I had an idea for angled steps and even though it's a bit complicated he took on the project and built some really cool stairs that make my deck unique. I'm usually not one to spend time getting a bunch of quotes and just rely on Yelp reviews to make a purchasing decision, but this was pricey enough purchase that i figured I should do my due diligence.' Siding & Windows Group was one of the 4 companies I had come out for a quote. We ended up with them for a few reasons: - Their quote was competitive - They were able to spray paint the interior trim with our existing paint color - They were able to match the exterior trim as closely as possible to our windows outside - Anthony at Siding & Windows Group was very responsive We placed the order on August 22nd, which is my bday. I can't say new doors was what i wanted for my bday, but i guess this is being a homeowner in your 40s. The new doors weren't installed until November 6th and we just hoped for no big storms and got lucky. Anthony checked in a few times on when they'd be installed and pushed it back a few days due to other projects. The actual installation took about a day, which wasn't too bad. A week later they came to spray paint, which honestly seemed like a much bigger project than installing the doors. That took 2 days and went smoothly, although there was a little confusion about them not knowing what color to paint, etc. It turned out beautifully and while the doors look very similar to our old doors I like the look of these even better. The exterior finish isn't a perfect match, but i think a big part of that is our old paint on our windows as faded. One day we'll touch it all up, but for now we're looking forward to a break in paying for anything for the house. I learned there are a lot of companies in the area for new windows/doors, but we were satisfied with this one and would use them again.
