Hello, Anthony Lego to state that a team from your company, Juan, Jose and Jenny have just finished doing 36 windows in our home. All of them worked diligently, with obvious knowledge, friendly interactions and outstanding efficiency! What a credit and pleasure to have them in our home! We can easily recommend your company and definitely the above people to other people. Thank you for your business ethic and for having such valuable people represent you to customers withwith read more

Service was very quick and reasonably priced. They were communicative during the entire process on time frames

very pleasant to work with,. responded promptly and did a beautiful job. I will definitely call them again.

While the window cleaning is very good, I have some serious concerns. First, they were 2 hours late which completely made our day difficult. Also, they kept blowing dirt and debris into the house. All along my carpet, counter, bathtub, and floor, is a field of dirt and debris that I have to clean up now. I was not offered a discount for the late appointment. I will be finding a new window cleaning service. The work is solid, but the execution is poor. read more

So happy TWC came to our house again! Very polite and professional!!! Cleaned our windows inside and out, gutters cleaned and window wells cleaned out. I'm a terrible window cleaner, so we actually feel so good right now! Our house looks beautiful! Neighbors even noticed. Can't wait to have them come out again! Thank you, from the Lawrence's! read more

The Torres Window cleaning team just left our home. Again. They started helping us several years ago at our one story ranch in Orchard Valley. As a concession they have expanded their territory to help us with the windows and screens at our three level townhome in Harvest Hill St Charles. The personal high quality service has remained the same and they also repair screens - quite often on the spot! Yolanda and Jose's pricing allows us to have our windows cleaned twice a year when needed. We have two very high window with electric blinds. Takes a twenty foot ladder and some nerve to change the batteries. Jose completed this for me with a smile. I recommend Yolanda and Jose, the proprietors of Torres Window Service. read more

I scheduled a window cleaning with Torres recently. The communication leading up to the appointment was prompt and they answered all my questions, but unfortunately the day of the service they did not call and did not show up. I sent an email after waiting close to an hour with no word from them, then left a message after it had been an hour. I finally got a call, a bit after leaving the message, from the technician-no apology or explanation was given for why they hadn't come as scheduled or contacted me earlier- just asking if we wanted to reschedule. When I asked what options were open to reschedule they said the office would call on Monday. Several days later and still no contact to reschedule. In the meantime we got a referral to a different company , who was able to show up several days earlier than initially scheduled, provided prompt and professional communication throughout the process and did an efficient and thorough job cleaning so at least out of the poor experience with Torres we gained a reliable company to go to for future cleanings. Would not recommend using Torres. read more

Torres Window Cleaning has been cleaning the windows in my office for quite a few years (inside and out). They always do a great job of cleaning the windows and sills, as well as applying outdoor insect repellent on the outside. This week, I asked them to come out to my house and wash the walls, window trim, and cabinetry in my kitchen. They came out today, worked quickly, and did an excellent job. Looks like a brand new kitchen! I highly recommend Torres Window Cleaning. read more

Excellent work! I'm so happy with the service I received. The workers were so pleasant and careful with my things

We called Torres on a Thursday, and they came out the next day. We appreciated their fast and friendly service, as well as their competitive pricing. We will definitely be used their services again in the future!! read more

We have used the Torres Team several times starting at our home in Orchard Valley. Great job on a one story ranch. Now we are in St Charles and have some two story high windows in the entry living area. They have continued there excellent service here as well. They removed some old tinting and cleaned the mess. Calling them in the morning to get scheduled. read more

I recently moved into an end unit townhome with beautiful, large windows. After having it repainted and new flooring installed, I soon realized the windows were not going to be a breeze to clean, from the dust of the paint and all the construction in the townhome. Additionally, the exterior windows on the upper level would require a very tall ladder to reach. Torres Windows came out today and cleaned 12 large windows, interior and exterior, as well as the door wall, in about an hour. Incredible service, incredible prices. The three window guys were all professional, polite, and very protective of my new flooring and freshly painted walls. They were also able to take my well worn screens in for repair and will return in a few days to install those. What a relief to know there is a reliable, affordable window cleaning service in my area! read more

First time using this Company, they were on time and did a thorough job on my windows and screens. The window sills were cleaned up as well. They cleaned my gutters also I am very happy. I will use them again. read more

Excellent job cleaning all my windows; inside and out and I am on the fourth floor !!. On time, courteous, efficient and reasonably priced.

