Fantastic to work with. Great customer service and responses. Great cleanup after the project and roof looks great.

The office lady was super nice. They were very communicative and kept the job site very tidy and neat

Great service, amazing prices, and really good work. They did my garage roof AND my new gutters for far less than what other roofers quoted me for just the garage roof. Call Reliable before using any other roofing company. Magda and Casey are great to work with!! They are truly worth it! read more

Outstanding roofing company! Casey did a great job on a complete roof replacement including replacing all wood sheathing. Priced well and the customer service from Magda in the office was great. She was very responsive with returning calls and answering questions. Casey was on-site for the work. Cleaned up well. It can be hard finding a good no BS roofing company. Would definitely reccomend them. read more

We got the roof and gutter done recently. The whole experience working with them from getting an estimate to finish was pleasant. The staffs were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They came quickly to measure the house and gave us an estimate in few day. The estimate was clear and no hidden costs. It took 2 days to finish the work. Before they began they put up a guard for nearby area including area neighbors to prevent any damage/accident (that didn't happen to us). They finished each day by checking the area for nails, objects or anything that should not be there. I recommend this business. read more

We recently had new garage gutters installed by Reliable Roofing. The experience from start to finish was excellent. We made the initial telephone call and less than 24 hours later Casey came out made all the measurements. He was very professional, warm personality and you know he knew what he was talking about. Less than 24 hours after that we received our estimate. We signed it and sent it back to Magda who works in the office. She is very prompt in her work and within a few hours after the estimate was signed Caseys crew was here to do the work. They completed the job in less than 2 hours. Job well done and left the jobsite clean. This company has a great system. Everything from start to finish went like clockwork. Very punctual. They truly are reliable. I will hire them again should I need any roofing done in the future. Irene R read more

We have used Reliable Roofing & Remodeling for new roofs on 2 different houses. Casey is quick to respond and they're work is thorough and "reliable". Casey and Magda are always a pleasure to work with. I am currently having some interior work done and my contractor called Casey to see if he could come and seal a new vent the plumbers installed in the roof. Casey was out within hours. I will continue to use Reliable Roofing and recommend them to others. read more

Casey and crew arrived on time and did a great job They worked clean and were very pleasant His price was outstanding and he worked with us on the installation I highly recommend them read more

Cannot say enough good things about Reliable Roofing. Casey and his crew did a phenomenal job. They started about 7:30am, had the old roof torn off completely by 10am and ready for a new roof to go on. His crew worked the entire day and had it buttoned up by 6pm. They came out the following day to put on new gutters. They then cleaned up immaculately both days, ran the whole yard with magnet roller checking for nails multiple times, and each worker walked the yard and picked up every piece of debris that fell off. We did an entire reroof including shingles (GAF Timberline HD in Charcoal...which looks amazing, gutters, gutter guards and ridge vent. Magna, their office manager was very communicative and let us know every option we had, and even got our roof done a full month before we were originally scheduled for, which was a huge plus!!! Great products, very fair pricing (got 3 other estimates and they were the best out of all of them). Their attention to detail and workmanship was top Notch. We were referred by a friend who used them and was very happy with them as well. Thank you Reliable, I will defiantly be telling people who need a new roof to use you guys read more

Had our roof replaced by this company. They did quality and thorough job. Price was great too. Recommend!

Casey and his hard working crew were AMAZING!!! Magda was also super nice and helpful she kept in touch about the whole process, contract, permit ect... I highly recommend Reliable Roofing. They are professionals that know what they are doing. Competitive price. Great work. Left my property spotless. Really amazing crew and company! read more

Casey and his team did an OUTSTANDING job on my roof and gutters! Reliable roofing's first priority is taking care of their customers. I got multiple quotes- many who are more focused on making a sale than their customer. Casey really cares about his customer, and it shows. I was impressed to see him on the job and checking the work of his crew. I feel that other companies are more concerned about making a buck versus caring for their customer. I would recommend reliable reliable roofing to everyone! read more

We had a wonderful experience with these guys. We had them out to replace the roof on our home about 1 1/2 years ago and then again this summer to replace the roof on our garage and the gutters on our home. Their estimates were fairly comparable to other local places that came out, but they did offer us a discount if we scheduled the job within a 3 week period, making the cost lower. They were able to come out quickly. The roof on our home had 3 layers of roofing to pull up and boards that needed to be replaced. They were done by 2pm the same day they started, they were very good about cleaning up any debris/nails (we have two small children and 2 dogs, so this was important to me). They also came in under the estimate for the roof that they placed on our home and right within the estimate for the garage and gutters. read more

Had a great experience with Reliable Roofing. They do excellent work and at very reasonable pricing. Very professional, they care about what they do. Highly recommended!! read more

