I've been using Ecobubbles for more than five years and I'm more than satisfied with their service. Anna is easily accessible and always eager to accommodate schedule changes. Her team is reliable, hardworking, and always on time. I love that I don't have to use my own cleaning products. The house always smells delicious when they finish. They're with every penny! read more

Anna and team are fantastic. I have used EcoBubbles for 5 years and have had a great experience. They are always on time and communicative. They never miss a cleaning and if they have to adjust a day they tell you well in advance. read more

We are so incredibly happy with our service. I think this is the best value cleaning for the price. I've paid a lot more and gotten less quality work. We'll definitely be using EcoBubbles again. read more

I've been a customer of EcoBubbles for almost a year. I love how they clean my house and I think that the cost is affordable and comparable to other services. At our old house we had a different service, which I always thought was just fine, but EcoBubbles does a much better job. My house just glows after they have come. The floors and counters shine. I have one big dog and two very little kids so it can be challenging for me to straighten up before they come. Thankfully they are understanding about my mess. They come just once a month, but if I could afford it I would have EcoBubbles come every other week. Sometimes I'm at home for part of the cleaning and other times I'm not at home. They work so hard to make my house sparkle! I think a lot of people hesitate to get a service to clean their house because they think that only they themselves could clean to the level of quality they enjoy. Personally, I find that EcoBubbles cleans to a higher level of quality than I can reach. And one bonus is that instead of me doing a bathroom on one day and a kitchen the next, EcoBubbles cleans the whole house all at once. It's worth every penny to have the whole house clean in one day. EcoBubbles is great! read more

After contemplating help with cleaning my home and inquiring with various companies, Eco Bubbles did a wonderful job! The communication was helpful and Anna made sure that she and her team knew exactly what I was looking for! The deep cleaning at 2 locations was great & I look forward to contracting the team in the future! read more

Ela came and did our first inital clean last week and I'm still amazed! She was friendly, detailed and our house has never looked better. From the lemon-y smell of their cleaning products to our bedrooms looking like they just got a fresh coat of paint- each room was spotless. We have 2 black dogs and 3 people living in our townhome, so it is no small feat to get all of those dustbunnies. Ela was here for several hours upon the first cleaning, so make sure you set aside (1) whole day for your first visit. It is worth it! I am beyond happy we decided to go with EcoBubbles Cleaning Service. We have scheduled bi-weekly cleanings because we couldn't believe how much happier we are in our shiny and clean house. Thank you so much! read more

Agree with what someone else said on these posts. I requested a quote and they wrote back with "I'm booked at that time." No greeting. No trying to find another time that works. No apologies. Oh well. Will find someone better. read more

Anna and Ela are both wonderful! Very efficient, lovely people, and are awesome to work with. I don't do anything to prepare except write a check and put new sheets folded up so they can change the sheets. Easy breezy - they bring all of their own supplies and equipment. Used them for gosh...eight years? I even moved 25 miles away and they were still able to accommodate me. You will love how clean your house is when you come home! :) read more

I appreciate Annas attempt to cover herself on yelp, but the truth is, instead of calling me and apologizing, which would have created a better customer service experience, she texted me to request I increase my rating for her on yelp so she doesn't lose customers and potential business. This would have been a fair request if she just apologized and actually made up for her mistakes. I stand by my original review, and would still not recommend her to anyone. She didn't finish the job, even though she took six hours of our Saturday. We told her from the start she would need help, but she refused to bring additional resources because she probably wanted to take home a higher check. To top it all off, she attempted to take advantage of our situation when we had a family emergency, by trying to raise her price on us by 20 dollars. Bad, bad, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Anyhow, hire at your own risk. Also, if you read this Anna, instead of trying to cover your mistakes, I suggest that you admit to them and do something to save a customer rather than pretend everything was perfect, which ultimately will make you lose a customer permanently. read more

Anna did a fantastic job cleaning up our condo for our move-out. She coordinated the cleaning and the payment so we didn't have to be in-town, which was super convenient for us! I saw pictures of her team's work, and everything looked *spotless*. Great price, great service, I'd definitely recommend! read more

Never responded to my request. Loss of a weekly cleaning customer! That's my review and I am just writing more so they will post this review because YELP now requires longer posts for reviews read more

I have had 3 monthly cleanings done by Anna and her team so far and I am extremely satisfied with her services. She is detail oriented and does a fantastic job of sparkling my town home. She is quite flexible in her timings as well. I have tried several cleaning services over the last couple of years so I am happy to say that she is definitely one of the best out there. I would not hesitate to recommend her to others ! read more

