What a great father and son team! I can't thank them enough for their flexibility...our closing date got moved and they were willing to start a large job (ducts and carpets) at 2p to help us out. These guys are honest. There were stains in the master bedroom they couldn't get out but they let me know. And the whole house smelled wonderful afterwards! As we talked about "at least any cooties in the house are now mine." The price was fair, especially since they didn't leave until after 6p. Oh, and go to their website! It's newly redesigned and I think it helps inspire confidence in this company (if this review isn't enough for you.) read more

Hard working father and son family business. You'll be at ease having them in your home.

I highly recommend the Great Guys!! The company was easy to deal with, from quoting the carpet cleaning to scheduling a service date. The team did an awesome job! read more

These great guys did my carpet cleaning as I was moving out of my townhouse into my home. I had someone else do my home I was moving into and was extremely unsatisfied with the job. SO, I thought I'd try THIS company to clean the carpets of the townhouse I was leaving! They did an amazing job, my nearly white carpet (steps-ugh) looked so great when they were done. I didn't think it was possible to get the carpets looking as great as they did. They were very professional and friendly. Explaining what was going to be done, how and why. Communication was great, they were very timely, AND even sent ME a thank you card for using them! I thought that was a very nice touch! Will definitely use these guys when I need my carpets cleaned at my new place!! read more

Great job cleaning our whole house carpets! Came on time, responded to questions and were very professional. They finished the job quicker than I expected and the price came in below the original estimate. Don't hesitate to give Tony and AJ a call! I was disappointed that when I requested this service to clean my ducts & dryer vent and asked to wear booties because the day was wet & rainy the owner said he would take a pass on my service at the last minute just prior to eta because he didn't want to be responsible for damage in my home. I also asked about when removing return air duct covers and cleaning in a place where there is a sideboard just below if it needed to be covered or removal of things on it. If so I'd take care of it before they came. Perhaps just to much for them to deal with. I was disappointed because they came so highly recommended from a local inspector I've used more than once that I was looking forward to a positive outcome following their service in my home. I try to be as prepared as possible for a contractor before they enter my home for sake of expedited service, safety, and the most positive outcome for services rendered. read more

We had our clothes dryer repaired recently for not heating up. This is the second time in 6 months, the technician replaced the heating coils and fired it up. It worked, but he cautioned us to make sure the dryer vent was clear. We called Great Guys because they had done an excellent job on our duct cleaning 3 years ago. They called ahead to tell us they were running early. They inserted a duct camera to check for blockages and found nothing of any consequence, but went ahead and cleaned the vent anyway. They only charged us one half of the price of a service call. They met our criteria of honesty, integrity, courtesy and customer-focused, quality service. We wholeheartedly recommend them for all your carpet, duct and vent cleaning. George & Maria G read more

Updated review: Our dog has old dog "issues" so called Great Guys for another cleaning and same incredible service! Tony takes such pride in his work. If you need your carpets cleaned you must call Chris and Tony. Hands down, they are the best in the business. No one else comes close. read more

This review is for non-responsiveness. I left messages with my name, number, and requested service on two separate occasions for two separate services. For each service I called twice and left all my info each time. Never got a call back. Can't believe I'm the only one this has happened too. So, a total of four messages left with no response. read more

Excellent work! We needed the carpets of our new home shampooed. These guys had great ratings and reviews, so I thought I'd check them out. The chemicals are dog-friendly and the carpets were totally dry when I stopped by the next morning. The carpet looks great, it smells clean (the previous owner had a dog. You used to be able to tell from the smell. But Tony got that out). Ultimately, they did such great work that we hired them to shampoo the carpets of our old place, also. The business is family-owned and run. Tony owns it and does the work, his helper is his son, and the price is very good (it's a set price, but he likes to round off the number). I highly recommend Great Guys Clean. Keep in mind (something he mentioned in a conversation): if you text the number listed here on Yelp, or type a message on the website, he may not receive it right away (or at all). I called the number listed on the website and he answered immediately (if he doesn't answer, it means he's working and will call you back). So go to the website regardless. You won't regret their service. read more

Great Guys is the best! Tony is awesome. He came to my house late in the day to fit me in an already full schedule. My dog had peed on my carpet and it was starting to smell. After he was all done and just put everything away I remembered that my chairs also had dog pee on them. Tony was so nice about it. I'm sure he just wanted to go home at the end of a long hot day but he offered to take everything back out and do my chairs anyway. I can see why everyone likes them. Great service!! read more

