I used pro team to give attention to my wood deck two times in the last four years. The first time…read morethey did an excellent job. I was very pleased. However, when contacted the second time, I was informed that sanding would need to be done and the sanding could wait until the next treatment. Thus, I hired them again to perform the same task that they did the first time. However, within 12 months, a lot of the stain had lifted and was simply not holding. When contacted I was informed that some of this is natural, which I can accept to a degree. They volunteered to return and to do some touch up but indicated that they could not guarantee that it would not happen again. When asked, "what would be needed to do everything correctly?" I was informed that a major sanding needed to occur and to redo the project would cost an additional $1500. Given that I had already paid $900 the first time, this would've brought the total cost to $2400. Had they simply told me that a sanding was needed during our initial conversation, I would've gone ahead and simply hired them at a $1500 rate. In the end, their recommendation that it did not need serious sanding was incorrect. While this company may be adequate for a basic job, it is important that the consumer acquire a well informed and accurate assessment of the condition of their deck before moving ahead. Otherwise, frustration will occur.

We'd like to think we're self sufficient and able to do our home maintenance ourselves, but after…read morethe dirt storm in spring and the new roof we had installed last year, our windows were less than ideally clean. We tried washing, used windex, used vinegar and they just didn't look great. We found LA McMahon in a mailer. We vetted them against two other companies and all were priced similarly, but LA MCMahon had the best customer service and schedule times so we selected them. Setting up an appointment was easy. I had counted my windows ahead of time and they confirmed the count onsite when they arrive. The technician was on time, professional and so polite. He did a great job inside and out. He brought all his own equipment, ladder, etc. It really was worth it to have the professionals come out and do this job. We look forward to using LA McMahon next spring.
