My hot water heater was leaking, with water soaking part of my wall-to-wall basement carpeting. The plumber who came to my aid (on Christmas Eve) and stopped the leak referred me to ProDry. I didn't expect service on the holidays, but Dan came to my home promptly on Dec. 26. He assessed my situation and concluded that it could be sufficiently addressed by using a couple of those industrial-strength fans on the floor. That was a relief! The carpet is nice and dry now. The cost, negligible. Dan's sister and another fellow from the company retrieved the fans. Everyone, including the woman who answers the phone, is extremely pleasant, and they are excellent communicators. read more

Mike and Galena run this family-owned business and they treat their customers like 'family'. Our entire experience during the water damage from both of our downstairs bathrooms was met with professional and personal touches from ProDry Restoration. They arrived quickly and put our anxiety at ease. Then went into 'do' mode. Every person on their team took upmost care of our home. We give ProDry Restoration 10 thumbs up:) read more

Prodry (Daniel and Mike especially) have been amazing to work with and saved my home twice now with mitigation following water damage. The first was a burst pipe in one bathroom, and the second was a tile failure leak in my other shower. Very professional, knowledgeable, and empathetic about the situation. I would highly recommend their services if you're in need of mitigation, they are the pros to call to help figure out a plan when you're not sure where to start after water damage. read more

Add me to the list of happy customers. A burst pipe was a lot of drama to manage from California but these folks were on the case and didn't mess around. On time, kept me posted, polite to the tennants and left the job neat and ready for the contractors. They also beat up my insurance company to make sure the settlement was fair to everyone. Well done! read more

We used Pro-dry when we had a water seepage issue in our bathroom. Dan and Galina were amazing throughout the entire process! Dan spent his time explaining the process during the quote when they came to remove our bathroom their entire team was methodical and super clean! They were so respectful of the house and all of our mold was eliminated properly.. The best part was that Dan and Galina worked with us and the insurance company to maximize our coverage. I spent a lot of time researching different companies and am so happy that we went with ProDry. Truly good people that are beyond helpful. read more

Mike and his team at Pro Dry saved the day! Our sump pump went out and flooded our basement on a Sunday. They were at our house within 45 minutes of our phone call. From there, the care, direction and responsiveness was amazing. They moved quickly with high quality, dry out and build back. They were always there when they said they'd be with a smile on their face and a firm hand shake. We were very impressed with the whole process and the efficient way they run their business. Prodry is a great great choice for water damage restoration, and Mike and Peter are truly a pleasure to work with. Mike and his team arrived the same day of my call, gave clear explanation of what to expect, proposed a fair price, performed quality work (in terms of both equipments and labors), provided effective and constant communication (despite being super super busy after a heavy storm week), and cleanup nicely after the work. What more could I ask for? Maybe don't get water in my basement in the first place ... but that's not Mike's fault :) read more

5 STARS ALL THE WAY! Wow, where do I even start? I have so many good things to say about this company! Basically, insurance made my life a living heck for the past 2 weeks and will continue to for at least the next week. Luckily, I have Mike, the owner of ProDry to help me every step of the way! My rental property flooded with sewage water and I called 4-5 companies to try to get someone out there immediately. Either the companies said no one was available with that short notice or they never called me back. Galina, however, answered my call and sent Mike over within the next hour! I am out of state so I was not able to see the water damage to my house. Mike kindly Facetimed me and showed me all of the damage in the house which was super helpful! He also took pictures of all of the damage and sent them to me so I had them for reference. He then told me exactly what needed to be done (step by step) and made sure that everything he did would be covered by my insurance so that I did not have to pay anything out of pocket. Mike started and completed the demolition and sanitizing the very next day! I was impressed that he did so much work all in half a day! And ALL BY HIMSELF! I thought he had a whole team help him but then I found out he did all by himself! VERY impressive! The house had to dry for the next few days. Mike stopped by the house everyday to check on the status of the house and he would text me every time to tell me the progress. On the day that Mike removed all of the drying equipment and cleaned the house, he Facetimed me again to make sure I was able to see that everything had been demolished, sanitized, and cleaned up. He then invoiced insurance and his job SHOULD HAVE been done. However, instead of wiping his hands clean and moving on to his next job, even 3 days after he finished the job, he is still contacting me to make sure my insurance company doesn't completely screw me over. When I received a ridiculous estimate from insurance for my repairs, Mike generously sat down with my estimate and Facetimed with me for 1.5 hours to discover that the insurance company left out a few thousand dollars worth of repairs on the estimate. Even after that talk, Mike has been following up with me everyday, multiple times a day to help me with my insurance issues that keep popping up. He has just been a godsend to me! Mike has really changed my perspective on hiring big name companies. From now on, I will strive to support local businesses like his because local businesses treat you how they want to be treated. You know what my insurance agent told me yesterday? It's been 2 weeks since my house flooded and the repairs haven't even started yet and my insurance adjuster said "There's nothing special about you or your case. You and your case are just like everyone else's, and we will get to you when we can. You have to be patient." On the other end of the spectrum, Mike is there for me every step of the way- and he's not even getting paid to help me with this! He keeps telling me he wants to make sure I don't get taken advantage of by insurance and he just wants to see a happy ending for me. Furthermore, I have contacted my claims specialist like 20 times in the past 2 weeks and she has only responded 1.5 times (the 0.5 was because I caught her off guard). With Mike, he responds literally as soon as I hit the send or call button. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MIKE. HIRE HIM FOR ALL OF YOUR WATER DAMAGE & CLEANING NEEDS. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED- I GUARANTEE IT!!!! He bills insurance directly so you don't even have to deal with all of that hassle! Thank you so much, Mike for everything. I couldn't have done this without you!!! read more

