sent a guy that obviously didn't know what he was doing. I called the company to complain. They said they didn't know there was a problem because the installer never called them (although the whole time he was on the phone with SOMEONE--perhaps a friend??). I now had to hand him my phone so he could talk to someone at the shop. They troubleshooted for a few minutes, then I get the phone back and the manager says that he has to come out with another generator but he's coming from Lombard so he didn't know what time he'd show up. Meanwhile, my nephew arrives and goes over to see if he can help because he knows about generators. He found that the problem was that the installer never turned the gas switch to "ON"! So now it's past 11am. I call the manager up and ask if they're planning on leaving it longer and he agreed. However, sometime around 5pm, the kids are in there jumping, having a good time, when the bouncy starts to deflate with them inside! Apparently, the generator ran out of gas. I call the company again and the manager offers me a $75 credit which I originally said I would use for "next year." Then he insists that he'll just credit my PayPal account and I agreed. It is now a month later and I still have yet to receive any credit. I even emailed the company but no response. My problem with this company is customer service...they sent someone who was not trained then "forgot" to give me a credit. No Bueno!! read more

We have had such great experiences with Jumpin 4 Joy. Our first time using them was in 2012 and then again this past Sunday. Even two years later they included a repeat customer discount. They are easy to work with, no hassle, prices are probably the best around. Delivery, set-up and take down are all included so there are no hidden charges.
