I believe they charge the going rate. Basil was a very pleasant and hard-working technician. They cleaned the fitted carpeting in my 4 room. Remove stains. I am happy with the work that was done. read more

I had three area rugs cleaned. I chose the pick up and drop off service which made things much easier. My carpets were returned cleaned - like new. Will use them again. read more

Windy City Carpet Cleaning is very responsive. I called and spoke with a helpful staff member. She took down all the info so the manager could get back to me. A short time later the manager called. He was very helpful. WCCC does not provide the services I needed. The manager very helpfully provided me with the name and contact information for another company that could meet my needs. He said they had been referring people to this other company for years with good results. I appreciate WCCC taking the time to call me back and provide a solution to my need. I also greatly value the recommendation to another company that will do a quality job. read more

My 100% wool rug has been under my dining room table for 25 years. Windy City picked it up and delivered it in the time they quoted with efficiency and professionalism. My rug looks new and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Outstanding value and service. read more

The company rep was quick to respond and conscientious with follow-up and scheduling. They notified us of an earlier available time slot, which we appreciated. The cleaner, Mike, did a terrific job and removed some difficult stains including puppy marks. The invoice came in on the higher end of the estimate but, overall, we were quite satisfied and would hire Windy City Carpet Cleaning again. read more

Best carpet cleaning I ever had 10 star. Everything was explain to me before he even started and my carpet has never looked and smell so good. I told my neighbor s already . read more

My oriental rugs never looked so good after they were cleaned and the technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and took great pride in doing an excellent job. I highly recommend this business! read more

My neighbors and I cannot speak highly enough of the service we just received. Our common area carpets were 20 years old and in need of replacing and we even had them cleaned by another company a few years ago and they looked no better. Windy City Carpet Cleaning came yesterday and everyone is in shock at how new the carpets look. They were on time, reasonably priced, and the communication was frequent, clear and professional. I wish every industry had a company this good to set the standard in customer service. read more

Excellent work. Honest people. Brian, the manager went above and beyond to help me. Mike the technician was quite talkative but did a good job on my carpet and furniture read more

Mike was our tech and he was wonderful! Super detail oriented (and also super friendly!), which I really appreciated. Our couch is less than a year old but due to a new puppy (and all of his puppy friends) it definitely needed a cleaning. And our couch is a giant U shaped sectional so it needed a lot of extra time and effort. Also had our floor rugs as well as our dining room chairs cleaned! Appreciated the super quick response to my request for a quote, and they were here within a day! Super fast service! Our couch and rugs look brand new! And the amount of gunk and dirt Mike got out was bananas. Considering I use my Bissell rug cleaner often I was shocked at how dirty my rugs still were. Paid via CC after the service, and Mike kept his mask on all throughout the visit (and I put my mask on when he was present as well to be respectful). Worth the investment in the cleaning service! read more

Mike arrived right on time, explained exactly what he was doing (and that it was safe for our pup!), and did a beautiful job in an efficient amount of time. The difference is night and day, he went above and beyond and removed some really stubborn stains. I would work with them again in a heartbeat! read more

We have used a few different carpet cleaners over the past few years or so and SN clearly was the best. They were, ironically, the least expensive also-they even recalculated their estimate down significantly from a price we were prepared to pay when they calculated our square footage cleaning needs as much less than we thought. Would recommend them to anyone and will not call another service for sure. read more

Quick communication, excellent service, and very clean carpets.

I contacted this company via Yelp and they were very responsive providing a quote and availability options. While the technician did show up toward the end of the 2 hour window (still in the window), he was very friendly and did a great job. Nice guy, wore a mask the whole time, easy credit card payment. read more

We had an amazing experience with Windy City Carpet Cleaning! Mike arrived and explained what he would be doing and was so nice! The carpet looks awesome, and he worked wonders on our staircase. All stains were removed and no chemical odor of any kind was left behind. THIS IS THE CARPET CLEANER YOU WANT! 20 stars all the way for great and thorough communication throughout the quote, booking, day of service, and service. Thank you!!! read more

Excellent service! I spoke to Brian in the office after an issue with another company that no showed. Brian was able to squeeze me in his schedule the very next day for my area rugs and my upholstery! The gentleman that showed up was very professional. He called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. He went over the process with me and then answered questions before starting. He was courteous, professional, timely and friendly. My upholstery looks as new as the day I bought it and my area rug is beautiful and bright! I'm so amazed! Windy City was recommended to me and I am recommending them to everyone! I'm very happy! Thank you Brian and your team! read more

I needed a quick appointment for a move out rug cleaning. Windy City was good enough to squeeze me in the next day. Many of the others were booked till the following week which was too late. Marvin did a great job cleaning the white rug of my studio. There was some delay because an equipment issue but I was grateful they booked me in last minute and did a good job. Marvin was very pleasant to work with. I would recommend them. read more

Windy City carpet cleaning was great. I needed last minute service, and the owner Brian was responsive to my calls and fit me in on short notice the day after I first called. Their technician Marvin always kept me up to date on his schedule and when we would see him. He is a great guy and did an A+ job on 2 bedroom carpets in about 30 minutes. My 7 year old carpets now look like new. The price was very reasonable. I would not look elsewhere for carpet cleaning in the City. read more