The entire ProDry team did an amazing job and made the process as smooth as possible. Highly recommend working with them for water damage mitigation and rebuild. We had about 6,000 gallons of water damage from a supply line in the master bathroom, which caused almost the entire house to be rebuilt. The ProDry team worked quickly and also helped us navigate working with insurance. We mainly worked with Dan over the course of 3 months, but everyone we worked with on the ProDry team was very responsive and great to work with. After the initial call, Mike was at our house within 15 minutes and Dan arrived shortly after. They rebuilt the entire kitchen (cabinets, appliances, quartz, back splash), all laminate, all carpeting, all tile, all inside doors, several light fixtures, all trim, about 1/3rd of the drywall, 1/3rd of the insulation in the house, and many other things. Needless to say, this was not a small insurance claim. Dan was our main point of contact even when electricians, plumbers, movers, and various other contractors were engaged, which made it extremely easy for us. Dan was always at the house when insurance, the village, or our mortgage lender came by to do inspections and would address any questions that they had. Dan was great at providing updates on the work being performed and ProDry stayed on the initial rebuild timeline that they provided. We were truly amazed at how quick ProDry was able to coordinate and take the house from disaster to gorgeous. Below are some pictures of the work ProDry did in the kitchen and every other room in the house turned out just as wonderful. read more

Hi, I had a sump pump failure about a month ago. My plumber suggested I call Prodry Restoration for help. I am VERY happy I did. The total transaction was handled with professionalism, suggestions on next move and most of all they HELD ALL their promises. Mike and Daniel could not have been more helpful. All the workers were polite, speedy and NICE. My situation was tough because my house is on the market. They had 7 days to get everything done before I had an open house. They worked so hard to meet my deadline AND they DID! I felt like they were working with me and not against my deadline. It was a welcome feeling. I need to add, the damage was a media room and man cave for my 41 brother. It all came together because of Prodry! Thank you, happy client ~ Kim! read more

What a great company! Our house got flooded in October, we had several companies looking at the damage. First 2 companies i called were booked till the end of November and December, which is ridiculous if you are dealing with water damage. Another company tried to get me to sign the contract without even looking at the issues. Prodry guys came the same day we called. They were very honest, informative and helpful. They didn't try to scare us, but instead were very supportive. They gave us a good quote right away and started the job the same night. It was easy to deal with them. Galina would respond every call and tried to accommodate our schedule. Mike and Peter did great job drying our house, and working with our insurance. When our house got flooded again, Prodry was the first company we called. When Mike came to look at the damage and saw that we already started drying everything ourselves (learnt from them), said that we can finish drying without them. He gave me a lot of advice, showed where to put the dryers and said that he would come back to check on moisture levels in couple days, told me to text or call him if i have any questions. Mike contacted me himself in couple days and after working for 40 hours still came to my house to check on how the drying process was going. Didn't take money, didn't try to sell me any of the services. So kind and professional. Thank you Prodry people! read more

I can't say enough good things about Prodry, Mike and his crew. We came home after being out all day to a burst pipe in our ceiling that had dropped our living room ceiling onto the floor and left 2" of water everywhere. Mike came out within 30 minutes of calling him. He explained to us what would have to happen, walked us through the process, answered any questions, and kept me calm. They came the next morning and the crew was fast, efficient, and amazing. I could not believe how much work they got done in the time they did - and they spent a lot of time into the evening getting everything demoed so we had less of a chance of mold. They were thorough and Mike kept us updated throughout the process. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. I'm so glad we found them. Wonderful, trustworthy, family-owned business. You've got customers for life (but hopefully we'll never need them again)!! read more

