We recently needed to replace our sliding patio door with specific requirements from our HOA. When we called and requested an estimate, our call was returned promptly by James and an onsite inspection was completed within a few days. His estimate beat all others, was accepted and installation scheduled within a few weeks. This is our second time hiring this company and, just like the first time, we couldn't be happier! A few years back we got our windows replaced with them and now we replaced the garage door. Although it took way longer than expected because of the COVID mess, James was always close by keeping us updated about our order. We met with James and Heather to explore pocket window options for our 80 year old home. James showed us a range of brands in his showroom and provided price ranges according to our needs, aesthetics, functions, and energy efficiency. James also visited our home to see and assess firsthand our range of concerns, especially how the new pocket windows would fit up exactly with our very old interior wooden frames. All of these concerns were fully addressed. The 16 windows were installed with care in 4 days. We went with Anderson 400 Woodright windows and so far, they look and perform as expected -- time will tell on that. But as for James and Heather's company, they did a terrific job. read more

WORSE COMPANY EVER! They came and replaced / fixed our siding ( supposedly). Few of the sidings fell off and they refuse to come and fix it. If you stand by your work and do it correctly than as your customer you should come and fix the problem. This company did a horrible job fixing and securing the siding to my house 9 months ago some siding has fallen off and another piece of siding wasn't secured properly! I called company to ask why this is happening since the work was done recently the guy on the phone was wanted to charge $500 dollars to come out again and was arguing and shouting over the phone with me! We sourced Ultimate Remodelers for our two exterior doors and installation. Originally, we worked on quoting with a handful of suppliers/installers, but UR was the most competitive when comparing apples to apples. Our sales contact (Mike Nucci) was very responsive, knowledgeable, and great to work with. Mike had advised that they hired on a very good carpenter (Andy) to work on door only projects, and they said they were excited to have such a expert on their team. This was a plus for us, since we had done some new window installations with one company who would just send different formans/crews every time. UR knew exactly who would be out doing our project and could speak to his skillset and expertise. Andy actually came out one day to do one more measurement of our doors just to be sure what we were ordering was accurate, which gave us peace of mind. UR underpromised and over-delivered on the lead time... they estimated 6-8 weeks for the doors to come in, which we understood completely going into this project. However, the doors took less than a month to come in. Andy and his crew were out there within the week we were notified the doors were ready. The install took less than a day, Andy and the crew were exteremly profossional and did a great job of cleaning up their messes. Only one snafu happened... we were under the assumption that the trim/frame on the interior of the door would be replaced and not re-used. Andy said the work order did not call for it, but we got on the phone with Heather right away and she worked out directly w/ the owner! She called me back and said there was some miscommunication/misunderstanding and that they'd get Andy back out within a week to replace the interioor trim. Which they did, and it looks great. UR handled the issue with professionalism, understanding, and w/ great urgency. In summary, the project was competitvely priced, seemless, and well executed, and the people at Ultimate were great to work with. It's always great to be able to use a local company. I'm sure we'll use them on future projects, and I recommend them to others looking for this kind of work to their homes. read more

Ultimate remodelers came in and gave me a prompt quote, which also was the most competitive. Our skylight was leaking and I had several companies come in for quotes. Ultimate remodelers replaced the skylight quickly in one afternoon, and cleaned up the debris from the work. The only complaint I can think of (and it's a minor one) was the two and a half week wait time. They were backed up, and it's understandable that they wouldn't be able to accurately forecast a wait time given the extreme weather sensitivity specific to this job. During the windstorm awhile back, part of the fascia on the front of my house flew off. I checked Yelp for companies that would be able to repair only the fascia. A couple of the other companies would not fix the fascia alone without also getting the gutters replaced. James (owner) of Ultimate Remodelers personally came to my house to give me an estimate, he checked my roof and gutters and told me they did not have to be replaced at this time. The quote was very reasonable and I appreciate his honesty. The installer, Andy come back a second time to fix some small problems that I noticed the 1st time the fascia was replaced. I contacted Ultimate Remodelers through their website and got a reply back within 24 hours. We needed a new roof, decking under the roof, and new gutters. They were absolutely great about showing up when they said they would, being clear about costs, and they did a superb job on our roof. We have skylights and every skylight I have seen leaks-- but not these. UR also arranged to have new gutters put in and they are also very well made, placed and work awesomely well. I will warn you that they *are not cheap* but when you pay more, you get quality work. The guys who did the roofing worked incredibly hard and cleaned up behind themselves, too. We added years to our house and fixed many water problems with the money we invested with UR, and I am happy to recommend them, and I would do business with them again! read more

Their customer service is probably the best i've ever experienced. When I had an issue with the measurements for our back door, the owner James personally came out to take care of it. He was even great hanging out with my kid while he was there! Any time I had a question Mike was quick to respond via both email and phone. The pricing they gave us not the cheapest, not the most expensive, right in the middle. They also gave us an additional discount in order to get our business when I mentioned I had a cheaper quote from another company on part of the service. AMAZING experience with Ultimate Remodelers in helping me with replacing my siding and roofing with premium material at an affordable cost (they worked with my home owner's insurance to address serious issues regarding the integrity of my family's home) back around October/November 2018 (I'm sorry that I'm quite a bit late in posting a review to such an awesome experience.). My home insurance covered (I believe part of) the roof replacement cost (minus a deductible), due to hail damage (Yay!), but did not cover any siding cost (my previous siding was wood siding). Ultimate Remodelers helped me find a 0% interest loan (if paid in full over the course of 1 year) to help me pay for the replacement of my wood siding (which was rotting and in very poor shape), and gave me a great deal. (I'm still working on payments (which is my own issue), but I would not have been able to afford replacement (especially not with that quality of materials) of decades old wood siding that was not maintained. I wouldn't have been able to even fathom replacement without their help.) James and Mike are--I believe--co-owners?? They were honest, kind and went above and beyond in helping me, address each one of my concerns/complaints, with repetitive visits, even for minor issues. Even when I offered payment to address minor issues, they declined additional payments and addressed any issues I had at no additional cost to me. James, personally, visited my house to help me pick out colors for the siding and the roof. He offered personal recommendations regarding the siding. However, I chose a different color than the ones he suggested (which clashed with my house). Ultimate Remodelers saved the day and picked a better color for my roofing which brought the color scheme back together (fixing my mistake). They even installed a side door with hardware, fixed my garage door lock and placed numbers on my house (I picked out the numbers and purchased them on my own, separate from this company). Of course, I made a mistake (because I chose stick on numbers which were sliding off, as opposed to nail on ones?? Still don't know which would be better for my house/what I picked [this was a while ago, so hard for me to remember], but I never asked nor followed up with this particular issue). Very responsive, professional, compassionate, and kind. They were very on top of things, contacting me regarding next steps quickly, even before I was able to contact them! Loved working with them! I am SO GRATEFUL that serious issues were addressed that I would not have even thought I could have been able to afford. Thank you Ultimate Remodelers! You guys are amazing! P.S.
