I found JJ Construction through Yelp…read more I would highly recommend JJ Construction. They provided an honest quote. I actually went out and received 4 quotes. While JJ wasn't the lowest, they were the most comprehensive. For example, all of the other quotes quoted the shingles and work, but JJ Construction quoted shingles, tiles, gutters, and all hardware (new fans/vents/gutters). They are highly skilled. They did not rush the project (who wants a roofer who rushes?) and cleaned up every day. Communication was excellent. They installed Class 4 shingles, which lowered my home owners insurance by 20%. The work quality was top notch. I was highly impressed by JJ Construction and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Matt, for a great job.

They also connected the duct from my upstairs bathroom exhaust fan to a side vent. Rafal Jaros was my contact from start to finish. He was responsive, patient and not pushy. He emailed me clear, detailed quotes for four options I was considering. I was pleased that his prices were lower than I received from three other companies. Once I made my decision, they obtained the necessary permit and started work in a couple of weeks. They moved yard furniture and protected my deck. They worked hard, and finished in two and a half days. The hauled away all debris, save for two nails I later found on the ground. I think they did a very professional job and my house looks great. I highly recommend them.

Chad kept us informed every step of the way, from what work was being done, to the estimates completion date. When he showed up for the estimate, he gave us some options, took some measurements and we had a written estimate before he left. From approving the estimate to the materials showing up was only two weeks! The crew (Andy and Jack) showed up every day ready to work and did so tirelessly until the end of each day. They asked great questions to make sure nothing got damaged or misplaced, and the finished product was better that we had hoped! All scrap was removed and our yard was left in great condition. The job took six days for removal of old material and installation of new siding, soffit, fascia and gutters. Most importantly, the wife is happy!

He provided a quote on the spot and the prices were reasonable for the amount of work requested. The team showed up early the following week and worked at warp speed. They also repaired old flashing around the chimney and around the house. I'm truly happy with the craftsmanship of their work and most importantly their professionalism, attention to detail and flexibility. I asked for the leak to be stopped, but instead of addressing the actual source of the problem, the…read moresolution provided was to heavily apply caulk across my porch roof. Unfortunately, the roof is still leaking. The situation has actually become worse, as the water is now getting in behind the siding instead of just dripping from the roof. This not only fails to solve the problem but also risks causing further damage to my home's structure. I expect a proper repair that addresses the root cause of the leak--not just a cosmetic or temporary fix.
