The entire process was so easy, from start to finish.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Installation was very professional, as was the communication throughout the process, through removal of decorations/lighting. I turned everything on when the install crew was present, and it looked outstanding! In fact, my next-door neighbor noticed and came outside to compliment me on our installation. wayyyyyyyyyyy too expensive!!! you would think that at a time like christmas, and during a pandemic!!!, that a company like this, with a "philosophy"/name iike theirs, that they would want to "help" people to make their holidays a little brighter, but not for the price of a mortgage payment!!!! i mean let's be realistic, you're decorating a house with some lights and maybe some fake greenery! to ask for a $1500 minimum is ludicrous!! you should be ashamed of yourself for trying to gouge customers and potential customers!!!! i normally do my own lights but this year i was hurt and couldn't do it myself. this was only for putting lights along the front roof line!!! this only a small ranch for christ sake, it's not a freakin' mansion!!!! this woman is a heartless, money hungry, scrooge of a grinch!!!! she should just close down during the holidays and put a big sign out front of her business that reads: "bahhhhhhhh humbug everyone!!!" you're a mean one mrs. grinch!! read more
