There is significant damage and Diego also was suggesting other services such as drywall removal repair etc. I told him to get me the quote for the mold removal as that was urgent and I had already been told that I should not use areas of my home due to the mold. when he left he said he'd get me a quote by the end of the week. End of the week came and went, I waited another week thinking ok maybe they wanted to read the environmental report. NOTHING. So I called a left a voicemail, no return call, I sent Diego a email at his ecoclean address, NOTHING. The guy calls downstairs and says "I'm not sure if I'm going crazy, but is it smokey in here?" As the entire room is covered in smoke. This led to black soot all over my living room, which I had to have professionally cleaned as a result. #3: Since the job was half done and the machine broke (which I was very understanding about) the guy said he would bring the remaining cushions and seats with him and bring them back first thing the next morning. He did not, and we went the entire weekend without a couch (the first weekend I hosted my Boss over-great impression) #4: After reaching out multiple times to figure out if my couch was stolen, I finally get a message 4 days later saying they will be dropping the couch off.
