Alex was responsive, professional, and he was able to quickly fit us into his schedule. The pricing was very reasonable and best of all, no hidden fees. Final price was exactly as quoted. Ben, who also came to our home, was equally as professional and pleasant. Really nice job! Filip was kind and professional, and the carpets looked ten times better than they had when I moved in.

Need an area rug cleaned (have a dog). Received quotes from numerous upholstery/carpet cleaners on Yelp and Alex at AVS was the most responsive and AVS quote came in the most economical without a minimum $250 spend. Dennis the technician was on time and gave 45 min notice of arrival. The 8x11 area rug took about 30 minutes for a great price. I am pleased with both the cleaning results and the professionalism from Alex and Dennis. Will definitely be using AvS again! read more

AVS Progressive did a great job with cleaning three bedrooms, two couches, and at the last minute we added the head/footboard of my bed. They did a great job and I was happy with the work. They were very accommodating when I needed to have the cleaning done a day earlier with only 2 days notice. They showed up on time, were super friendly and professional, and got straight to work. Everything looks (and smells!) amazing now -- I seriously forgot my couches were that color. They are a great value and were priced more competitively than other places. I'm definitely calling them again next time things need a refresh. Highly recommend if you need a deep clean! read more

Would highly recommend! Our light-colored, neglected carpeting looks so much better! The team responded within minutes, with a reasonable estimate, no games played. They gave me a few time slots to choose from, all with immediate availability. Our guy was punctual and professional and did a great cleaning of the carpet. He was up-front about spots that he probably couldn't get out completely (which we already knew). The carpet looked better than expected and smelled great! read more

I had AVS Clean four sofas and three area rugs. The guys were extremely polite, thorough and did an amazing job. Everything they clean was pre-treated, brushed and cleaned perfectly. The gentleman showed me how dirty the water was after cleaning the sofas which wasn't necessary, but shows how great of a cleaning job they did. One of the most notable things was how they took their time cleaning everything. I will definitely pass their info to friends and family. read more

AVS were super responsive, friendly, conscientious, fast and flexible. Scheduling was easy. They were right on time. They did a great job, and I was even able to add on more services that I needed after they arrived. They quoted me for the add ons before they did the additional work, so there were no surprises. AVS Progressive delivered exceptional service from start to finish when I recently contacted them to clean several rugs. Prices were reasonable, and their excellent customer focus was evident throughout. The technician, Bojan, texted to confirm our appointment and also texted when he was on the way with expected arrival time. He arrived early, carefully explaining the process he would be using and made sure everything was back in its place. The day after the cleaning, the business owner, Alex, promptly called to follow up and see if I had any concerns. When I told him after the rugs dried I noticed a spot on one of the rugs he immediately arranged to return the next day to fix it at no charge. The team's careful work and the owners follow-up including advice on stain removal and rug care make me highly recommend their services. You won't be disappointed! read more

Alex did an amazing job cleaning two couches and pillows. Most companies can come out and do a good job, but beyond that Alex took the time to educate me on how to maintain & clean in the future. He was personable, knowledgeable and hard working. He clearly takes pride in his work as he took extra time to really do a thorough job. Price was also very reasonable. 5+ stars - would recommend to anyone! read more

We moved back to the area a couple years ago and were in search of a new couch/rug cleaning service. A little late on spring cleaning, but we found AVS Progressive just before the start of all the summer parties/bbqs. Now I can host with peace of mind that my couches aren't dirty/smelly. I really appreciated that they talked me through their process, and even let me see the dirty water that they pulled from our couch (it's super satisfying... think hydrafacial x50! lol). I won't be skipping or putting off this service in the future. Highly recommend this company and their top notch service. read more
