I called MC cleaning the other morning, we needed our carpet cleaned STAT! The night before, while we were out, our dog had helped himself to food stored on the kitchen counter. Unfortunately, when we got home, the kitchen floor had torn-up boxes of food strewn everywhere. And the dog had vomited up all over the living room carpet. I called MC, and Mike, the owner, said he could come out that day. I am very thankful that he could, since everyone is booked up before the Thanksgiving holiday rush. And the price was affordable. Mike and Jerry did a GREAT job of cleaning and offering suggestions to help do the best job. I will definitely use them again. read more

MC Cleaning was recommended on a neighborhood website for carpet cleaning. I have used several other companies in the past. MC is by far the very best in all areas. We live in a condo where Mike and team comes out to do the hallway carpets so when I seen that I messaged my landlord about giving them a try seeing how clean they made the carpet that was once dark blue back to a new blue color! They arrived on time and right away communicated to us what we were looking to get done. They ABSOLUTELY executed exactly what we asked for! They were even able to get these horrible spots out of the carpet that were here when we moved in which we paid other cleaners from facebook to clean plus trying it ourselves with a bissell we bought NOTHING had worked BUT MIKE and team got it done! The spots are no longer there and the carpets look brand spanking new! Highly, Highly recommend their services! read more

I had a drain back up dirty water in my home. They were able to clean and disinfect my carpet and tile floors. I will definitely use them again read more

Mike was amazing. He was able to get the oil off my sofas that was left behind by my dog, Who rubbed his body all over the bottom of my sofa. He also removed tar stains on my home office carpet. A very well known carpet cleaning company said it was a permanent Stain. His prices were very reasonable and he was a pleasure to work with. read more

I previously had MC come out to clean our house in Woodridge and they did an awesome job. They also cleaned our couches. Recently, I called them to come out to my new home in Western Springs. I was really in a jam and needed short notice service and not only did they oblige- it's the best service yet. The carpeting looks amazing! Especially after the longest, grossest winter in Chicago history haha. Great job MC I'll definitely use your services again! :) read more

MC Cleaning is the bomb! Best carpet cleaning service in the area, in my opinion. They are dependable, thorough, and get the job done in short time. I'm trying to get my condo ready for selling and my realtor recommended I just go for a good carpet cleaning as opposed to replacing the whole thing. My history- I'm a klutz who had cats so this carpet had many stains that I thought for sure were lifers. This whole scenario gave me pause since I live on the 6th floor and the last company I used to clean carpets could only bring the portable machine up to do the cleaning. Thankfully, my neighbor gave me Mike's contact and he not only did a phenomenal job on the time frame I wanted, but he also was able to snake a hose from his van up to my 6th floor (I live right off a stairway making this possible)!! I could not be more happy with this experience- scheduling was easy, Mike was super nice and professional, arrived when he said he would, and allowed me to leave to take care of errands while he worked and then called me when they were just about done. It all worked out so flawlessly! I thought the price for my condo (which is about 90% carpet) was fair. The stains were about 95% gone after the cleaning (the years old pink crystal lite stain remained, as expected) and the condition of the carpet looks vastly improved. HIGHLY recommended!!! read more

Mike did a great job on our carpets. He was nice, friendly, helpful and quick. And the carpets look terrific.

Very pleased with the results of my carpet cleaning today. I'm moving into a place that just felt grimy. Really, the carpets should be replaced, but my landlady isn't ready to shell out the money for it. So I'm extremely grateful that MC Cleaning was able to come out on short notice and make things livable for me. Thank you!! I've already recommended them to a friend and will be using them again! read more

I felt like Mike was unprofessional and had an attitude. The corners of the carpet were still dirty and black. He kept complaining. Maybe he was having a bad day, still you are running a business & you should always remain professional regardless of how you feel personally. Did not like his energy. I would not recommend this company read more

I was recently looking for a carpet cleaning service. I did a lot of housework including replacing drywall and painting and have been wanting to get my carpet cleaned for a while, so it was a perfect opportunity. I found MC Cleaning by searching on Yahoo. Called them up and they were able to schedule me a few days later that week. Mike the owner showed up to do the work...super nice guy. Did my entire house excluding bedrooms, which is a single level house, for $90. That was much cheaper than others had paid based on various online reviews I read. Took him only 45-60 minutes to do the job. This was on 5 year old carpet that had plenty of stains from various spilled drinks, mud, etc. The carpet looks BRAND new! Very happy with the service and the results. Would easily recommend. read more

Extremely pleased and highly recommend. Visited my home for the estimate in record time and scheduled the work one business day after accepting the estimate. The crew was extremely careful moving the furniture and very thorough in removing spots and getting to all reachable areas. The cleaner product used has a very pleasant citrus odor. Best of all, the price was much less and the work better than K**hgarian which we used last time. read more

If you need carpets cleaned, rugs, grout between your tile, etcetera. Mike Cheek from MC Cleaning is absolutely the best. Mike is incredibly personable and very knowledgeable about his business. I've had many other carpet cleaners attack my home and Business carpets and rugs over the years but nobody has been able to accomplish what he can do. He treats every project as if it were his own home or business. It's his integrity and his personality that set some apart from others. Roland read more
