I have sent you an email about this, talked to your driver, and took some pictures. Thank you for rectifying this for the neighborhood residents.

I found JJ Construction through Yelp…read more I would highly recommend JJ Construction. They provided an honest quote. I actually went out and received 4 quotes. While JJ wasn't the lowest, they were the most comprehensive. For example, all of the other quotes quoted the shingles and work, but JJ Construction quoted shingles, tiles, gutters, and all hardware (new fans/vents/gutters). They are highly skilled. They did not rush the project (who wants a roofer who rushes?) and cleaned up every day. Communication was excellent. They installed Class 4 shingles, which lowered my home owners insurance by 20%. The work quality was top notch. I was highly impressed by JJ Construction and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Matt, for a great job.

The water stopped, thankfully. And they came back 2 days later to do the recommended repairs. Roofing issues and repairs for me are like taking your car to the mechanic. They tell me what the issues are and what it will take to repair, but I have no clue what they are talking about. All I can say is Eli was SUPER patient with all of our questions and concerns. Roofing work is not cheap, not that it should be. It is dangerous work. And I do believe that you get what you pay for. So, yeah, we laid out some bucks, but the Windy City Flat Roof team was amazing from start to finish. Fast, efficient, and friendly. Can't ask for more than that!

Communication was thorough and timely. Multiple samples were delivered to my home, to ensure I was happy with the color of shingles to be installed. The price for the whole service was well within reason. Since I had my roof done at an unpopular time (winter), I had the full crew at my disposal. Thus, they must have set a new record for how quickly the work was completed. The old roof was removed and the new roof installed in practically no time at all. It felt like Santa's elves were working magic up there! A serious effort was made to protect my yard from debris (though I will say, I wish they would have thoroughly moved back the heavy stones they used to hold down the tarps). All in all, this whole process was about as painless as I could have hoped. Thanks very much for the outstanding work! I would certainly recommend Hefferan Roofing to friends and neighbors.
