I've used this service a few times for good enough results. In our most recent cleaning, the crew arrived while it was drizzling and were concerned that their ladders wouldn't reach our upper floors. We agreed to just do the first floor windows - less than half of our total count. But they charged me for the entire house and then said that the contractor didn't say anything about not being able to clean the entire house. We hired this company to do just gutter cleaning. We have never owned a home some this was a new service to us. The gentleman came and was thorough and quick about the cleaning. But when he left we had no idea he had left and wasn't sure how long he had been gone. The quality of work from what we could tell seemed great but it would have been nice to have the review of if there were any problem or areas we should keep an eye on or even just a goodbye with the bill handed to us. Hired them for gutter and window cleaning. The window cleaning was fine so clean, I thought the window was open. Sadly, they forgot they were supposed to clean the gutters until late in the service. They sent a guy onto the roof who used a leaf blower to get the stuff out of the gutters and he left the garbage all over the front and back yard. They eventually sent someone out to clean it about 10 days later. I would not recommend. I give them 2 stars because they did eventually clean it up. read more

I talked to someone who answered the phone who seemed to have difficulty getting my information. The front windows could be seen from Google Earth, but the back windows couldn't be seen because of trees blocking their view. The woman I was speaking to on the phone asked me to count the back windows which I did and told her my count. They were scheduled to arrive between 11:00 and 1:00. My husband told me that they called and said that they were running behind and wouldn't get there for, I think another hour and one-half. They arrived, and went to work. I was given an estimate of $205.00. When they were almost finished, I was informed that the screened-in-porch windows were not included in the count and the $205 only covered the rest of our windows. But when I was initially talking to their rep, I told her that we also wanted the porch windows included in the estimated. In fact, I even counted the number of windows in that room while I was on the phone with the representative and gave her the count. The man in charge of our job told me that the estimate did not include the porch. I reiterated that I was quoted $205.00 for the entire house. So he called the office and the woman who called me insisted they did not include the porch in the estimate and if I wanted those windows to be done, it would be another $200! During the initial call I said that the porch needed to be done also and stood in the porch and counted and reported to the woman how many windows there were. So how could they claim that the quote didn't include those windows too? You can imagine my shock when I was told that the quote didn't include those windows. So all of the windows in the house were almost the same amount as just the porch would be? I refused to pay that amount. They then told me that they could take $50 off of the $200 and I still refused to pay another $150 for the porch windows. I think they thought that they could double the price so I would cave in and pay them just to get the porch done, but I did not think that that was fair at all and refused to pay anything additional. Ultimately, their workers left the house with a check for the initial $205 and the porch was not done. My husband and I were stunned at the entire interaction and their dishonesty. I am very disappointed that they did not hold up their end of the deal. I WOULD NEVER USE BUBBLES AGAIN!!!! read more

Naperville Bubbles Window Washers--Gave us a quote of $215 over the phone for inside and outside cleaning of our windows -no screens . Once they got out to our house, they changed it to $440. When I questioned their original quote on the phone, they said they don't worry they use Google Earth to count the windows. Well, they very much under counted and did a total bait and switch. Then they told me they would charge extra for wiping off the frames around the glass, charge extra for the two English basement window windows, everything was an extra charge. Window washers left our hose /water running for the last two days. If I would not have gone out around to the side of the house, I would've never noticed. needless to say, we do not recommend using this window washing company. read more

My fiance has been using Bubbles for years to clean his gutters. This year, we decided to have them wash our windows as well. I came over a few days after Bubbles had come, and it looked as though the windows had never been touched. Not only were most windows still dirty, but the spider webs that had formed on the windows also remained! They seem to do a good job with gutter cleaning, but I would not waste the extra $200+ to have them clean your windows... A team of four people came out to clean all of our windows. The windows were cleaned inside and out as well as the window tracks. I noticed that the team sometimes cleaned the windows a couple of times until they reached that level of complete perfection. I was impressed! They were meticulous and courteous. I would give 0 stars if able to. Came to our home. We have cameras in front and in back so I was able to document the work - or shall I say lack of work. Employee went on first level and used a leaf blower to blow the leaves on the ground. Never went to second level. Never touched the down spouts (all on camera). Leaves all over porch and walkway. Never picked up any leaves. I called to complain and they sent someone to clean up leaves. Stated they would send someone to complete unfinished work. I informed them I would like to be home when this is done. They never contacted me to reschedule to complete job. Now they changed their story saying all the work was done and I need to prove it wasn't done. They asked I get ladder and take pictures of second level showing leaves in gutter. "Bubbles team" (they never give you their name). continues to text and email me saying they want payment for completed work. Refuse to give me their names because "many people use their emails". I tried to rectify this with them but am unable to do so. read more

