Re-installed windows and sliding glass door incorrectly installed by previous contractor. Rebuilt pressure treated wood deck with improved layout. Derrick's attention to detail and pride in his work translated to a solution that addressed all of my goals and helped me understand mistakes made by previous contractors. He spent hours reviewing options and brainstorming with me as more damage was uncovered and the scope had to expand as we went. I knew composite was the way to go so I don't have to worry about maintenance. Within an hour we had a plan. I had a hard time narrowing down colors but helped by offering his suggestions. The colors I picked were some newer options Trex released and Derrick said he was excited to see how it turns out. Derrick and Luke came out and when I watched them work I was highly impressed. They worked like machines; measuring and communicating like a good team should. Luke is clearly a highly skilled carpenter. I had an idea for angled steps and even though it's a bit complicated he took on the project and built some really cool stairs that make my deck unique. Their attention to detail really showed and they kept me informed of their progress through an app with daily updates in what was complete. Communication was top notch and thats important to me. Pulse wasn't the cheapest company, but the value was great. You get what you pay for and Im glad that I finally have a beautiful deck to enjoy. I only wish the rest of my house was as nice as it puts the rest of it to shame. If you're looking for a job done right call Pulse.

It looks like they used leftover shingles from a previous job instead of purchasing new ones that matched. My main issue was a leaking valley and a leaking bedroom ceiling. They "repaired" it very poorly, despite charging me $4,050. I wouldn't be surprised if it starts leaking again soon, considering the exposed nails and misplaced shingles. ( they did come to lay the shingles better by leaving EXPOSED nails which will soon cause a leak and didnt want to change the shingles to color match ) I also paid them $500 to seal my roof hatch, which I understood was a temporary fix--but that repair didn't even last a month before leaking again. When I called them, they quoted me $1,500 to remove the hatch and said they would credit the $550 toward that job. Two weeks later, I followed up by email, and the price suddenly jumped to $3,500. Their final email said, "You want to play games--let's go!" What does that even mean? Is he threatening to come to my home and start a fight? I'm reporting this message to the police in case they attempt anything. Do not trust this company. - they quote you using a drone without actually getting up and doing a better job finding the problem

They are a fraud, they are not licensed, and even the license number on their website is false. We had a roof inspector prepare a report to prove the negligence, and nothing...NOT ONE THING...was done according to the standards of the National Roofing Contractors Association. Go take a look at the complaints section on the BBB website where there's a good discussion between the clown(s) at CRS and our attorneys. This company is a total scam; do not let them touch your roof. Learn from our HOA's rather expensive mistake. Stay away.

They came out the next day for an estimate; I thought the value for the proposed work was excellent as they included some water-proof sealing around the perimeter of the house to stop water from potentially entering the basement. I would have been happy with tuckpointing only around the spots that needed it but they went above and beyond, sometimes redoing the entire row from side to side to give it a more seamless look. Obviously this is appreciated. The work looks great, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again; in fact I requested a quote for additional work. Finally, notice this company has a Yelp shield, meaning that you are insured for $2500 if not happy. Adam came out the next day to take a look and said that he could fix it right then and there, and also mentioned that the chimney needed tuckpointing (and provided pictures showing that yes, it did). The crew was quick, efficient, and took care of a few caulking issues as well while they were up there. I have my repair for a good price and am able to have peace of mind. Once the work started, David and his team found additional leaks that could have caused much bigger problems if they hadn't been repaired. They fixed everything, removed and rebuilt our rooftop wood deck to access the leak, and completed the entire project in just two days. The crew was professional, polite, and left everything clean. David was great to work with; he communicated throughout the project and kept us informed every step of the way. The project ended up being a lot more extensive than originally expected, but the quality of the work was excellent. Plus they tuckpointed a number of eroded joints and then applied brick and block sealant as a final step. Great communication from Toni and Josh. Toni was very hands with his crew doing my project. Really appreciated how quickly were fit in to their schedule. Also, really appreciated the quality of work done and the that the price was very reasonable. Will definitely call them first when it comes time to do my roof or other exterior work.
