Lucas and his team were so responsive and efficient. Our gutters were in deep need of a cleaning with all the maple leaves and spinners that we are surrounded by. I highly recommend this business. read more

Lukasz and his team did our window cleaning and was very thorough and flexible with everyone in my community. It's been over a year trying to get his team back and no luck hearing back! So hoping to hear back from him over here! This is how much we appreciated his value of service and price that I'm coming to Yelp hoping someone will answer read more

These guys are incredible. Our windows have never been this clean! My only regret is we let so much time pass between cleanings. We neglected to repair screens and wash windows for years. Don't make our mistakes. Get your windows taken care of often. In addition to cleaning the windows, they also advised me to periodically open all the windows, if order to keep the seals and moving parts in good shape. Not only do I highly recommend them, I wouldn't even look anywhere else! read more

Lucas is very responsive and professional. We had the inside and outside of our windows cleaned and the screens. We had just bought our home and I had not been able to take a close look at everything, Lucas showed me where our door has a slight crack and showed me where the manufacturer information is for me to call them because from his experience this door is still under warranty. He did not have to do that, but he did it because he cares and is kind. Thank you Lucas! read more

Another wonderful job by the Fresh Look team this morning! 5 men (several were repeats from prior years) arrived on time & did a spectacular job! The windows look beautiful. This was my 4th time using Fresh Look & will continue to recommend highly! Great job! A year later...same crew...great group of nice men. Incredibly efficient and clean! Can't wait for them to come back again! read more

This is a TOP NOTCH window washing service! They showed up with 6 men to do 45 windows in our townhouse complex. Very professional and FAST. They completed the job in about one hour! They were ready and knew what they were doing! Good price for excellent service. Call Lucasz. 8/8/2020 I used FRESH LOOK WINDOWS AGAIN. They are still my choice for excellent work. They did 80 windows in our row of neighbors townhouses. Fast , pro's and exceptional service. I won't call anyone but Lucas and his men. Call Lucasz! read more

Highly recommended. Good attention to detail. Cleaned entire window box not just the glass itself. The extra few bucks per screen cleaned is well worth it (and fun to watch!) read more

Lukasz and company were great! Lots of care to our home, our windows and to the quality of work! Couldn't have been more pleased!!

Lucas is on top of it! Within hours after writing this review I heard from him regarding the following: 1) He offered to come by to do redo his estimate of how much it would cost to clean my windows. 2) Let me know it was someone else from his company who cleaned our gutters. Regardless the guy got the job done...and well. 3) Also let me know I should call to change my gutters every year (rather than 2 years). Appreciate him looking out for my gutters (and husband's ribs). read more

Professional, reliable and outstanding value. These guys know their windows. Big job that was done on time and on budget. Great service!

I looked for someone to clean our windows from Yelp. I called Lucas and he came out the next to give me a quote. Not only was he very affordable but they did a great job for me. I would highly recommend this company! read more

If I could give Fresh Look ten stars, I would! I discovered them here on Yelp and Lucas the owner came the same day that I had contacted them for an estimate and scheduled the team within days of my urgent request for service. While in a crunch for time and a million things to do before home market time, I can't say enough about these gentlemen. They were a precise, perfectly coordinated crew akin to an Olympian effort. Polite, professional, respectful of the home, lightning fast, and of course, clean! Outstanding. I couldn't ask for more as their concern for customer satisfaction was a priority and it shows. They deserve the Gold Medal for a job well done, beyond excellent, in horrendous heat, with countless vintage windows. A very happy (and relieved) customer here! Cross that window washing task off the list! Bravo! Highly recommended! read more

Highly recommended! The owner and his crew just left. They did the windows, storms, screens, and cleaned out the dirty window sill area. I was very impressed with the quality of the work and attention to detail. They were pleasant to have in the house and the windows look beautiful! read more

Lukasz is very professional, and his work is exceptional. He was able to make our paver patios, which had looked atrocious, look like new.

