K&k came out to clean our carpets and did an awesome job. They did a really great job on the high traffic areas like the stairs that are tough to keep clean. The communication with the office was great. The tech that came out was very professional. read more

Very professional, friendly, prompt and polite. Our dog had a bad accident a month after our annual cleaning and they touched it up for nothing! Really nice service, very helpful, will always use and recommend. read more

The perfect mix of professionalism and friendliness. they did a beautiful job of cleaning the carpeting. I will certainly hire them again!

Worst experience EVER!!! Had to pay cash or I was gonna be charged the credit card surcharge. Never had to pay CC fee before!! They would only accept cash or CC, no checks allowed. Job was TERRIBLE!!! I could not tell the difference from before and after cleaning!! I was literally throwing away $345. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!! PLEASE save your money and go with another carpet cleaning service. read more

We use K&K cleaning for over 5 years because of the quality of their work, good equipment (steam truck) and their pricing upfront. They are not the cheapest. They aren't always available the soonest. The work for us has been good. They are a locally owned business no middlemen. Give them a try read more

Overall the scheduling was easy and they called as they said they would the day prior. I had them clean two rooms and a sofa. They were careful to put corner protectors up for the hoses. Unfortunately they did no edge vacuumming as part of the process. I had two high traffic areas and when they were done they apologized and said they pre-sprayed the areas and they were not able to get stains out. The sofa looks the same as when they started. The spots that were there before are just as evident now. I decided to rent a Rug Doctor from Menards tonight while all the furniture was moved out. I spent 2 hours cleaning both rooms again. I could not believe the filthy water I extracted from the carpets (and we have a smoke and pet free home) after they 'cleaned' my carpets. But my carpets are clean! I can only think their machine is broken! I will never use or recommend them again. I really wanted to post a positive review based on other feedback and recommendation I recieved for K &K. read more

We have used K & K numerous times (they were referred by a friend). Very professional service with a personal touch. Recently we were trying to squeeze in cleaning of our basement carpet and the timing was challenging- Karen worked with us to get us on the schedule asap! read more

K&K does an amazing job tackling the hard jobs. Years of ground in stains on our office carpet....gone! Not to mention they are just the nicest people. Support these family run small businesses. Their prices are great and the customer service is top notch. Always, always my go to carpet cleaner and I recommend them to everyone! read more

I took a chance after seeing that the most recent review was from 3 years ago, but I wholeheartedly agree with the other Ellen's assessment. My carpets look GREAT. Prices were more reasonable than the leading competitor (Stanley Steamer). They were right on time and right to the point- furniture was moved and they were SO polite about having us pick up the odds and ends we'd missed under the bed, etc. They were in and out fast, with great service from Karen on the phone. I highly recommend them! read more

Everything about this service was top notch. The original phone call was easy and thorough to ensure they gave me a good quote. When the service arrived, they scanned the area, reduced the estimate based on the spaces and then added services to better handle my carpet's issues. They did extra than they had committed to (moving some furniture and using the extra santiziers in an area that had some issues) and were very quick in finishing the work. Definitely a top notch and fair priced service! read more

Keith and Karen have cleaned our carpets for 30 years. They are professional, friendly, thorough and always make our carpets look as clean as possible read more

We had K&K cleaning service clean all of the carpets and rugs in our home as well as our upholstered couch and chair. They did a wonderful job. They were friendly and great to work with and the carpet cleaning was excellent. Several weeks later our youngest child threw up in his bedroom while we were out of town and a family member was watching him. We called K&K right away and they came out the same day to clean and deodorize it. Even though it was out of their way they went above and beyond to help us with our situation. They worked with our sitter's time frame and left an invoice for us to take care of when we got back. We were told not to worry. We will be using them the next time we need a cleaning. read more

Dependable and competent. Keith and somebody (Ken, Konnie, I can't remember) have cleaned the carpets in my entire house three times, and always were prompt and friendly. They are thorough and the price is reasonable. They always call a day or two later to make sure we're totally happy - I like that! The business card says "Carpet - Upholstery - Residential - Commercial - Water Restoration - Carpet Repairs." read more

I love k and k carpet cleaning. I've used them for several years now. Today I spilled paint on my carpet and immediately called Karen to explain my situation. She had someone out to my house a few hours later to tackle the problem. Luckly all the paint came out after taking their advice on what not to do until they arrived. I give them a big 5 stars! read more

Great professional carpet cleaning service. Very easy to schedule by calling. They give you the details on the cleaning service and call you the day before for a time window that works with your schedule. Carpets were in excellent shape after cleaning. Pay cash or check. I would use K&K again. read more

Excellent, professional services with a personal touch. I called K&K Cleaning after one of our dogs had a rather messy and embarrassing accident on the carpet in our guest bedroom. Keith came out a few hours later to clean it out and our carpet looks brand new again! Thank you so much K&K, we will definitely be calling you for our future carpet cleaning needs! read more

Thank for an amazing carpet cleaning job done in 4 rooms this week. K & K Cleaning are the best, bar none! Efficient, courteous and thorough - and reasonable prices! I so appreciate that, because it's harder and harder to find the first 3 qualities in this day and age. Highly recommend! read more

These guys are great!! My review is overdue, but they cleaned a sofa and loveseat for me just after the holidays. There was a lot of cat hair to be removed, plus general dirt from daily use. Because they got my area rug a little bit wet, they cleaned that as well for free. Super friendly and thorough, Keith and his crew did a wonderful job! Both sofas and rug looked great when they were done, and not a cat hair in sight :-) read more

I have used K & K's services for 3 years now. They are professional, friendly, extremely thorough, and very competitively priced. Moving furniture is no issue and they will put everything up on foam blocks while the carpet dries to avoid any staining. Excellent customer service is second nature to them and they are just some of the most pleasant folks you'll ever deal with. read more

This is a great couple doing great work! Karen is a sweetheart and always calls to make sure we are happy with the job they did. I had a nasty dog stain on my bedroom carpet that didn't come up the first time around and Keith actually drove back to my house later that afternoon with some new stain removal that he thought would work - it did! I will always recommend K&K. read more

Absolutely wonderful cleaning service!!! My husband and I just bought a house and the carpets were quite dirty so per a friend's recommendation we went with K & K Cleaning service, and I'm so glad we did! Karen was absolutely fantastic and walked me through everything, and was so helpful to insure we received the best service possible tailored to our specific carpet needs. Keith is a magician!!! He did such an amazing job on our carpets!!! When we came home we were completely in awe of the results. Keith left a detailed invoice of his assessment of the carpets and the services he performed. So if you are looking for an honest, friendly, professional carpet cleaning service with unbeatable rates look no further! These guys are AWESOME! They worked hard to get my sofas, chairs and stairs looking great for the holidays! I am incredibly satisfied and want to get the word out about this wonderful service-oriented company. Thank you so much! read more

Dependable, trustworthy, and friendly family business. They had very competitive prices and based on good reviews at Yelp I decided to go with them. I am very impress with them, they were very friendly and professional. They took extreme caution when they brought their equipment into the house and were very tentative to what they were doing. Would definitely recommend! read more
