I'm a longtime realtor in Chicagoland and I'm in the midst of selling my mother's home in Northbrook. The home was built in 1969 and has never had the windows cleaned before. Itasca window cleaning came out last Friday and did an an incredibly thorough job getting in between two window frames-doing both the inside and outside of the home. Terrific job guys-I'll be referring you to other clients of mine who need their windows cleaned as well. read more

My expectation of having windows washed is using soap and water. There was a language barrier in trying to convey this to the crew. I was told by the receptionist That this must be requested from their menue of services. After a phone call to an interpreter, the crew understood my expectations. Not a good or satisfactory experience. read more

Another great job on my windows. Good price, fast and professional. Thanks guys for always doing such an amazing job.

Don the owner is rude through emails. Asked him a question and was very unprofessionally with his response and made me feel like I was bothering him. But my question was to give him more business. Window washing is done with spraying the windows and walking away. A formula that doesn't live any streaks. They look pretty good. They think gutter cleaning is using a leaf blower on your roof to blow leaves out of of the gutters. But don't do anything with the clogged part of the gutters where the downspouts are. So while the leaves they are blowing go down the downspouts, you are getting more clogs. Had to pay someone else to finish the job. All in all, I have to leave one star due to Don's rudeness and the terrible job on the gutters. read more