We work FT and can't keep up with regular cleaning much less window washing, got tired of looking through dirty windows. Found Fresh Look by searching Yelp reviews. Lukas and his crew did a fantastic job cleaning our windows and screens, they even did the skylights in the garage which we weren't expecting. They arrived on time, they were polite and finished in under 2 hours. I would recommend them to anyone looking for good work at a fair price. Thank You Fresh Look! read more

Lucas gave an estimate for gutter cleaning we accepted after speaking with him as he clearly, professionally explained how they would do the work while responding timely to specific needs. We were very happy after he and an associate in how they were neat and thorough in the gutter cleaning work being on time and cleaning up after. read more

The company is in FACT in business but had trouble with their phones for a few hours. They contacted me and I have scheduled them to do my windows and screens. They do a great job and certainly at fair price. Highly recommend them. Jim/Glenview read more

They may do a good job getting rid of all the leaves in the gutter but they don't make sure your downspout is clean. Even though they promised as well. To me, that's more important than cleaning the gutter. If you downspout is blocked, it doesn't matter how clean the gutter is. Would not recommend. read more

Outstanding work! I had the pleasure of dealing with the owner of the company directly from start to finish. He arrived promptly as scheduled and he was more than happy to accommodate my time and availability so I could be home while the work was done. We had our gutters cleaned as well as our windows washed both inside and out. Lucas Szturma the owner of Fresh Look takes personal pride in his company and took no short cuts in getting the job done thoroughly and professionally. There were no hidden costs, the price was as quoted! He treated our home as it was his own, left no mess and cleaned up all the debris that had accumulated in our gutters over time. I highly recommend Fresh Look for your gutter cleaning and window washing needs! read more

I have never been so happy with the OUTSTANDING SERVICE I received from Lukasz and his crew! My experience started with a professional and immediate response to my request for a quote. Lukasz came out to our home and took careful review of our windows. We have a Great Room with a 26 foot ceiling and I was never able to find a window washing service that could reach the top level. Not only did Lukasz and his team get up there with their ladders, they were careful and very respectful of our home. He was careful to put drop cloths down to protect the furniture and the hardwood floors. The team arrived on time, were mindful of removing their shoes and cleaned each room as they finished the windows. We have an indoor pool room with skylight windows which they were able to clean! Again, I cannot recommend Fresh Look Window Washing highly enough. You will be THRILLED! I have told Lukasz he is stuck with me for life! I intend to take his card to all of my neighbors to share how OUTSTANDING HE AND HIS TEAM WERE! You will thank me if you hire Lukasz and his team. His pricing was very fair and his attention to detail can not be beat! One last comment--we have over 100 windows and an indoor pool room and every window was done with care and great pride! This was a HUGE JOB and they met the challenge! I am a fan and customer for life! Can you tell I'm THRILLED?! read more

I have been using Fresh Look for years for our gutter cleaning and they have always done an excellent job and they leave your place spotless. You don't even have any remnants of the gutters' mud or leaves laying around. I recently had them power wash our brick patio and walkway. They sure know how to "wow" their customers! After years of baked on dirt, the brick looked brand new after they were done with it. Their staff are conscientious, detail-oriented, customer oriented and take pride in their work. They perform excellent work from start to finish. They are the BEST! Thanks Fresh Look! read more

The nicest most curious vender I've worked with . Stands behind his work. Started. D finished in a timely manor

I came to yelp for help finding someone to clean our gutters. Based on all the great reviews, we chose Fresh Look and we are very happy with the service that was provided! Lukasz and his colleague did a great job cleaning our dirty gutters today. The guys were impressively neat - my deck and sidewalks were completely cleaned of debris. We highly recommend their service and will call them again. read more

Fast response, great service! I was able to get an appointment quickly and my house looks wonderful!

WOW! These guys are GREAT! I called for an estimate and Lukasz (owner) was able to come by a few days later. Very professional. Gave me a quote for inside and outside or outside only. He was washing in the area and said if I only needed outside he would probably be able to do today! I only wanted the outside so it was perfect! He came back with his crew when he said he would and they did a wonderful job! Scraped where needed and were very efficient. Love clean windows! Even got my skylights to sparkle! (I added on the inside of the skylights to the job). Their price was reasonable. I have had others wash my windows but I have found the company I will use from now on! I highly recommend this company! read more
