We included deodorizing and the enzyme treatment because we have senior dogs. Today is the day after the treatment and everything looks (and smells) great! The process of communicating about services and scheduling was quick and easy. The information we got was thorough and straightforward. And it turns out that I overestimated the size of the downstairs, so we were charged less than what we were quoted. Everyone I have dealt with at the company is polite and professional. I scheduled an appointment and had a nice gentlemen named Diego come out. Due to mold we had an environmental study performed by an expert firm, he wanted a copy so I emailed it to him. There is significant damage and Diego also was suggesting other services such as drywall removal repair etc. I told him to get me the quote for the mold removal as that was urgent and I had already been told that I should not use areas of my home due to the mold. when he left he said he'd get me a quote by the end of the week. End of the week came and went, I waited another week thinking ok maybe they wanted to read the environmental report. NOTHING. So I called a left a voicemail, no return call, I sent Diego a email at his ecoclean address, NOTHING. SO they came out and wasted my valuable time when response is urgent due to mold, even if they called back at this point I dont trust their services. Even if they are not qualified to do the work, how hard is it to return a call and say this is out of our area of expertise. Very unprofessional.

From the very beginning, he was on time, professional, and incredibly communicative. When Kurt came by for the initial consultation, we were planning to replace all the carpet in our basement. But after hearing our situation, he offered a much smarter alternative: only remove part of the carpet and install vinyl flooring in the high-traffic and moisture-prone areas. Not only did this save us money, but the end result looks like the basement was originally designed that way--it's seamless and really elevates the space. Kurt was a pleasure to work with throughout the project. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right and even completed the job much faster than we anticipated. The workmanship was impeccable. If I could give 10 out of 5 stars, I would. Highly recommend K and A Restoration!
