They confirmed the deep clean included…read moresome specific items I wanted addressed because I have 2 dogs and I was able to easily book and we schedule immediately. Two ladies came and were immediately ready to get started. Due to the language barriers I couldn't review my specifics with them but trusted whomever scheduled communicated what I requested. I have 3 floors and they started on the top floor. After they moved to the next floor I looked over the work and still saw soap scum on the ledge in the shower, dirt in the window, heavy dust on bathroom vent and several other issues. I called them back to show upstairs but only pointed out one of the items due to the time. When I checked on the next level I saw several area of concerns. At this point we are 4 1/2 hrs in and one more floor to go. I communicated my concerns with the person I scheduled with and informed I was going to have them stop rather than spend more money and I was unhappy with the quality of work. To clarify, I did not rush them at any time, I also waited to review their work after they fully completed the floor. After the 2nd completed floor I requested services to stop They offered to have them come back and provided a small discount due to the inconvenience. Because the level of service is not to my standard I declined the return but appreciated them trying to make it right. Unfortunately they didn't work for me but I saw other great reviews.

We are absolutely thrilled with Jika's Cleaning! We hired them to clean my mom's house, and the…read moreresults were outstanding! The team arrived right on time, worked efficiently and professionally, and left the house immaculate. Every surface sparkled -- they even cleaned under the bed and behind the dresser. Not a speck of dust anywhere. What truly set them apart, though, was their kindness. The two ladies were so warm and patient with my mom, happily listening as she shared photos of my dad and the grandkids. That level of care is rare and deeply appreciated. What a lucky find! We're already looking forward to every future cleaning and would highly, enthusiastically recommend Jika's Cleaning to anyone.

Edgar at Golden Touch quickly reached out to me after I requested a quote, asked me a few questions, and ultimately shared a reasonable estimate.
