I chose PGMS for my gutter cleaning because of their great reviews. Had 4 other estimates that were a little higher than PGMS. A very pleasant and friendly worker showed up and got right to work. He used a hand blower to blow any leaves and debris from the gutters. There was one gutter that had shreds of roofing shingles inside the elbow. He removed the elbow, cleaned out the debris and hosed down the gutter to make sure water ran out with a good flow. He even replaced broken and rusted gutter screws. Great price, friendly service and quick response! read more

Very professional. I had gutter cleaning services by PGMS twice before. The most recent service was done in November 2024. All gutters were cleaned and the surrounding areas were kept clean. Reasonable pricing. It has a great value to have this service done. I would recommend PGMS to my friends and family. Thanks! read more

PGMS came out to wash our windows yesterday, and I am extremely happy with the results. David washed our windows. He was very pleasant, professional, and the results are fabulous. Their price was lower than any other estimate that I got after shopping around. Scheduling was easy. It rained the first day that we planned to wash the windows so the team promptly rescheduled via text. I appreciate their quick responses. I will DEFINITELY use them again and refer to neighbors and friends. I would give them 10 stars if I could! read more

Peter was on time and did a wonderful job with his partner. I recommend this company 100%. I will use them again.

They rescheduled on me twice over two weeks. Tried to reschedule me for a third time but I didn't have any time left with tenants moving in on the first (which is a deadline I told them about prior) so I asked them if we could keep the planned time or not and they said yes and agreed. They didn't show. I texted 30 min before the appointment window was over to find that they were not coming at all and they would not have said anything if I didn't text. They blamed their technician - which not sure how that is my concern if they have one that doesn't know how to communicate. I found that they are generally $10 cheaper than others, but their lack of reliability makes it not worth it. I had to pay even more to find someone else last minute. Unless you have time to keep rescheduling, save your time, money and frustration and go elsewhere. read more

Fast response time, great pricing and the team was so nice. They went above and beyond to get on my very high roof and get it clean. Showed before and after photos read more

The rep from PGMS showed up on time this morning and gave us a very reasonable quote for cleaning our windows. He performed the work in a timely fashion, did a fine job, and completed the cleaning in less than an hour and a half. I kept their card - I'll definitely give them a call the next time our windows need cleaning. Phil L. read more

The tech did a great job cleaning the windows on my 2 story house. He had a positive attitude & seemed to like his job, which seems rare these days. When I noticed afterward that a screen had popped out, they sent him back to fix it in about 40 minutes, again with a great attitude. Now that's service! Also, communication & scheduling through Yelp was easy and prompt. Completely recommend this company. read more

I recently reached out to PGMS for help with gutter cleaning and they provided a fair estimate so we arranged for them to come by. They were friendly, punctual and very helpful. We were advised that they provide a long list of services and explained what actions they were going to take prior to doing them. Will definitely hire again for a few projects including window washing , gutter work and more. read more

We have a larger house with about 100 windows total. I was a little concerned choosing PGMS because they only had 1 review. But of the 4 total companies we reached out to on Yelp, these guys were the quickest to respond and very professional in their messaging. We had inside & outside of all windows, plus screens washed. The tech that came to our house was there 9:30am-6:30pm. Quite a full day. His work was amazing! Our windows are crystal clear and all screens like brand new. We definitely gave him a generous cash tip along with the check at the end of the day. And will be using this company in the future. Job well done! read more

Laurynas was the representative whom came to our house to perform the window washing. He called prior to arrival, arrived on time (in scheduled window) and was very clear what he could clean, what was unreachable (due to safety concerns). He performed the job very well and quickly. We are very pleased with the services and will hire PGMS again (maybe even twice a year) for window cleaning! Price was fair as well, some quotes were much higher and those firms weren't even willing to get on a ladder to clean the window (they would just use the hose spray) . Thanks!! read more

I was very happy with their work. They did a great job. Vert friendly tech and arrived early.

I used PGMS for gutter cleaning and was pleased with their service. Quick response, good work, and friendly service. Lawrence, who came out was great to work with. Based on my experience I will probably use them for pressure washing next year as well as gutter cleaning. read more

The job was completed well. I had 35 windows for them to clean. There was some miscommunication regarding completing basement windows, but the technician was willing to come back and complete the job. I appreciated the owner's response in correcting the issue in a timely manner. I would use PGMS again in the future. read more

Great job window washing today. Scheduling was easy and he showed up on time. Honored the quoted price. Cleaned all our exterior windows very well including removing the screens and washing those. Single story home but even so he worked efficiently and took about an hour. Much appreciated! I would call again, thank you read more

I wanted to use this company because they had gotten good reviews from others so we agreed they'd come over to do gutter services. The morning of the appointment they let me know something came up and asked if they could come later in the day. I agreed. That time came and went and I (not they) followed up and asked their ETA. They said it would be another 1.5 hrs and I told them that would not work for me and asked if they could do Saturday morning to which they indicated they could do later in the day Saturday or next Friday morning. I then came to the conclusion that they were not interested in retaining my business as they were not accommodating to my schedule or offered nothing for the time lost and inconvenience. i cancelled the appointment due to this poor customer service and will not be contacting them again. read more

PGMS is great! Their pricing is super competitive and the service is perfect. I needed just my front picture window washed - a really small job. But PGMS came out within days of my request. The gentleman was very polite and eager to complete the job. He was done in minutes and the window was crystal clear. I'll use them again. read more

PGMS was great. They were professional, quick to respond, and did a great job fixing our issue.

Had PGMS out this morning to clean my gutters. Very nice and polite young man, Laurents, I believe, did the job in less than 30 minutes for a very affordable price. Made sure to ask if any of the gutters were particularly troublesome so he could give them extra attention. Very impressed. read more

We hired PGMS to clean all of the exterior windows on our 3-flat building, as well as power washing for our back decks. Lawrence from their team came out to give us a quote then also was the person who did the work. He was extremely professional and did a fantastic job. They were also very competitively priced with the other estimates that we received. 10 out of 10 would recommend them. read more

They came a bit late but notified me. Peter the technician explained to me, exactly what he planned to do to clean the gutters. He was here maybe a hour and a half. He got up on the roof and blew out the gutters and flushed a hose through them. We haven't had a steady rain so it's hard to tell . But they seem to be working better. They seemed reasonable but yo be honest I have nothing to compare it to, so I go by what I see. They cleaned up well afterward. They definitely look better but again it's hard to tell. read more

We had super super clogged gutters and downspouts. I put in a general request in YELP and They answered quickly and with a digital time scheduler(love that) Laurynas was the representative and he was the best!! On time, explained what he saw and cleaned them fast! Definitely will hire again!!! read more

Arrived early to clear out my gutters. Did a fine job. I would hire again. Thank you...

One of my downspouts was clogged and water was pouring over the gutter toward my neighbor's house. I asked for help on Yelp and the first responder was PGMS with the best price as well. They cleared it out and there has been no problem since in spite of much rain. read more

I highly recommend PGMS to wash windows. The young man, Peter, who did the cleaning was friendly and did a great job. Our house has 27 windows so it took him a long time, but he worked at a good speed and didn't cut corners. read more