After having a few not so great experiences with other companies, I came across this page on Yelp. The reviews were positive, so I decided to call Anna and set up a 1 time cleaning, to try it out. She sent over one of her girls, also named Anna, and we were very pleased! We started with 1x a month cleaning and quickly moved to every 2 weeks, because we were so impressed with Anna! Another thing I really appreciate is I can easily get in touch with Anna P, the owner. We text and communicate regularly if schedules change, etc. Very easy to work with! read more

Anna and her team have been a pleasure to work with. They are easy to communicate with and flexible in scheduling. I love how they are always on time and leave the house looking and smelling clean and fresh while using all natural products. I've used a lot of companies over the years and Eco Bubbles is definitely the best. read more

I've had quite a few cleaning companies take care of my homes and offices for the last 14 years and Anna is definitely one of my favorites. She shows up every week on time, has never called in sick or to reschedule and consistently does a great job. She adds personal touches to her work that most of the larger companies I've worked with have lacked. I found her pricing for my residence and business more than fair. She has never mentioned a price increase one time. I pay the exact same price every week. I'd say she takes care of my house like I would, but I'd be lying. She takes better care of it! I love walking into a fresh office on Thursday mornings & going home to a spotless environment afterwards:) Thank You Anna! read more

Was initially satisfied with the service from this company. However, after no cleaning after 6 months they wanted to charge me double to clean my home! They stated I would be treated as a new client and would not get my past rate. They also do take a very long time to clean homes! Make sure you have plenty of time for service you will need it! I would not recommend this cleaning service to any one. They beg clients to leave good yelp reviews which seems very unprofessional! 1 star is all they are worth! read more

Had an amazing one off experience with Anna and her team. Very flexible, easy to work with, and the quality of their work was the best that I've ever had from a cleaning service. Would highly recommend. read more

Love the continued attention to detail with every visit. I have been very happy with Anna and her team. I highly recommend them.

Really thorough job! Great attention to detail, arrived on time, and very professional company.

Anna has been cleaning for me for a few months now and I highly recommend her. She takes pride in her work and is reliable. I love coming home after she has been here everything looks and smells clean!! If you need anyone Anna is the one to call!! read more

After moving to the area, we found ourselves seeking a house cleaning service...We gave EcoBubbles a try after we had experienced poor service from 2 other "big named brands" in the home cleaning circuit. I'm pleased to say that Anna and her team have been cleaning our home weekly for the past 6 months now and we have been very happy with her services!! Her team does a great job cleaning our home and has been very accommodating when I've needed to reschedule cleaning days or when I've asked her to do additional random cleaning requests. Long story short, I've already referred her to 2 neighbors and would happily refer her to more!! Anna and her team are true professionals, you won't be disappointed read more

We have used EcoBubbles for about six months and they are terrific. They are fast and efficient and very flexible (and responsive) if we need to shift around schedules. We could not ask anything more of a cleaning service. The house gets clean fast, that's about it. Oh and friendly, that's good, too. read more

August 5, 2016 was the first time Anna cleaned my house. She and her team did a great job for two years. Now after repeated phone calls and a text she is no where to be found. Take it for whats its worth. All the best Anna. read more

Great first time experience with Anna for a deep clean of a condo unit between tenants. She arrived on time and walked me through everything she planned to do. The results were great - inside fridge, microwave, shower glass door, cabinets etc. everything was spotless. Highly recommend and will be using in the future. read more

We are so happy with Anna and her team! They are always prompt, thorough and polite. I am a very neat person and it is nice to find a team that cleans my house like I would. As requested, they use natural products in our home and leave it looking spotless. There is nothing better than coming home to a clean house after a long day at work! We have referred Anna and her team to many friends and family as well. read more

I recently tried EcoBubbles based largely on the Yelp recomendations and they did an excellent job! They are professional, prompt, through and affordable. I am so impressed that I signed up for a weekly service. read more

Had Anna's team out for my retired parents - great job all around. Will be signing up for recurring monthly visits. Thanks Anna!

