Had Tom from Done Just Right come out with his partner to clean my dryer vent. Now, understand,,,, i used to do this for myself, so,,,,, im very picky as to what is being done. I found they did a very thorough job,,, from the outside and inside. They even cleaned where the lint screen goes - which a previous company didnt do... Would I use them again?? The owner is obviously a Class Act. His callous response regarding my last update, instead of making any effort to apologize or trying to mitigate the situation, says A LOT about both his character and business practices. I paid his company $200 to clean my TINY space, which was an exorbitant amount to begin with. My carpet still smells like cat piss. His company didn't do the job I hired them to do and falsely claimed removing the odor was not going to be an issue. As such, I updated my review and rating to reflect the actual quality of services. There were no cats in my home when I requested Done Just Right's carpet cleaning services, as they were both deceased. The verbiage in my initial review was that I "had" cats. Past tense. There have not been cats in my home since June. Shortly after I had my carpets "cleaned" by the company, I went into preterm labor. I spent the next 35 days in the hospital, boarding with my premature infant, and just NOW have gotten back into a reasonable routine in my home. So, no, I was not sniffing my carpets over the last 100 days because I was first not AT home, and then when we were discharged, have been single-handedly caring for an infant. Clearly Mike is not a family man...if he was, he would understand that caring for an infant entails meeting all of their needs first, and yours second. Examining carpet to ensure it was cleaned properly and as promised falls to the bottom of the list. And since he's read and scrutinized my other reviews, he must be well-aware of what I've said above. As previously stated, I have sought out another company who is competent enough to clean pet messes out of carpet. This company has a written guarantee that they stand by the quality of their work, which is refreshing. I had Done Just Right out to clean my dryer vent and install a bird cage on the exterior. The techs that performed the service were friendly, explained what was performed, and even helped fix the vent where the wire was coming out. I only deducted a star as they were over an hour late for the appointment. The office did call to tell me they were running late but stated only 30 minutes max. read more

Dave and Josh arrived on time this past Saturday (3/25/17). My dog decided to throw up on all three levels of our house. Not only were they able to remove the stains but our original carpet has never looked cleaner. With two boys and a dog running all over the house, it's gonna take a beating. David and Josh phoned ahead to give an up-to-date arrival time. After a major remodeling job, we wanted a top notch cleaning of our ducts. DJR was recommended by our HVAC provider, BESCO Air. There are many companies that clean ducts, but only a few do it the correct way by starting on the trunk lines next to the furnace. Their vacuum is brought into the house and placed next to the furnace for maximum suction. We live in a condo and were having a problem with our clothes dryer picking up the smells of other residents laundry. As well, the dryer was getting warm and condensation was forming as a result. We called DJR to clean our dryer vent when our own attempts of cleaning what we could from our unit failed. Making the appointment was easy and they were at our house a couple days later. The two men who arrived were professional and knowledgeable. They spent some extra time on the roof searching for the group of vents of which ours is part, and in identifying our particular vent, as none of them were marked. What they found was a mess of lint that was making its way into our vent. They cleaned the area around the vents, cleaned our vent down into our unit, and added a small extension to our vent on the roof , making sure lint does not blow in again. I greatly appreciated their efforts to solve our problem. Also, as I was afraid to climb to the roof, they graciously took pictures for me with my camera. I have since sent copies to our Board and property management not only to explain the resolution to our problem, but as incentive for everyone to avoid a potential fire hazard. This was a great experience and I am looking forward to doing business with DJR in the future. read more
