The work was done during the hottest part of the Summer, and we were very impressed with the work that was done. We required a more costly replacement that was originally expected, but Alex was transparent every step of the way and worked with us to make sure everything was being done properly. While he was there replacing the roof, we discussed the condition of our decks and he ended up providing us a quote for some major repairs to our decks, which they completed a week after the roof was done. All in all, we are very happy with the work that was done - everything looks great! If I could provide some constructive feedback, it would be that there could have been better communication along the way with decisions that we needed to make or items that were our responsibility to take care of. We know nothing about roofing or deck building, so it would have been nice to receive a little more hand-holding along the way.
