Dan was quick to respond and was communicative with their arrival. They did a great job overall, my rugs and couch look much better. A couple of old stubborn stains are still slightly present but look much more faded, and the rest of the areas look wonderful. (I expected that some old stubborn stains may not go away and Dan was clear on this too up-front, so this was to be expected.) Both Dan and Steven were very friendly. Dan is obviously an expert in this area. He shared some information about the products they use and answered some of my questions. The only minor issue was that there's a couple water/soap smudges on the floor where some drips happened, but this will only take me 5 minutes to clean up. Overall would definitely recommend. A no-frills, easy, great value experience.
