Unfortunately, our very sick dog went…read moreto the bathroom all over the carpet a few days back in the upstairs hall, she had previously thrown-up and we cleaned it by hand, but the spots didn't come out very well. Robert and his brother, Charlie came out to clean the carpet in the hall, stairs, and bedroom this morning! They were very respectful and told me what to expect. Also, I told him that I am very sensitive to scents, and he let me smell the products before he used them to get my approval. The stairs have been dirty for a very long time, and he was very upfront and said it may not look perfect when he is done, but it is so much better.
