Exterior window cleaning. Prompt communication, reasonable rate, satisfied with service.

Highly recommended! I put a bid on Yelp for egress window cleaning and E&F responded quickly with a reasonable price. They were able to fit me in soon after. They showed up on time, was very friendly, and got right to work. The egress windows look cleaner than they ever did. I also appreciate the professional invoice that was sent as well. I found my new go-to window and gutter cleaners! read more

Found this window cleaning service on Yelp and they were extremely responsive and knowledgeable. We're super accommodating for a last minute service appointment after a different company ghosted. They cleaned 16 windows and 2 doors so beautifully and efficiently. Their initial quote was affordable and competitive, and it did not change after service. Payment accepted via zelle. They did such a beautiful job on our windows and doors. With who knows how many years of hard water and grime, dirt, and mold on decades old windows. They were also very friendly, respectful, and professional. read more

Fantastic job. Prompt and clear communication. Received fast quote and job was exactly as quoted. Received a text reminder the day before the appointment, and crew arrived exactly on time. Had all gutters on house and garage cleaned, and all windows. Did a great job! Did gutters first and afterward, even blew off my deck where debris from the gutters had fallen. All windows and sills were thoroughly cleaned. They forgot two windows and came back the next day to finish. Would definitely recommend them and use them again. read more

E&F came highly recommended by a neighbor and they really delivered! My windows needed a good cleaning and the crew did a fantastic job. My windows look brand new again! Francisco was also able to repair one of my gutters on the spot. Cannot recommend this team more! read more

The Best. Professional, polite, reasonable, perfectly done. I will have them come every year for sure.

Eduardo and his helper did an excellent job cleaning the windows of my second story condo in Chicago, which probably had not been cleaned on the outside in many years. And their price was very fair. I asked for recommendations on companies that replace window screen mesh, and turns out they do that too. And Eduardo was able to do that the same day. I am certain to be a repeat customer and will recommend them to others. read more

E&F Window Cleaning - Squeaky clean windows - Window Washing Near Me - Cicero, Illinois

I had a great experience with this company. They came quickly to quote and provide the quote same day. Pricing was transparent. They cleaned a ton of windows (many also with storm panes), repaired a screen, and pressure cleaned our patio pavers. It's an investment to get these services down, the worked so hard all day that I can understand the pricing. Friendly, thorough service! read more

The team exceeded expectations with meticulous service. Windows regained their clarity, and minor repairs were executed efficiently. Professionalism was evident throughout, making the decision to choose this service straightforward. A commendable choice for maintaining your home. read more

From the very start dealing with Fernando was really good. He showed up on time to do the estimate and gave a very fair price which "was the price" He and his helper showed up on time and efficiently and with great quality did the windows on our two story American 4 square home. I agree with the reviews by other 5 star customers, our windows regained their clarity. The glass and plastic protective panels over our custom stained glass windows are now totally clear and showing the their beauty as the sun comes through. Fernando is courteous, honest , professional and very helpful and VERY honest read more

Francisco and his team did a fantastic job yesterday cleaning our inside and outside windows. This company was amazing. They showed up right on time. They honored their initial quote. They cleaned inside and outside of my 19 windows, including sills in less than 2 hours. Francisco and his team were extremely professional, knowledgeable and thorough from quote to finish! E&F Window Cleaning provided a reasonably-priced proposal for interior and exterior window washing, cleaning ledges and washing screens and delivered an extremely high-quality result with no hidden fees. Francisco was very communicative from scheduling the appointment and the team arrived on time and performed exceptional work. My condo windows were absolutely filthy before, but after E&F's thorough cleaning (for many windows, several times over because the team are perfectionists), my condo now feels like a fishbowl! Do not consider any other company for your window washing needs if you are looking for the most honest, professional and quality company at a reasonable price! read more

We had such a wonderful experience with E&F! Someone came out to give an estimate the same day that I requested it and they were able to come back for the cleaning the same day as well! They were professional and thorough. We are kicking ourselves for not having our windows cleaned sooner! read more

It was a pleasure to work with such an excellent service. Eduardo was an experienced professional and did an outstanding job on my windows, replaced my screens, and was very accommodating to my schedule. It was a pleasure all around! read more

Very happy with this window cleaning service. E&F was recommended by a neighbor who has been working with them for 5 years. Their two person team cleaned 50+ windows inside and out in about 3 hours and brushed all the screens. The outside was filthy from a year of neighboring construction. When they were done, I did a double take because it looked like there was no glass in our back windows. They are so clean! Give them a try. We will be hiring them again for our next window cleaning. read more

Very flexible, easy to schedule and professional. We added a couple more things (garage and patio furniture power washing) after we originally scheduled our window cleaning and they rolled with it and made it happen. read more

E and F were fantastic! Our windows were very very dirty. They came over cleaned all windows of our 5 bedroom home. They were able to open and remove all screens ( which had been painted shut over the years) something our contractor couldn't do. All our neighbors and our realtor were so impressed. I have already recommended this company to others. If you want your windows cleaned at a great price, I would use E and F! read more
