She was pleasant at first then called me back and told me her worker said he was told by the gentleman here that they did not have to worry about there mess he would take care of it, he didn't want them on his property... 1st off there was no man here ( no one was home at all...) 2nd one of the guys was already on the property picking up the big pieces of trash they let go. She said well he did run his magnet over your driveway, There's NO possible way he did with all the nails that were left and we also have 3 cameras that face our driveway 1 points straight down it one across it and the other the front and the only time it picked anyone up was when he was here picking up the big mess! She did tell me they would be here the next morning between 7-8 am I am still waiting for them but when I called her to ask if there was an eta she blew up on me, was Cussing me out and Hung up on me, Again this was all caught on camera, when I told her I am leaving a review. I had a little bit of sticker shock from the first quote so decided this would be worth getting multiple quotes on. And Home Build was one of them due to their stellar Yelp reviews. I called them and they were able to send Oscar out right away. They told me to save 60 -90 min for the consultation, which seemed like a lot of time considering every other company just needed 5-10 min of my time. However, i was willing to invest the time for the right doors and right price. Oscar and i met for over an hour. He was super friendly and knowledgeable about all my door options. He brought along a presentation (via his ipad), as well as materials so we got it all done within that hour. The other companies took a lot less, but resulted in a few trips to my house and lots of back and forth via email. I honestly probably prefer the latter since less time all at once. In the end I went with a different company due to price, but thought this company offered a good product at competitive pricing so would be worth looking into them.

Update January 2026:…read more Called once again for a simple draft issue. Immediately they start talking about replacing all of the windows. The problem is simply the 3/16" fur weatherstrips becoming matted from use over the years and needing to be replaced. They just slide out and you insert a new strip. The strips are literally $10 for 25 feet or $30 for 100 feet if you buy in bulk...Feldco wants to charge thousands of dollars to replace entire windows when the weatherstripping on the entire floor (7 windows) would be under $60 and take maybe an hour to do. Record keeping also may not be not up to par as they seem to be missing records for the building. They are beyond greedy and prey on customer's ignorance. Avoid them like the plague.

He got the right piece of glass ordered at a great price and had it installed in no time. Since the experience was so good I had him come out and do some general repairs on my new home. We had some complex and confusing issues we needed to take care of. Missmatched locks, exposed AC lines. At five weeks, I call again. More attitude and no door. But! Half my deposit has been cashed. They obviously know how to run that part of their business. At six weeks, I call again and he says the door has shipped given him a week. I have heard this before. Finally finally the door is ready at 7 weeks and they say they will be here between 8 and 9. At 915, I call for an update because no one has arrived. He says he will be there in 1 minute. He shows up 30 minutes later. Ridiculous. The door was finally installed! Ugh.
