While JJ wasn't the lowest, they were the most comprehensive. For example, all of the other quotes quoted the shingles and work, but JJ Construction quoted shingles, tiles, gutters, and all hardware (new fans/vents/gutters). They are highly skilled. They did not rush the project (who wants a roofer who rushes?) and cleaned up every day. Communication was excellent. They installed Class 4 shingles, which lowered my home owners insurance by 20%. He told us about a product to get rid of it until we were able to have our new windows installed throughout our house. He also has more insight about the look and age of our home, and which windows would look best with the way the home was built! We didn't want casement windows, so other company's measured and quoted us for the slide up or down windows and didn't bother showing us another option. Mike was able to keep our home with full view windows so we don't lose the look of our home having a full view to the outside. Their product is amazing and love the heat demonstration he showed us (my kids loved it!) with the different levels of energy efficiency the windows will have.
