If you're looking for a professional, responsive and competitively priced contractor, stop looking. My concrete front porch and steps had rusted out and was no longer safe to use. I did my research and contacted several contractors who made appointments to visit and provide a quote. Needless to say, most weren't interested I guess, because several didn't show up after making appointments or when they did their quotas were ridiculously high. Eduardo of Eagle Roofing & Masonry was by far the most professional and responsive contractor I've ever dealt with and I'm a Director of Operations for a high rise! Most importantly, after completing the project, there were a couple of minor issues, but Eduardo was more than happy to come back and take care of them. Lastly, Eagle Roofing is the kind of contractor you've been looking for. read more

Update! Its been two winters and part of the walkway has not held up. When I let Eduardo know, he went back and forth with me via text for about 39 minutes saying I used salt on the concrete. That was it, he took no accountability, just that I used salt and ruined my own walkway I spent thousands on. He then offered to see it in person (which he should have just said in the first place) and told me over and over I used salt during the winter. Anyone who knows me knows that I wouldn't use salt and in fact have been using sand. He asked to see the bag, I brought it up and then he said, I was using salt. He then asked how many people live in the building (not important, the city sidewalk doesn't look like this, neither does the walkway in the back, which is decades old). It was really weird and he took absolutely no accountability for what might have happened, as I only stated the work was not aging well. He just kept saying he did a good job, etc and that I used salt. After all of that, he said he could fix it (sir, you should have led with that). The price he gave was high and ultimately I didn't think I should have to pay more for work that didn't really hold up after 2.5 years. So just know if you get concrete work and it looks bad after a few years, he'll blame you over and over before finally offering an expensive solution. read more

Everything went well. From the initial consultation to the final product. Eduardo was timely, cordial and gave me a fair quote. He cleaned the gutters, repaired parts of the fascia and fixed shingles. He also repaired the chimney. I didn't know the chimney was this bad. Animals could've been climbing in there. And raccoons keep getting on the roof, so they could have put their babies in there when it got cold. He was even able to notice parts of my roof that needed repair that I wasn't aware of. I will definitely be sending referrals his way as well as returning for some future home improvements. read more

Really nice guys. Had a staircase crack in my brick outside my house that led to a big crack in my basement wall. The previous owner had patched over both, and it looked like the basement crack was letting bugs in. In only two hours, Eagle Roofing and Masonry ground out and filled all of the cracks outside (including one in my stairs that they just fixed because they saw it without charging me extra (again, really nice guys) and the big crack in the basement--the RIGHT way, not the patch-it-over-to-sell-the-house way. We're already planning on using them for our next project. Objectively great value, extremely professional, and definitely our new go-to people. read more

I contacted several companies looking for snow removal.. This company responded quickly and gave a very fair quote for services. So I signed up with them. Boy am I glad I did. They have been wonderful. Whenever it snows they show up and get to work. They clean the walks and salt them too. I've never had better service and it is such a relief. Truly one less thing to worry about. Thank you so much. read more

We bought a house with two chimneys that had not been maintained and had started leaking. After meeting with seven different teams, Eduardo stood out immediately. He was punctual, professional, and thorough--he was one of the very few who actually went up on the roof to inspect the chimneys and showed us photos of the issues and what needed to be done. His quote was also the most competitive. He came out the very next day after we accepted his proposal and completed the job promptly. What impressed us most was his commitment to our satisfaction. He took the time to answer all our questions, even over several long phone calls, and came out again in person to address any remaining concerns. In summary, Eduardo offered exceptional value, was highly professional, and made sure we were completely satisfied with his work. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. I'll be saving his contact in my phone for future needs. read more

Eduardo Perez was great. Squirrels had damaged the vent on my roof...meaning they were coming in and out of my home - in the walls. Even though the weather was bad, Eduardo came and assisted us. He had to replace the vent and shingles around the vent. He did an excellent job, and the cost was very affordable. Because of his expertise, I was able to refer him to a friend of mine...knowing he would do an excellent job with her roof as well. read more

Eduardo came out to my home and did an overlay on my existing roof. We needed our roof repaired this fall, because our Owen's Corning Shingles started coming apart due to ice damming. The shingles were supposed to be 50 yr shingles, but started to go bad at the 18-19 yr. We decided file a claim with the manufacturer. Eduardo went above and beyond. He came out several times to take pictures so we could file our claim successfully. We filed the claim and won due to all the help Eduardo provided. His price to do the re-roofing was competitive and the cleanup was superb. We will definitely have them back in the Spring to do the rest of the roof. We could only do a portion this fall because it was late because we had to wait for the mfg to complete the claim. read more

