I spoke with Robert this morning and told him our situation. Unfortunately, our very sick dog went to the bathroom all over the carpet a few days back in the upstairs hall, she had previously thrown-up and we cleaned it by hand, but the spots didn't come out very well. Robert and his brother, Charlie came out to clean the carpet in the hall, stairs, and bedroom this morning! They were very respectful and told me what to expect. Also, I told him that I am very sensitive to scents, and he let me smell the products before he used them to get my approval. The stairs have been dirty for a very long time, and he was very upfront and said it may not look perfect when he is done, but it is so much better. Our sump pump failed and our basement got soaked. Fortunately we were able to keep the damage to just soaked carpet, but we needed help. Contacted Robert and he got back to me within 15 minutes. He was able to come by in the afternoon and got right to work. He got everything dried up within a week and we were able to keep the carpet and not have to do any drywall work. His customer service was incredible and he stopped by several times (including over the weekend) to make sure that everything was going as planned. I recently had my niece move out of my home and she and her friends did not remove their boots on moving day, trailing dirt from the garage and snow in and out of the house and on my carpeted stairs. I called Servdry after reading the reviews and seeing pictures posted on Yelp. They text me back the same day. I sent them pictures of my stairs and sectional that I also needed cleaned. When I was ready to schedule an appointment, I had an appointment set within 2 or 3 days. It was perfect timing. Josh came out and he is the nicest guy. He is very honest and he asked me what were my concerns with the sectional? I showed him the stains. I tried to remove the stains with a steam cleaner. He told me he would clean 1 cushion and we would look at it together. He showed me the water, showed me the cushion. He was so honest by telling me that the stains would not come completely out and he could still clean my couch but the stains would still be there. When we looked at the water after he cleaned the cushion, it really wasn't that dirty. I decided not to have my sectional cleaned afterall and he proceeded to clean my stairs. The stairs looked So Much Better after he cleaned them. BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS!
