Light Up Your Holidays does an amazing job making your home look beautiful in such a tasteful and elegant way! We worked with Kelly to design the lighting for our home. We had some ideas of how we wanted the house to look. However, when we talked with Kelly, she made some suggestions I never would have though of, and made sure the house looked balanced (again something I wouldn't have considered). She added some fantastic details that made the house look beautiful during the day as well as in the dark hours. The hardware that was used to hang the lights is permanent, but is so small and discrete. I really have to look hard to find the hooks. The customer service is fantastic. We had one set of lights go out one evening. We called and the lights were repaired the next day with no interruption to our schedule. Take down was such a breeze. Again, the crew came out, took down the lights. There was no mess or storage for us, and better than that, we didn't have to climb on ladders in the snow! You certainly receive an amazing product which corresponds to the price of lighting. Every night I drove into my driveway smiling. The lights really add to the spirit of the holidays. From our initial design meeting with Kelly to the annual installation of lights and Christmas-y décor (garland, swags, teardrops and wreaths), the professionalism of all cannot be understated. This was my first year with Light Up Your Holidays and it was a magical experience from start to finish. Kelly provided multiple lighting designs during our initial consultation, which was conducted very efficiently (and on-time) via Zoom call. Throughout the call, Kelly worked with us to answer all questions and to make sure that we were comfortable with the design and the next steps. And speaking of next steps! The process was communicated with great clarity, install appointment was set, and the installation team arrived on-time. The team installed very quickly and with great professionalism. Likewise, removal was communicated clearly, and was performed on-time, with the same professionalism. A problem hotline was provided, and though it was not needed, it was nice to know the team was there if we needed them. This is a first-rate company and is highly recommended. Design - Service - Professional Install - perfect. My house was tasteful and beautiful, and quite honestly, the best on the block. I have been a client of Light Up Your Holidays for the last 6 or 7 years. I can't say enough good things about the business. Kelly is great and she hires only the best. This year as I apporached my home in my car while the crew was stringing my lights, I saw the crew chief stepping back and looking everything over. They want to make sure everything is perfect. As with anything, sometimes there is a problem (although I have gone entire seasons without any). This is an area that really sets Light Your Up Your Holidays apart. They commit to coming out within 24 hours; however, i have never waited that long. Night time is not a bar to the technicians. They arrive with their lighted caps and get to work. Patti runs the light hotline. Believe it or not she seems to understand the panic in our voices if a strand of lights go out. she makes sure that you know when to expect the technicians. It's been one of the best investments we've made and reduced annual arguments about how many lights, what to do when the lights go out, etc. The lighting is absolutely beautiful and Kelly works with you to create the best design for your home; I get numerous compliments every year. I started with Light Up Your Holidays 5 years ago and I have to say, the house looks beautiful! I used to do the lights myself (not on the roof), but it became more difficult and I was stressed between decorating the house and finishing all the Christmas shopping.