Eduardo and his crew replaced a flat roof/ deck surface at our home in Hickory Hills. He was very punctual in attending our initial meeting, preparation of the estimate arriving to do the job. They provided a good quality job at a reasonable price compared to the other estimates we received. I would recommend them! read more

Edwardo was very responsive and quick to inform me that he can come over to look at the issue I have with the siding issue I had from the strong winds. He was prompt at the time he will arrive and gave me updates as he arrived. He looked at the issue and gave me a reasonable price to resolve the issue. Once agreed on the price, he was wasted no time by pulling out the ladder and trying to climb up to fix that loose fascia. Edwardo did a great job for an affordable price. I am happy with his work and you should be too if you hire his company. read more

My wife and I purchased a new home two months ago, and despite having it inspected we realized it was leaking pretty badly during the most recent storm. We contacted a few places but once they realized we were on the southside they ghosted us. I called Eduardo and he showed up the next day to look things over. He took pictures of everything and explained exactly what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. He showed up the very next morning and did all the work, and even found a few other small problems with the sealing around our windows that he fixed. The price was also extremely reasonable. I was honestly worried we'd have to replace the roof, but Eduardo managed to fix all the issues for a fraction of what I was expecting. From now on if I have any issue Eduardo is my first call. When it's time to replace my roof in a few years he's who I plan on using. read more

We bought a 110 year old house about 7 years ago, knowing it had an old roof. It started leaking heavily recently and we were in a pinch to get it replaced before the weather turned too cold. We met with 7-8 roofers and collected bids from all. Eduardo was the most professional and courteous of all of them, and also had the most competitive price. We couldn't be happier with the job Eduardo and his crew did. Eduardo was honest the whole way through, being upfront about potential additional issues before they removed the old roof (potential rotten wood). Thankfully we didn't have to accrue additional costs, and Eagle Construction finished the job in 2.5 days. They cleaned everything up, leaving the perimeter of our house as they found it. Thank you , Eduardo! read more

I had a leak on my flat roof, so I called Eagle Roofing and Eduardo was able to take a look the same day. He assessed the problem, gave me an estimate, and completed the work the following day, which was a Saturday. He was easy to communicate with and sent pictures showing the problem areas as well as the work after it was completed. I'm very happy with how smoothly he handled everything! read more

My family bought the house last year, recently, after the rain, it was found that the location of the skylight seeped in from the place of the glass, and some rainwater went all the way down the wall, we were very worried that the leak would be worse in the future. So I googled some sunroof repairs. Eagle roofing and masonry were the first to answer my inquiry. They came to my door in one hour and gave me a consultation for free. A professional skylight repairer climbed up the high staircase, climed up the roof, looked at the location of the skylight, then came down to tell me what needed to be repaired.also gave me a very reasonable quote, after I agreed, he showed me what he was going to use to repair the skylight. Then he climbed up to the roof, and after a while, he came down from the roof and showed me some restored photos. Even gave me a free patch of the chimney pipe. I am very satisfied with their service, I asked his name, and his name is Eduardo.  He is polite, professional, easy to talk to, and get his job done quite well. I will definitely hire their service again. read more

We recently bought a flat roof brownstone in Chicago and after considering the roof, decided to add another layer to it. After reviewing yelp for Chicago roofing companies, called Eduardo on Wednesday morning, he arrived Wednesday early afternoon and gave me the options and costs. Signed the contract with him that later day. Next day was Thanksgiving. On Friday Eduardo and his crew arrived and by Saturday noon had finished the roof on the house, along with the garage. Eduardo is a pleasure to work with. Highly professional, respectful, and responsive. He and his crew worked non-stop and did a great job including applying new roofing tar to a number of clay tile joints in the front section of the building. Cleaned everything up afterwards. Walked me thru all the work they did when finished. I won't. be worrying about any roof leaks for a long time. Even removed the crappy old Dish Network antennas on the roof. We plan to put a rooftop deck up there eventually, and now ready to go for that. Now have Eduardo quoting fixing the cement floor in the garage. I would recommend Eagle Roofing to anyone. read more

Eduardo was great. He came the next day (on a Saturday) after I called him to give me an estimate (and was willing to look at a few of the neighbors issues as well in the same condo unit). He was on-time and professional. He returned on Sunday to fix the multiple holes and leaks in the roof. The final cost was the same as he quoted which was very reasonable for the number of patches. He offered to come back if we have any issues (hasn't rained yet so no issues to date). I am very pleased with the experience and plan to use Eduardo and Eagle Roofing and Masonry again. read more