Worth every penny! Wondered how well this team would do since I didn't see any recent reviews here at Yelp central. But, since they offered me a coupon right off the bat, and could meet my timeframe, I gave it a go. And boy howdy was I glad. The 2 cleaners were fast, thorough, and awesome. There were some windows in my parents' house that hadn't been washed since 1877, or so it seemed. The Torres team applied their mad skills and made everything noticeably 139.7% better. They just left, but I actually could not wait to get to my computer to write this review so that I wouldn't forget. They deserve total mad props. Or angry theatrical devices. read more

I'm a couple weeks late, but I wanted to make sure I commented on how professional this company is. From calling Yolanda to schedule through the guys coming to do the work, things could not have run more smoothly. We only opted to get our windows cleaned, but I mentioned our patio was waiting on another company to get power washed and Andy got a quote for me while still on the window job. We didn't end up doing the power washing, but just the fact that he offered and came back with a quote so fast was nice. I will certainly use this company in the future. (Sidebar, I'll be calling sooner rather than later as the power washing of the patio dirtied up my back windows!) read more

We have used Torres for several years to clean our windows, outdoor fixtures and gutters. We have always been very happy with the job they have done. We recently used them to power wash our house, sidewalk and patio as well and they did a great job. We highly recommend Torres. read more

They are the worst! First they arrived 2 hours later than the scheduled appt. They did a decent job on the windows but Didn't put anything back after they were done and dragged large chunks of dirt through the house. Then they said they misquoted the job and wanted more money. I'll never use them again. read more

spotless window washing , super friendly, fast and on time ! will definitely use them again

Had them come out to clean the gutters. Very reasonable price. Showed up promptly and finished quickly. I got up on the ladder to check their work and I have to say they did a very good job. I will use them again! read more

I cannot overstate what a wonderful job Torres Windows Cleaning did cleaning my house. I had green moss growing on the shady side of my house as well as all over my landscape stones. I had everything, including my composite deck, power washed. My deck looks beautiful! The husband/wife team spent the whole morning meticulously cleaning every nook and cranny of the house, even removing bird nests! I cannot praise their work enough. It is so nice to hire a service that takes pride in a job done well ! read more

We have Torres do our offices and our home and they do a wonderful job every time!

I called to have my gutters cleaned and my windows washed. They canceled one appointment but were early for the rescheduled appointment. They quoted me one price over the phone for the windows and when they showed up they gave me a price that was more than double what I was quoted. They also said that doors were not included an would be extra. I am going to have them clean the gutters but will be looking for someone else to clean my windows. read more

Torres window service did a spectacular job! The beautifully cleaned windows made our home look new. Jose and his crew were incredible. Would not hesitate and will use again! read more

I got a groupon for this business & spoke with someone before purchasing & he said they would clean my windows, everything fine. When I went to use it they said I was out of the area & were going to sock me with big mileage costs. Groupon wouldn't refund. I got stuck. read more

Great service! I had a Groupon for $60 for 20 windows. Scheduling an appointment was very easy. I had a 9.30am Saturday appointment and the van showed up at 8am which is ok as we were already up and running. All of the windows looked amazing after they were done cleaning them - it was a two person team and they were very professional and pleasant to deal with. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars was that our front door screen door (with two glass panels) had lots of hand prints - it would have been a nice touch if they cleaned that too since they already did the little window next to the front door although I can see it being a door why they didn't - no worries. Would definitely use again. read more

UPDATE - TORRES did send me a partial refund and offered to discuss some sort of complimentary/discounted service in the future. Original review: 2.5 hours late with NO PHONE CALL. Moved all my decor and furniture pieces to wash interior windows but then didn't return them to their original spots so I had to move everything after they finally left. Also left gate to fence wide open and my dog ran out (they knew about dog and knew gate needed to stay closed). Major inconvenience and they only gave me a lousy $20 off a $440 window/gutter service. I have been a loyal customer for a few years now and when I called to complain the woman listened and apologized but that was it. Instead she complained to ME about HER employees. I won't be using them again. read more

What an amazing company! They did a fantastic job at cleaning my windows. They were professional, courteous, thorough, I cannot say enough great things about them. I am so happy with their performance and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work. read more

Fast response and fit me into their schedule for a needed full cleaning (inside and out). This was a big job and I found them to be excellent. Great communication the entire time. Fair estimate over the phone based on number of windows. Highly recommend. read more

I just wanted to say what a terrific job this company did on my windows! I started out w/a Group on for 20 windows in and out. I have lived in this house for 10 years and have not had my windows professionally cleaned - ever. I ended having all the storms/screens and sills cleaned - I had 40 storm windows! Poor guy was on his own this day, but worked quickly and proficiently! I know he did not expect the extra work, but did a great, great job! I would recommend these guys to all my friends! read more
