Dont waste your time with this company. I had serious water damage from an upstairs neighbor to my condo, I called them based on the supposed good reviews on their website. I scheduled an appointment and had a nice gentlemen named Diego come out. Due to mold we had an environmental study performed by an expert firm, he wanted a copy so I emailed it to him. There is significant damage and Diego also was suggesting other services such as drywall removal repair etc. I told him to get me the quote for the mold removal as that was urgent and I had already been told that I should not use areas of my home due to the mold. when he left he said he'd get me a quote by the end of the week. End of the week came and went, I waited another week thinking ok maybe they wanted to read the environmental report. NOTHING. So I called a left a voicemail, no return call, I sent Diego a email at his ecoclean address, NOTHING. SO they came out and wasted my valuable time when response is urgent due to mold, even if they called back at this point I dont trust their services. Major dissappointment! We chose to go with Ecoclean because their online advertising said they were the " #1 pet stain and odor remover GUARANTEED!" Satisfaction or your money back. Well, they did neither. We bought a 3 year old house with pet odor in the carpet. The technicians were very nice and professional. They did get rid of SOME spots on the carpet, but as far as removing the odor, they just masked it with fragrance. It came back just as strong as before after a couple days. I contacted them for my money back several weeks ago and still have not heard back. They should be forced to change their advertising. read more

Hired to do three wood floors vacuuming, and wet mopping. Also wanted 2.5 bathroms cleaned. Person who came Terrance did a vey through good job. So what limited cleaning I had him do it was wonderful. We have a large dog who tracks her fair share of leave, dirt etc into the house. I called EcoClean because my plumber found an extensive leak under my second floor toilet. Diego was there in about an hour with his moisture meters to access the situation. The next day Dominic and Omar arrived to break open the first floor ceiling in two places and take out the 2nd floor bathroom floor tile and saturated wood under it, and disinfect the area. They set up fans and dehumidifiers in both upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. Omar and Vince came back in 3 days but said there was still too much moisture. Dominic and Omar came back in another two days and removed the equipment and cleaned the area. These guys are great!! Efficient, high tech, communicative and friendly. Have been using this service for nearly a year now. I have my regular and recycle trash cans cleaned on a quarterly basis. It is quite convenient. The day of my trash pick up I leave my cans in the side on my driveway and they come the following day bring them to their truck clean them and then return them to my place where I keep them. The cans are cleaned well and even smell nice prior to our new trash into them. Since it is inevitable that something will leak out of a trash bag at some point this service is wonderful. UPDATE. EcoClean reached out to resolve the issue to my satisfaction and assured me that my technician no longer works for the company. Inconsistent. I've had them complete carpet cleaning on a number of occasions. Sometimes it's good other times utterly terrible. I left a review a few years ago after one such experience. After someone reached out to apologize I tried again. The next couple times went better, but the last time (7/27/22) was a complete waste. I talked to the technician prior to cleaning about some specific spots I wanted treated. Also, I had a recently vacated bedroom, and unfortunately a broken vacuum so we discussed the need to vacuum first. Also only a metal bed frame (light and easily moved) and a dresser were in the room. We specifically discussed moving the frame to get underneath (I offered to move it completely if needed) and he assured me that he could both move the frame and reach under the dresser. He has said he would discuss how it went upstairs with the spot and the bedroom before coming downstairs. He didn't. And when he was leaving I was on a work call and so he left without discussion. Later that day I went to check things out. The spot was not removed and the carpet under the bed frame and under the dresser was not only dry but dusty. There is no was he even attempted to clean either area. Even just a few inches in from the edge of the dresser was dusty. My new vacuum arrived the next day and I vacuumed the room that I had just paid to be professionally cleaned. The photo below is what my standard vacuum cleaner pulled out the next morning. I also used a bissel green machine and the spot easily came out. I think I'm done with this company. I hope you have better luck or find someone with more consistent service. read more
