He and his wife were easy to communicate with and very friendly. This was the first work they would do in my city so they had to apply for a constructor's license. They completed the project in 3 days - Day 1: remove old concrete, lay dirt, gravel and rebar; Day 2: had to wait for inspector to approve; Day 3: lay cement.
