I scheduled an appointment and had a nice gentlemen named Diego come out. Due to mold we had an environmental study performed by an expert firm, he wanted a copy so I emailed it to him. There is significant damage and Diego also was suggesting other services such as drywall removal repair etc. I told him to get me the quote for the mold removal as that was urgent and I had already been told that I should not use areas of my home due to the mold. when he left he said he'd get me a quote by the end of the week. End of the week came and went, I waited another week thinking ok maybe they wanted to read the environmental report. NOTHING. So I called a left a voicemail, no return call, I sent Diego a email at his ecoclean address, NOTHING. SO they came out and wasted my valuable time when response is urgent due to mold, even if they called back at this point I dont trust their services. Even if they are not qualified to do the work, how hard is it to return a call and say this is out of our area of expertise. Very unprofessional.

We included deodorizing and the enzyme treatment because we have senior dogs. Today is the day after the treatment and everything looks (and smells) great! The process of communicating about services and scheduling was quick and easy. The information we got was thorough and straightforward. And it turns out that I overestimated the size of the downstairs, so we were charged less than what we were quoted. Everyone I have dealt with at the company is polite and professional. It was one of the first things I planned to replace. But after one cleaning, CCG completely brought it back to life and it looks brand new. I have two big dogs, so I have them come about every nine months and they consistently do the wall-to-wall carpet in my basement and the stairs up to the first floor as well as my couch. And the couch is done cushion by cushion and pillow by pillow. Both the carpet and the couch always look brand new after they leave. Sporadically, I have also hired them to clean other pieces of furniture that I don't use that often - to an amazing end. And recently, they started doing my custom runner up the stairs from my first to second floor. I was a little nervous about it at first as it has custom canvas trim - but again - looks fabulous. Can't recommend them enough. I have been lucky enough to have Zach and Valodia do my service that past few times and they are always on time, pleasant, professional, and really good at what they do.