Chris and Tony truly are Great Guys. I have used them multiple times now both for my own house and also my clients homes as well. A great example is while I was in a customers home I spilled some green dye on a customers while carpet. I told the customer I would pay to have the entire room professionally cleaned because of my mistake. I called Chris and the very next day they arrived to clean my customers carpet. They saved me from an unsatisfied customer, to a customer who liked that I was will to to responsibility for my error. I will never use anybody else. Chris and Tony truly are Great Guys!! read more

First time using Great Guys Cleaning... I called and left a message, and a few hours later the owner texted me saying he's on a job, but will contact me after he's finished. Sure enough he contacted me as promised. We booked the appointment for what worked best for us both since I called on short notice. He confirmed w/me before coming and also the price he quoted over the phone was actually a little bit less once they did the measurements. Can't say enough - great job on the carpets and the couches. Super clean, got all the pet stains out and VERY professional.. Will for sure use again. A few days later, I received a thank you note from THEM staying Thanks for using their services. Thank you Great Guys! read more

Timely and very professional. They even coordinated around multiple contractors and projects I had going onsite.

We moved into a house that had a dog and cat, and carpeting in the basement. My wife and kids were sneezing like crazy. Needed a duct vent and carpet clean and Tony at Great Guys helped us out. Easy to schedule, incredible value for the work performed, and got about 100 lbs of cat hair removed from our vents. Great job, house feels easier to breathe in and carpet looks new! Would recommend these guys to my friends. read more

AMAZING!!!! Best experience ever! From start to finish....perfection! We had our couch cleaned and it's like brand new again! Our dryer that would take three drying cycles to dry clothes works with only one cycle now since our dryer vents were cleaned! I can't say enough about how awesome this company is! They truly are Great Guys! Thanks so much for doing such a wonderful job and taking pride in your work! I can't wait to call you for future jobs! read more

Had the Great Guys over a few weeks ago and all I can say is wow! Not only did the carpets look and smell amazing but they spent nearly 4 hours on every detail. Each stair was cleaned thoroughly as well as every corner. Furniture moved and put back on foam blocks. With two dogs, we will be calling them more often and have referred them to all our neighbors! They did a really good job on my carpets (~700sqft). I wouldn't say excellent to the point where they looked new, but they cleaned them really good at a fair price read more

Look no further...these are truly Great Guys at cleaning carpet. Most places bait you with a low square foot price then tell you about all there minimums. The Great Guys have straightforward good prices. They can give you a quote. I got the appointment day and time I needed and they were on time and even offered to come early if I wanted. I have about 1000 square of carpet and 30 stairs and the price was very good. Took the guys only about 3 hours. They will move furniture if you want that. I moved the small stuff. Carpet was 100% dry in 24 hours some rooms sooner. Smells fresh and clean. Guys were careful efficient and neat, other than a new looking carpet I'd never have known they were there. They take credit check or cash. I'll be recommending them!! read more

Support your family owned, local businesses! Tony was great. He's the owner and does the work himself. I called him on a Friday and he was able to clean the carpets in my house early the following week. He explained the rates of the cleaning, and the process he uses to clean carpets. I've never used a carpet cleaner before but from what I saw as a result and heard from others who've used professional cleaners - Great Guys Cleaning did a great job at a great rate. I would definitely use them again, and highly recommend them to anyone. Our carpets were in need of a general cleaning so I can't speak on behalf of rrrrreally dirty carpets, but I have a feeling the result would be just as good. And, since the property was vacant Tony called the next day to see how we thought - which I thought was a great touch. read more

They did such an amazing job on my carpets, duct vents and dryer vent. Since I got several services I received a discount which I was not expecting, but appreciated. We have a puppy at our house that has finally figured out that he can jump on the furniture! Since he is a male dog he has gotten into marking his territory and has peed on our year old sofa and love seat on several occasions. Puppy is moving out in a month however there is no way I could stand the smell for another month so I called great guys cleaning and they came out and did an excellent job cleaning my sofa and loveseat. They were very professional and clean and left my house as if they were never here. The only thing I have to worry about now is being very diligent about keeping the puppy off the furniture! I highly recommend great guys cleaning and concierge and have given them five stars because that's all I was allowed to give them or I would have given them more! read more

Best Carpet Cleaning I have ever had! I have had my carpets cleaned quite a few times by some larger "big name" companies and others, and I have been more thoroughly impressed with their attention to detail. They did not rush through the job, and got ALL of my stains out completely...which I had over 10 of them that my wife had tried to get out! The price was good and they were very courteous and on time! They even did an area that I had decided to skip to save a few bucks...and didn't charge me! Thanks Great Guys! read more