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! Very bad customer service. I hired them on 10/2023 for window cleaning and it was my first time. They sent a team of 5 and I liked the job. They called me on March 2024 offering a discount for spring window cleaning. I hired them again for power washing and window cleaning and I requested to send two teams, they charged me $ 1300 plus. They ended up calling a day before saying that the window team is not available but they will send a team that does both jobs. They sent 3 guys to do both jobs (I have a big driveway AND 75+ windows) ! I called the dispatcher and she was so rude and I sent an email to their customer service. By the time the guys were done with the power wash they were so exhausted and they rushed through the window cleaning and did not do a through job. Their customer service got back to me and apologized and they said that this will be avoided next time. They contacted me again on 7/2024 for fall window cleaning. I did not want to use them but I did that I might give a third chance. I requested the team that did my windows on fall 2023. They confirmed the team and the time and sent me an email on 10/20. The team was supposed to come on 10/21. They came and parked on the driveway, a guy walked around in front of the house, called over the phone and then left. I have a camera. So, I called and I wondered why the team left. The dispatcher lied and told me it was not their team! And I indicated that it was their team and I have a camera. So, she kept denying and said she will text me within the scheduled window! Then they call within 30 min from the main office this time to say that the team cannot do the job because the guy called in sick and they want to reschedule! When I confronted her that the team was in the driveway and left after 2 min, she pretended that she did not know! She claimed that she did not know the dispatcher who denied that the team was in the driveway! They play games and train their agents to lie! They do well on the first job to make you use their services again. Then, they change the teams and pull them to cover as many orders as they can and they see how desperate the customer is! They have subcontractors and it seems that overbook them and then the customer has to deal with the consequences! I took a day off to be able to get the team I requested. A very bad management! We had our gutters cleaned and siding power washed this spring and now it's almost fall and we are having gutter guards put on and noticed our 2nd story gutters were never cleaned from when we had Bubbles come out. Also, they broke a piece of siding when power washing and didn't report it to us. We inspected the house afterwards and found a piece missing then saw on our security camera the guy picking up the piece of siding he broke and walked away. I've been using Bubbles since 2010. They have previously done a good job power washing my home. This year I contacted them to set it up and get pricing, and was told that now they would not wash the outside of my gutters soffits or fascia, only siding. In the past they always did this. I questioned it and was told these areas have ALWAYS been extra yet I find it interesting that they never mentioned this before in the last 12 years and if they are extra why not quote how much it is to clean them. Why on earth would anyone want to wash their home and omit these areas? On top of that the price was $100 more. This was not a deal breaker though as I know everything has gone up. The biggest problem I have is them lying to me and saying these areas were never included. and never saying what it would be to do them now. Additionally they said I would need to move furniture away from the area. Our deck has some chairs and the guys have always moved them from side to side if they needed to place their ladders there. I found it odd that they now want me to move the furniture(not sure where) and they are not going to wash my whole house, and they want me to pay more for less service. To top it off the person I was talking to was generally rude about it and only apologized when I called them out and mentioned I'd be changing my review online. I asked the person's name that was talking to me but they only signed themselves the bubbles team. The email I got was someone named Joanna so maybe that was who was texting me. I called for a gutter & downspout cleaning and they were quick to come out. Based on their amazingly positive Yelp reviews, I hired Bubbles and it was $180 for a two story, 2400 square foot house. I think that's on the high side (usually I pay $100-120), but they did a nice job. I just had a bit of leaf debris to clean that my exterminator told me I should take care of before fall to prevent wasps from nesting in gutters. Back to Bubbles: they even blew the front and back of house clean around garage and patios and were going to take the bag of debris with them (I threw it out for them, instead). The one down side is I thought maybe they'd be able to say something about the condition of my gutters and downspouts, or even roof (we were in Aruba when the hurricane passed through) but the two men were very quiet, and offered no comments. Bubbles did a very good job on our house. We had it power washed, gutters cleaned out and power washed on the outside. They were getting black mold on them. Also they cleaned all of our windows from the outside. There were a few issues that happened. There were some dirty water marks running down the siding after the technician left. I have used Bubbles before to wash my outside, two story home's windows and was very happy with the results. So several months ago, right after that technician left, I immediately phoned Bubbles to schedule my fall inside and outside window cleaning as well as washing of all screens that were up, plus gutter cleaning. I was quoted $364 for the entire job, and was told I would have a discount as a returning customer. I never received a confirmation call for this service that was scheduled several months ago for today. I left two phone messages trying to confirm my appointment but no one called me back or answered, even though I was calling during business hours. I did reach someone today at 7:00 am and was told that a technician was going to be here between 8:15-8:30, which did happen. The technician, though nice enough, absolutely reeked of smoke. He did not wear a mask-and when I questioned him, his response was not to worry as he was vaccinated. I asked him to wear booties inside but he said he did not need to since his shoes (which he had been wearing outside-at least from his truck to my door), were clean. Almost 1 1/2 hours into this appointment, someone from the Bubbles office called to tell me that the technician would be there soon but they couldn't find him. This of course made me exceedingly freaked out as I already had a man wearing a Bubbles uniform in my house. I told her that I had scheduled the 22 screens to be cleaned and was told that my price was now increased by $66. I told her at 10:30 am today that I needed to speak to a supervisor since this should have been already included in my initial pricing. I was told "well that's the price now". Five hours later I am still waiting for a call back from the one and only supervisor who supposedly is on duty. I was told that there are over 50 calls ahead of me waiting to talk to a supervisor and hopefully she would get back to me before they closed today! There is absolutely no customer service happening, which is surprising since I had had a nice experience before and they are rated highly on BBB-which seems shocking after my experience today. I was happy with Bubbles Window Washing service and would use them again and recommend them. In my opinion they aren't inexpensive but they did a big job that took about 3.5 hours. In the end, the house and windows looked a lot better. Bubbles communicated well through the whole process and gave me an estimate via email. We have, I think 30-35 windows. When the rep arrived on site and looked things over, I was surprised that Bubbles then contacted me by phone. Their phone rep told me that their tech would have to do a deep clean of the tracks and therefore my new price would be $550...this was after my initial estimate had been $314. HOWEVER, after a consultation between the Bubbles phone rep and her supervisor (while I was on a brief hold), the phone rep adjusted the total down to $420--all windows, tracks and all screens. In my opinion, $420 is a lot of money especially for window cleaning, but I understood the cost would have to be more, and I appreciated that the phone rep was empowered to reach a price point that was acceptable. Just as important, the tech's work and attitude were both excellent. We were very pleased with the results. All in all, I think Bubbles handled the whole thing quite well. read more
