Tony did ok for water mitigation after a water leak, but for RESTORATION, it was over 10 months, and they basically did everything wrong in my home bouncing between multiple unskilled, unreliable managers. My glue down vinyl floor wasn't installed properly with horrible workmanship, slices in tiles that cut your feet (see photo) that the entire floor had to be ripped out and redone twice. Floor still has issues with tiles popping up for no reason. The house was left with sawdust and splinters all over. Debris clogging vents and furnace got impacted with saw dust, causing costly furnace repair. Quartz countertop was ruined with scratches, stains, and superglue all over the underside (see photo) from having to detatch and reattach the counter several times because of their incompetence (forgetting to mount sink). They turned down professional recommendations and offered to sand the countertop 'in place", not even knowing the quartz dust is toxic. Cabinets installed were darker shade and unmatched style, had to correct, and sides of cabinets are scratched and banged up. Electric for garbage disposal installed improperly twice. Basement insulation installed improperly, still falling down. Walls (see photo) and closets painted only partially in non matched color. Seriously, they left it like that calling it "done". Trim and baseboards have noticeable slices in wood. They're installed and painted very poorly. I would NEVER recommend EcoClean for anything and caution anyone who uses them.

Sergio requested the primary insured's name, explained the process, and I sent over our insurance company's summary of dwellings coverage on 6/30/26 following the adjuster's inspection. After following up a few times with both Sergio and my adjuster to see if they had connected, Sergio informed me on 7/14/26 that they had spoken and he forwarded a document to me. However, it turned out to be the exact same paperwork I had already sent him two weeks prior. When I pointed out the duplicate, communication completely stopped. Hoping to clear up the confusion, I called him. He texted back saying he couldn't talk at the moment--which is completely understandable--so I asked him to call me when he had a chance. That is when the customer service took a sharp turn. He responded via text with: "Understand but I am also taking care of more customers." I replied, "Understood, when u have 4 min." That text was sent on 7/15/26. After days of total silence, I decided to make one final effort to resolve this. On July 20, 2026, I called and left Sergio a message asking for a call back by 5:00 PM. I wanted to make one last attempt to fix the situation because I know leaving a permanent, scathing review online is a bridge-burning move that eliminates any chance of a company making things right. Unfortunately, he never returned the call. As a customer with an actively damaged roof exposed to the elements, I was incredibly taken aback by being told other clients were a higher priority, and even more disappointed by the total lack of response to a final deadline. Because of this complete lack of organization, reliability, and basic professionalism, I have lost all trust. I have since contacted my insurance adjuster to revoke JP Exteriors' access to my claim, and I am taking my business to a roofing company that actually values its clients. This is a husband and wife window washing and gutter cleaning team. They're excellent. They helped…read moreme understand that I needed a gutter fixed (which I did) because it was ruining my brick facade, and also that my Simenton windows could be replaced for free by the company if they had any fog (lifetime warrantee). Since I'm the second owner of them, and the owners never left me any materials re the warrantee, I had no idea and 4 of the windows were foggy. I was able to get all the foggy windows replaced at just the cost of shipping. Darius and his wife are super knowledgeable and excellent at what they do. They do an amazing job cleaning the outside, inside, and removing screens. They even were able to get a glass door with wooden inserts from 1977 clean. Highly recommend!

This husband and wife team do an incredible job, no mess, extremely reasonable prices, and are punctual. Their pricing has not changed since 2005 ~ WHAT A BARGAIN. If you have read my other reviews, you are aware that we have Pella windows, which means each window has 4 sides to clean. No problem. They also clean gutters. I'm all for staying off ladders for ANY reason. So now the secret is out, and I can only hope that I can get them out next time my windows need cleaning. Oh yes, he is also aware of how to properly clean windows that have been tinted for UV ray protection. (See my review on that service.)
