After having a bad experience with a different company (dirty water spots on my carpet, streaks, and no returned calls) I was hesitant to get them professionally cleaned again but decided we just couldn't wait any longer and so I did a Yelp search. Pro Window Cleaning reviews really stood out for their excellence and I can now say deservingly, too. I then called their number and to my amazement, it was immediately picked up by Robert, the company owner. He was able to give me an estimate later that afternoon after going over service options. I could tell from the expertise he conveyed during our conversation that we were in very good hands. He and a crew member arrived on the date we selected and they were pleasant, efficient, thorough, and so professional! They were also respectful of our home, inside and out. Best of all, my windows now look amazing! It's almost as if there is no glass there. No streaks or no dirty water spots even when direct sunlight streams through them. Wow! We had Pro Window Cleaning clean our windows (inside and out), screens, and skylights. Even though it is the busy season they came out in about a week. We recently had ice dam issues. Robert, the owner, came out to examine the issues. He was at my house 1/2 hour after I called him. He removed the dams the following day, on one of the coldest days of the year. The day after that he installed coils. Guess what? We no longer have ice dam issues! Robert and Andre came out the other day. They were prompt and friendly! In just a few hours, they cleaned out our gutters, cleaned all our outdoor windows/skylights/screens, and cleaned all the inside windows/skylights. I would give them 10 stars if I could, and here is why: Robert returned my initial phone call within 5 minutes. He gave me a very reasonable quote on the phone. We scheduled an appointment to have my windows cleaned for 2 days later. They showed up on time! Robert and Patrick were so nice and polite. They worked fast and they were neat. My windows are beautiful and so clean! They hand scrubbed the inside and outside, and they took all the screens out and washed them. They were quick. They also stuck to their quote, which I have learned is not the norm with some contractors. Prior to hiring Robert & Patrick, I had a bad experience with another company that changed the price when they got to my house, and then never showed up to do the job. I am definitely going to have Pro Window Cleaning back on a regular basis to keep my windows sparkling. We also have a gutter that is way up high, and the full length of the house. They cleaned the gutter for a very low price. With all my windows AND the gutter, the total cost was still lower than the price quoted from the company I had trouble with.
