Our experience with Jacob and his team was 10/10! From the initial consultation, to providing a quote, answering questions, install day, and follow-up, he was responsive, and a perfectionist. We had two condo units in our building update windows as well as two back hallway windows, and Jacob provided a highly competitive quote. He was kind and patient when we waited for other unit owners in the building to decide, and did not push us to move quicker or make a decision when we were not yet ready. Ordering windows took a few weeks and teams on install day moved swiftly and kept the area clean after! I also want to note that we live on the 3rd floor of a condo building and many contractors said they could not install and/or needed additional materials, external infrastructure and costs to do the project, but Jacob made it seamless with bringing windows up the stairs, and doing an internal install, which incurred no extra install costs. This was also great as it did not impact our neighbors and kept the project contained and clean. Jacob really cares about being transparent and has earned our trust, and I would 100% recommend him and his team to anyone looking to install new windows in their home. I cancelled my estimate, when contractor failed to show up at designated time and did not inform me. When I called to ask what happened he said he was busy and forgot to let me know. Lack of trust prompted me to cancel any further appointments. He might be good , but I'll never find out. read more

Initially, I felt a lot of stress about having to replace the sliding patio door, but Jacob made it seem straightforward and simple. From getting the estimate to completing the installation, everything worked out as planned with exceptional quality work; all of his suggestions of direction and results have aligned with, if not exceeded, my expectations. I first contacted Jacob via the Yelp app and asked for an estimate over the phone. I answered a few questions regarding the type and size of the patio door, and a few hours later, he sent me a quote via text. The price was fair, and most of all, I was very impressed with his online reviews, so I decided to move forward. He came over to measure the old patio door for more accuracy and discussed the details of the product and the installation process. Apparently, he quoted me with the brand I was looking for and matched the color of the siding as I wanted (like he read my mind)! He was friendly and easy to talk to, and I felt confident about my decisions. On the day of installation, he arrived on time with David, and they went straight to work. He called me a few times to update me on their plan and how they would install the sliding door; hence, I felt included in their work. It took a couple of hours for them to finish up, and they also did a great job cleaning up. On top of the great job of installing the patio door, Jacob fixed the siding underneath to prevent water from leaking into the foundation. Hire this company for any project you may have! Jacob was the most pleasant person to interact with the work far exceeded my expectations. I hired Jacob to install vinyl siding on my 1890's house. He was sure to discuss every aspect of the job beforehand so we were on the same page at every point of the process. His price was fair when compared to other quotes, and it was money well spent. Jacob was great about making time to discuss anything I needed throughout the entire process, I'm very keen on small details and Jacob's crew was sure to pay attention to every little part of the job, all the small trim details and things people probably don't even notice. Everything was done exactly as we discussed and they completed the entire job in 2 days, I thought it would take weeks but again Jacob and his crew went way above my expectations. The crew even went out of their way to fix an issue that was my fault for lack of communication. I mistakenly told them to leave a piece of TV cable sticking through the new siding, then realized after the area was done that it was in fact not needed, I asked if they could cut it off and they were sure to not only cut it , but without me asking they also replaced the piece of siding so there was no hole remaining. It was in a spot no one would ever see, but they were sure to fix the issue 100% Again, I cannot recommend Jacob enough, literally every piece of the project was done well above my expectations, the house looks brand new and the process was painless from my end.
