Whether that's true or not, I'll never know. because I wasn't given the chance to find out. To clarify, the note about the built-ins wasn't hidden in "fine print," but it was only mentioned once in the "Other Notes" section. It was never discussed verbally, by email, or over the phone, and it wasn't included in the detailed action items. I don't think a single mention buried in a notes section qualifies as meaningful disclosure, especially when no one pointed it out or explained its implications. Perhaps Adam does. Lastly, the other points raised, like the quality of the closet materials, water damage, or insurance support, are not relevant to my concern. We called Roto-Rooter at 6:00 PM on a Tuesday night and Gus was there within the hour. He rodded our main line and stayed out in our front lawn until 9:00 PM. We made a plan for them to start and I felt good. Matt came out to get started and we hit a snag. Our clean-out had too sharp of an angle. We were going to have to regroup. Levi came out again the next day and we had a new plan. Matt and Dan got started and worked diligently for two days to get us back up and running. Ultimately, the drywall repairs and painting were completed the following week and they didn't charge us additional fees for the unforeseen project delay and rescheduling.
