They ensure their inventory is as damaged as possible and if you have any concerns, you are massively out of luck as answering the phone is not an offering. Every item we got looked a complete and utter fool. The gold chiavari chairs arrived intentionally filthy, splintering on the seat area and at the legs which wobbled as if they were in the dance floor. We were terrified to have our guest sit on them at risk for tetanus and didn't put them to any use. The tables weren't going to let the chair steal the show on filth. They were uniquely nasty. There is no reason to patronize this company, they are scamming customers in providing the worst product coupled with nonexistent customer service. .

I should have realized that even on the 4th call they had no idea what I wanted to rent - no records of my calls. Well I learned my lesson. I instructed them what we wanted. Pretty simple 15 tables and 50 chairs. I only had one special request was that I would not be avaiable to acccept delivery between 4-5pm. Guess when they delivered??? Yes 4pm, with the wrong table poles for the tables. I had high tops with regualr chairs. Go figure. They took the table poles back then said they would take 30 mins to get the new ones to us. An hour an a half later they arrived. Just 30 mins before the event started leaving us to SCRAMBLE to get everything for guests. They showed no concern or care with the issue they caused blamed the poor service on someone on vaction. Pick-up was just as bad as delivery I was told pick-up would be between 2-3pm and they showed 5 hours later at 7pm!!! JUST TERRIBLE. I would NEVER use Ultimate rental service again.

I decided bringing in a casino company would be an amusing option. Chicago Casino Suppliers was the right choice, priced cheaper than other casino companies and they happened to have an opening on the night of our party! Booyah! We got their "Vegas Baby' package in which you pick any 4 tables for the evening for $1295 which includes 3 hours of play. The tables we picked were Blackjack, Poker, Roulette, and Craps. We paid $595 at the time of booking to reserve the date for us and then paid $700 (+ tips for our dealers) on the night of the event. We booked Chicago Casino Supplies from 7-10pm which included the setup, take down, dealers for each game and all the chips. When I arrived at my venue at 5pm for our 6pm holiday party, all equipment had arrived. I was super happy to see they even threw in a photobooth for us! It's not your standard photobooth but took digital pix that it emailed to us later that week with a casino border - I've added a few to the listing here so you can see how they turn out. A representative from the company came at 530pm to brief me on what would happen which was a nice touch. All of our dealers were really nice the entire evening. I totally can't remember the young man handling the poker table's name but he was so helpful in guiding me in what to do, looking at my cards & teaching me what to do, possibly screwing me over in the process but I trust he didn't. :) My entire group had an insanely fun time! I was beyond pleased with how everything was set up prior, cleaned up after and the professional yet fun nature of all the dealers. Great company to deal with!
