Never use this company to clean your windows. They use a process that does not involve wiping up the excess water after washing the windows. As a result, the windows streak up a few weeks after they leave when they are subjected to rain. This has never happened in 20 previous years at my home, and they refuse to make it right, without charging me again. read more

Windows were broken and some were not cleaned at all. I reported it as soon as we realized this, but no offer of repair, or consideration was made. Two years later I was contacted to schedule again. I gave them the opportunity to schedule, as long as a supervisor would be present at the beginning of the job to explain the work. They declined. read more

Completely reasonable price for our duplex down in Lakeview. Quick response and service. Had a couple reschedules due to rain but the finished job was completely worth it. the WORST experience - Came out one day, looked at the building and said it would be dark before they could get done so we rescheduled for the next day. No one showed in the time frame given so I called and they said that I had cancelled - I did not cancel. I called for a quote and someone was out at my house within the hour. They gave a fair price and came on the agreed upon day. It was pretty cold that day so they called ahead to reschedule until later so my house wouldn't get cold with the windows open. Two guys arrived and were polite, efficient, and very thorough. I received a quote last year from this company and was comfortable paying the prices.. I took off from work on the day they were supposed to show up, they called me at the end of the time window that they gave me and said that the job that they were at ran late and they wouldn't make it that day so we rescheduled for later in the week.. I took off again for the reschedule appointment and waited and waited and completely got the run around for house.. they called at the end of the window again and said they would get there when they could.. I told them if we were already pushed aside on one day, they should have made us a priority on the second day.. once I was done waiting for house AGAIN, we just cancelled our appointment.. they're completely unreliable and I would not use this company read more