I had some water damage due to a sump pump failure and I called ProDry, not knowing anything about them. Let's just say I am glad I called them - Mike from DryPro came that very morning to start the cleaning. Mike also went above and beyond his call of duty by sticking around to help me with the insurance claim - when it was denied, Mike worked with me to come up with a reasonable fee. He probably didn't make much off me because of what he charged me, but it didn't matter - what mattered to him was that I was happy with his service and to alleviate the stress on me by not charging me an arm and a leg. read more

Both of our sump pumps died and we only discovered it when water started pouring into our basement. Mike was able to come out the next day to give us an estimate, and work started the morning after that. Our washer hose failed and flooded the basement laundry room, ruining the drywall, flooring and cabinets. Mike arrived within an hour of me calling and took care of everything. The crew arrived early the next day and I was amazed at how fast they worked, were very respectful of the property and did very good work at clearing everything out. I couldn't have been more impressed. After recent heavy rains my new floor of said laundry room flooded again and he was back out within 30mins and had the floor removed within a couple hours. Definitely customers for life. Just hope I don't have to call him again anytime soon. But I know if I do he'll have me as good as new in no time. read more

Mike was great and Galena made scheduling very easy. We had a tick problem which turned into a huge carpet mess, when we spread a powder all over to kill the ticks. He came out that day, gave a reasonable quote, and the next day our carpet was clean. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends!! Friendly, hard working, reliable! read more

Five stars for ProDry! When we discovered several inches of water in our basement, our plumber recommended ProDry to remove damaged carpets and drywall and dry and clean what was left. Mike was on site within 45 minutes and couldn't have been more helpful. From filing the initial insurance claim to recommending contractors for the next phase, Mike was on our side the whole way. I hope we never need this type of help again. If we do, at least we know that ProDry will do a great job and treat us fairly. read more

ProDry was recommended to me after a pipe burst in my kitchen. I couldn't be more pleased with their work and have used them several times since. Mike is extremely thorough and has the homeowner's best interest at heart. He took the time to explain to me where the water damage was, showed and explained the readings on his moisture meter, and documented progress throughout the course of the dry out. He made sure I knew what they were doing and why they needed to do it. Best of all, he even dealt with the insurance company, meeting the adjustor at my property when I wasn't able to be there. After everything was dry I hired ProDry again to handle repairs. Daniel did a great job on replacing my kitchen tile, it's impossible to tell what was original and what he had replaced; it blends seamlessly. The drywall work is very professional and they matched the trim perfectly. After the work was done they cleaned up all dust and debris leaving the place spotless. A while later, I noticed a water spot in my garage and called Mike about it. He came with his meter to look at it that same night. It checked out dry and he traced it back to the utility room - he speculated it came from an old water heater that had since been replaced. He was upfront in letting me know it wasn't something that needed to be addressed urgently but may start to smell over time and if that happens, I might want to look at replacing the floor. I was really impressed by his honesty and how upfront he was about it not being an urgent issue. That further goes to show he's got the homeowner's best interest at heart. My third encounter with ProDry came after a valve under my bathroom sink had leaked. I wasn't sure the severity but nonetheless called ProDry to check it out. They found that the vanity was saturated on the bottom and water had spread to the wall and floor. I was out of town when they came by but Mike kept me fully informed by checking in regularly and sending pictures of their findings and progress. After a day of drying, I again had them handle repairs. The speed at which they completed this work was astonishing. I left town with a wet vanity/wall/floor on Monday and returned Thursday to a dry, completely restored bathroom. I will gladly recommend ProDry to my friends and family. read more

1000% recommend ProDry! Keely's plumbing came out to replace our failed sump pump this morning (btw, highly recommend this plumber). We had slight bit of moisture around foundation in unfinished part of basement, but since we live in a town with a reputation for flooding, we were worried about what might be going on in the finished side of basement. Tim suggested we call ProDry for a consultation. On a Saturday, Mike from ProDry got to our house within 90 min of me calling. He checked everything with his gizmos, and took the time to explain things and answer all of our questions. No scare tactics, no cause for panic...just honest, caring, personal attention. Thankfully we dodged a bullet, and nothing major needed to be done. Super honest, super fair. Asked for a card so I could write a review IMMEDIATELY! Card lists the services they do in addition to water issues: Rug & Upholstery cleaning, Scotchgard, Tile & Grout Cleaning. I would not hesitate to call ProDry for ANY of these services. Thank you, thank you, thank for the prompt response time and attention to our concerns! read more

Prodry was fantastic - from beginning to end. They immediately came out and assessed the situation - which was extensive water damage in a finished basement.
