We rented the Spider Guy bounce house for my son's 5th birthday party yesterday and so glad we went with Moon Jump for the kids' bounce house. It was a complete success. We found them via Yelp. Their website has all the info you need and you can even order/reserve online. Great customer service over the phone when we called to confirm, and they too, to check in and confirm a couple days before your scheduled event. Prices and delivery fee are comparable to others in the area. The bounce house itself was very clean and well maintained. Delivery and set-up were a breeze, he was friendly and helpful. Showed up well before our event, and right on time after. They were busy this day too, 5 other parties in addition to ours. We'll be going with Moon Jump again in the future, along with many of the other parents at our party. read more

Somehow I was placed in charge of organizing our neighborhood block party this summer, and one of the main attractions is always a bounce house. Since I don't rent many bounce houses, I didn't really have any idea where to turn so I randomly picked one via Google. Turned out to be a big mistake. Even though I had booked three weeks in advance, I got an e-mail the week of the party that they had to cancel my booking -- on one of the busiest block party days of the summer. The next morning, I did a little more research and called Moon Jump -- turned out to be a GREAT decision. Not only were they cheaper than the one I had originally booked, they were also helpful, patient and informative. I ended up with an awesome house (get the Tweety Cage!), delivered on-time by great people. Pick-up was just as easy. Not sure when I'll have the opportunity to book another bounce house, but when i do, Moon Jump will be my first call! read more

Great service! They were helpful and professional from the moment I called to the moment they came to pick up the moon bounce late at night! We rented the sports arena for my husbands 30th birthday party so it was strictly for us adults and we had an AMAZING time! It comes with jousting stuff, dodgeballs,a basketball, volleyball, and twister. The equipment was all in good condition and the staff was friendly and on time. I made a same day reservation, as rain was in the forecast for all week, however, it didn't end up raining the day of my daughter's birthday. I called, and had a bounce castle setup in my backyard within 1 hour. I'm impressed! Both of the gentlemen I dealt with, on the phone, and the one who came to set up the castle, were both very polite and respectful. I will definitely use your company for all my future events. Unfortunately, this review isn't based on the actual use of their services because we cancelled immediately after we realized how they were being deceitful and over charging us $30 for the delivery of a bouncy house for a block party, when the EXACT same address had the same bouncy house 4 weeks earlier for a birthday party. I was assured we were being charged the same until I saw the receipt for the party 4 weeks earlier. Then I was given a different story on how their delivery charge was firm and it increased. Yet I was never given that information at booking. I spoke with them on the phone, I did not book online. read more

Their office staff was pleasant when I made the reservation, and the guy that delivered and picked up was prompt and friendly. We had absolutely no issues with the bounce house. Horrible customer service - we rented a bouncy house from them and when more than one child got on to jump it would start to deflate. There was holes all along the side and the unit smelled HORRIBLE. We called them immediately without response, then called again the next morning to see if they would give us some sort of discount for the malfunction. They said (very rudely might I add) they could not do that - no refunds unless they saw it with their own eyes... which if it is after hours and they do not pick up the phone I am sure it is a nice little loop hole they play with their customers - so upset - I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. read more

DO NOT USE THEM! I just rented a combination bouncy house for my son's birthday party and the customer service was horrible! First of all they showed up late to install the house while I was guaranteed numerous times with a 3 hour window for installation but they never showed within that time frame. I never got a phone call saying why they were late or if they were even coming, so I called the office and spoke to some incredible rude girl who told me the driver was "new." How embarrassing it was to me planning this big party and having my guests watch the bouncy house being set up when the driver finally did arrive. Of course they showed up right on time to pick it up though! To top it off, I spoke to the manager named Crystal the next day to explain to her my frustration with it arriving late and she simply laughed it off saying things do happen. I wanted some compensation for being humiliated and spending over $250 on this bouncy house and she told me she could only offer a $20 credit toward my next rental within a year! What a joke that doesn't even cover the delivery fee! I will never order another bouncy house with this company ever again! The manager did add that their prices were very comparable to other companies in the area, so I would strongly suggest to use those other companies. read more