I would say that service quality poor as the owner's mind, I am wondering how many 5 stars review did he pay and where are they came?! I won't give for a cleaning even a penny. The owner is very rude and the racist. Stay away folks, there are a lot of good companies but not this one!!! read more

This place certainly deserves its five star review. My husband has bad allergies and I recently read that carpets should be cleaned at least every year. Mike was our service technician and was so great. Quick, professional, honest, polite, and you could tell that he loved his job - something you don't always see nowadays! It was reasonably priced as well. We don't wear shoes in the house and vacuum frequently and the carpet water still came out black... this is something I'll definitely do from now on. Also - there were able to schedule me pretty quickly. I spoke to the owner as well and he was great. Wonderful co. Highly recommend. read more

Spectacular job! Quick response through Yelp, very reasonable price, the technician called to let me know when he would be there and it was well within the time they had said. He showed up when he said he would and was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and very pleasant. There was absolutely no mess and my furniture and area rug look like I bought them yesterday (I didn't). I have two cats and live in a very dusty place so you can imagine the wear and tear. Really can't recommend them enough. read more

My tenant moved out of my 4-story townhouse and I had a limited window to come into town to restore it - including carpet cleaning. I didn't know where to turn so I checked the Yelp reviews and liked what I saw about Windy City. I called and Brian, who was totally accommodating, explained everything and was able to set up a time before I left town. He gave me confidence that that job would be done right and at a fair price. Essentially, my satisfaction was guaranteed. The (snowy) morning of the appointment I got a call from technician Mike and he arrived right on schedule. Mike explained everything and got right on task. I had to leave before he finished, but when I returned - WOW - I was amazed at the results. Mike let me know when he was done and left me some booties so I could walk around before everything dried. Brian also followed up with a call to make sure that I was pleased with the results. I am a big reviewer on Yelp and Trip Advisor. I expect professionalism, a competitive price and excellent service. Windy City Carpet Cleaning gets an A++ in my books. You need not look elsewhere for carpet cleaning; these folks are GREAT! read more

Highly recommend this responsive company for at home carpet cleaning. They were responsive and thorough, and scheduling through yelp was easy. read more

Called Windy City to clean carpets for Edgewater Baptist Church, which included our sanctuary, nursery, some children's classrooms, and an office. Everyone from Brian (owner), to the receptionist, to the tech who did the job were all very professional and exceedingly friendly. Carpets look great! Brian even called me afterwards to make sure I was happy and to express his appreciation for our business. That's great customer service! I will definitely call them next time we need our carpets cleaned. read more

I chose this company based on their reviews and especially the part where they work carefully in the home to protect hardwood floors, etc. We had a great experience. I waited too long to write this so I already forgot the name of the cleaner who came but he was great. Carpet and couch were fully cleaned. He was careful not to soak the rug and was careful to ensure there wasn't too much moisture left in the wool rug. We were pleased with the results and have already referred this company to our friends for their carpet cleaning needs. read more

Friendly and efficient! Highly recommend-I needed a sofa and two rugs cleaned up and the process was scheduled quickly. Thank you!

Super great experience with this company- a real person answers when you call! Got an appt only a couple days out. Mike cleaned my sofas and an area rug; he was so friendly and conscientious. He wore shoe covers and rolled the machine over a furniture pad to keep my floors clean! He was done in about an hour and when I offered to increase his tip he said no! I definitely recommend these guys and will use them again as they made things so easy! read more

Used these guys multiple times for quick tasks as a contractor. Reasonable price. Typ next day. They'll go over or hit a spot area when you ask them to and not complain about it. read more

I had an amazing experience with this company. I spoke to Brian who was extremely friendly and helpful when coordinating our cleaning that needed to be done. We had guests rent our apartment for the weekend and they spilled red wine and makeup on our brand new carpet. I spoke to Bryan on the phone and he was very honest and fair about the quote. The technician, Derrick, arrived on time, was friendly, and very knowledgeable. Our carpet is environmentally friendly and made out of a wool blend so it stains easily and is very hard to clean. Derrick worked with diligence and was able to completely remove the red wine and make-up stains. He thoroughly cleaned up before leaving. I highly recommend Windy City Carpet Cleaning and will be calling them again. read more

Brian was great! He responded to me incredibly quickly, was very polite, and offered explanation to every step of the pricing/quote process. We found a time and then due to a change in their schedule, they were able to come even earlier in the week. Mike showed up and was incredibly friend, warm, and professional. He clearly knows his job and is outstanding at it. Don't think about going anywhere else but here! read more

We had a problem. A big, stinky one, in the shape of an antique chaise longue. And two more, in the shape of giant sectional couches that have been abused by our kids (and us) for years now. I came to Yelp, hoping not to have to replace some pretty nice furniture. They were quick to respond, with multiple options for us, and made it almost too easy for us to schedule service and get it knocked out. I was skeptical that they'd be able to help the chaise. It was NASTY. You could smell 40 years of storage and use from several feet away. Enter Windy City, right on time. They came in and went after every inch of each of those sad, sad pieces of furniture. The house was cleaner than it was before they left! Two days later, we had a number of friends over, and they all remarked how great everything looked! Brand new, smelling great! I gave them Brian's number, and told them how great he was. Things are great! Until the next big spill... I will use these guys again and again, and I urge you to use them as well. read more