I highly recommend EcoBubbles. I have had the same two women cleaning my home for over a year and they are always on time, do a fantastic job, are friendly, and flexible. I have used other services over the past 20 years and have been disappointed when the quality of work starts to decline after some time. The quality of cleaning with EcoBubbles has been consistent and thorough since the beginning. I am very happy with their service. read more

We have been working with Anna for a long time now and we have been very satisfied with the service. It is great that we get the same people every time, Emily and Jola, and they do a fantastic job on a consistent basis. They are very nice and trustworthy. Emily and Jola are also great with our 2 dogs and our dogs are always happy to see them. Scheduling with Anna is a breeze and she is always very accommodating. We highly recommend them. read more

Outstanding job every time! I have used Anna and her team for the last couple of years for special occasions. It doesn't matter who comes, the house always looks spotless. With a 2 and 3 year old I have some tough food spots on the wood floor and I am always pleasantly surprised how great the floor looks when they are done. Anna is also very accommodating when I request special jobs like the oven or woodwork to be cleaned that require a lot of extra TLC. I feel Anna is very reasonably priced and am happy I have found someone who is trustworthy and so good! read more

Anna and her crew have been cleaning my home for a while now and I am grateful to have them. They are professional and easy to work with. And most importantly they are thorough. I don't have to follow up with feedback on anything missed or not cleaned well enough. With a busy household like mine, it's definitely worth it. I look forward to cleaning day! read more

Anna has been cleaning our home for almost a year and I can honestly say she is the best. Prior to finding Anna I went through a handful of cleaning services that I was always disappointed in. Finding Anna was absolutely awesome. She and her partner were reliable, trustworthy and excellent at their job. I could tell they took care and pride in their work. I always looked forward to coming home after they had come. I have two dogs and two kids (no small job!) and yet she always had our home very clean & even organized within a couple hours. On some visits she would even clean our downstairs (we had not requested this on a regular basis) without extra charge. She has affordable prices and does excellent work. She is also flexible with her scheduling. On occasions when I needed to change our regular time slot, she went out of her way to accommodate our needs. We are moving and I am disappointed that we can't bring her with! I highly recommend her. read more

If you're looking for a cleaning service that will not disappoint I would highly recommend Maxi Clean! Anna is just wonderful had left my house looking spotless. I have always had a cleaning lady-for 15 years, in fact. Great woman in the past, but then I moved about 4 years ago and just couldn't pull the trigger to find someone I could trust. SO- I thought I would give cleaning my home a shot-epic fail. I have 2 teenagers and now 3 cats, on top of a full time job that includes travel. I have asked for referrals, heard horror story after horror story...then I thought I would contact "The Maids," Molly maids," "Merry maids," etc...outrageous prices, and all felt super impersonal to me. I researched and researched, called and called until I found Anna-after the initial conversation I immediately felt comfortable and scheduled my first cleaning on a Saturday. (She has her own key now and I trust her to come in during the week on her own-I'm pretty sure the cats are happy to play with her when she makes the beds!) She was beyond thorough, and believe me when I tell you...she had her work cut out! I hired her IMMEDIATELY for every week! Not only do I trust her in my home, but I have given her number to family and friends. She is not only amazing at taking care of your cleaning needs- she is professional, warm, good with kids and pets, AND will communicate with you when she arrives and leaves IF you are not able to be home when she is cleaning. I give her 5+ stars for service, professionalism, and the ability to accommodate. The Schneider family is very happy to have found Anna! read more

Anna and her crew did a great job. We originally hired them to do a post construction cleanup. Everything was nice and sparkly clean. We have a 2 year old so we don't get much time to clean so we had them back out again a few months later. They do a great job. read more

The cleaning was okay although mineral stains in our shower were never cleaned off even after Anna had said that she could do it. The first experience was a deep cleaning which took 4 hours and 2 people (pay for 8 hours). Where I didn't agree with her on service price is that future cleanings would be a set price and even if they completed the job 15 minutes earlier, they wouldn't do the requested cleaning that I wanted like vacuuming the basement or scrubbing the stain off the shower - it would be an extra cost. The set price per project rate after the first "hourly" cleaning was not clearly explained. They are bit on the expensive side considering 1 cleaning lady did the same house in 3 hours, while they make you pay for 2 people (4 hours). So if you are willing to pay for 4 hours while they only do 3.5 hours of work, go ahead and burn up your money. Also, I didn't like that Anna wanted the check made out to her directly instead of to the company. Lastly, I had to ask her and her partner to take off her street shoes in the house - why would you clean the floors and still where street shoes? I had previously deep cleaned the carpets because I have a crawling baby - they should have known better. I really should have considered the other bad reviews. read more