My area was hit with a hailstorm. There have been several "contractors" knocking on the door, but nobody was close to Reliable's price. I am a contractor and was very specific in requirements and scope. Casey and his team were outstanding and did an excellent job. The protection of my landscaping and the final clean up were second to none. I would hire them again in an instant! read more

I built a big shed this fall. I don't have enough experience roofing, so I decided to get quotes . Reliable roofing gave me the best priced quote over the phone. The secretary was prompt, and helpful sending an email contract for me to sign. They did a nice job, fast, and for the best price I could find. Can't beat that. I will call them again, and recommend them. Thanks! read more

Reliable Roofing - The name says a lot and in this case, they are very much "reliable". These are hard working honest people not in business to rip you off but to provide the service that you are looking for at an affordable and decent fair price. They replace the roof on our House, addition and garage and all in one day ! We had just planted some nice plants and asked that they be extra careful. They took the time to board everything up. At times the house looked like a "war zone" with so much stuff around. At the end it was just as before they had arrived but with three new beautiful roofs ! I highly recommend them. A big shout out to Casey and Magda who worked to fit into our schedule. Keep up the great work ! Will certainly recommend to friends and family. read more

I received 6 bids on my house roofing project and Casey was the lowest. His team did a great job even with some rain delays there were no issues. They cleaned up each day of the 2 day project and left the property in great condition. I would highly recommend them! read more

I had my roof done by Casey and Reliable Roofing for my single family home. It is now nearly 2 years down the line and no problems. I too called a few places but Casey was very knowledgeable and thorough. Magda in the office was also very prompt and personable to talk to. They checked the sheeting and only replaced the ones they needed. I needed to have my eaves ventilated and they did it at no charge. The outside was covered as best as possible. Casey is very knowledgeable. He didn't complicate the process-good, better or best and their prices were very competitive. read more

This company was amazing to work with! Both the administrative staff and the roofing workers were able to answer all of our questions in detail, sent us samples promptly to our door, and provided us with examples and references of all of their work. They replaced all of our boards and entire roof in just one day. I highly recommend Reliable Roofing! read more

The recent winds kept blowing off my shingles so I called Reliable Roofing. As soon as there was a break in the weather Casey put up my new roof. I went to work and I came home to a new roof on my home and garage. My neighbors said Casey's team was super quick and efficient ensuring to pick up all the garbage. The price was right, and the process was painless. His secretary Magda was great in ensuring that I knew exactly what I was getting and making sure the proposal was stated correctly. Thank you again! read more

All class , will do what he says. Honest , knowledgable and highest quality of work

I had a good experience with the workers on the job. I did not have a good experience with Casey. I was told by Magda that all work was to be done in 3 days. Turned out it was 6 or.maybe more, I lost count. Tried to schedule a time to meet with him at house. He wanted to come that night but I was busy, also wanted to go over issues in daylight not at night. He showed up anyway. Me and wife sitting there in our pj's. Issues not resolved but did get a discounted price. Also he was very rude. Complained to me that he hasn't been home yet or eaten dinner. I just got home 30 minutes before and just finished eating myself. I had a long day too. If you deal with this company make sure they put start and end dates on your contract. Doing the roof and waiting a month for the siding to get started was very aggravating. Job looked good when done but appearances can be deceiving. I would recommend this company but make sure everything you want done is on the contract. Also all debris supposed to be picked up and removed from job site but I have a full garbage can of their trash and no room for my own. read more

It was time for a new roof. Ahhh, the joys of home ownership. I got referrals of roofers and three out of four actually showed up for estimates. When the estimates came in two of them were pretty steep (nearly double the estimate I got from Reliable)and there seemed to be potential for hidden costs. I also didn't like the fact that these two estimates were "all inclusive" in that they claim to cover any wood that needs to be replaced. My thinking is that it would eat into the profit margin to replace wood. Casey, the owner of Reliable came out and gave me a line by line estimate of the cost for everything, including any upgrades I might choose. Also, he was the only one to leave me with the samples and not require an upfront deposit. The estimate was mailed and emailed to me so when I lose the paper copy, which I think I already have, I can easily locate the info in my email. Casey and his crew arrived this morning as scheduled, with Village permit in hand, and completely replaced my roof. The job was done in a day. Casey rang my bell unpon completion and brought me outside to go over the work with me. It looks fantastic. He went through the bill line by line with me and showed me before and after digital pictures of the wood that was replaced. In my case it was just two small planks. (Had I gone with one of the other roofers this would be very pleasing to their profit margin) Reliable left my property completely clean of debris. I am so happy we went with them and highly reccommend them to anyone looking for roof work or gutters. Also, Magda at the office is a doll. read more
